Dan, from Steve's towing went out of his way to make sure my car was picked up quickly because FHP had already tagged it. That meant he had to onload, offload and re-onload it a second time because he already had one vehicle on his truck that he needed to be offloaded first.
If you want to work with an honest and fair service , they helped me winch out my sienna today and it was quick , fast , and affordable which is a hard trio to find nowadays.
From the moment I called, Joan picked up with a smile that I could hear through the phone. The kindness and professionalism was refreshing, especially for a towing company. I understand it's a busy position dealing with frustrated people with car problems all day, but she made me feel at ease. When she gave me the quote, I was extremely pleased not to hear another crazy high rate for a short distance. The pricing gave me another reason to be happy about calling them. Right away, I said yes to their service. She got right on it to find out which driver would be available and called me right back to provide a time estimate. I was already pleased with everything so far, I had no problem waiting. Dan called to introduce himself, very nice over the phone. When he showed up, he was such an awesome guy. Easy going, and we had the best conversation I had all day despite having a rough day myself. Overall, this company is awesome, and I will call them anytime I may need them again. I almost forgot to mention, this cool guy came by to check on me while I was stranded on side of the road and before he even knew about the tow company I called, he said "I highly recommend you call steves, they are great and all buddies of mine" He brought me water and stood there with me in the dark to make sure I was ok until Dan showed up. I'm not happy about my car but am thankful for getting the opportunity to meet great local people. Thank you again, Dan, and God bless.
We so appreciate Steve's Towing. We needed a shed moved from PG to PC and was having trouble finding a company to do it. Daniel gave us a fair price and did a great job. We would definitely call them again for any future towing needs.

I called this company late on 01/24 due to a car being parked in my reserved spot (which I pay monthly for) for several hours. The operator who answered informed me that they could not tow a vehicle without a member of the leasing office present to sign the slip. I confirmed with the operator that they had the right apartment complex, and that there was nothing they could do for me, and we hung up.
Next day, I email my leasing office to inform them of the person parked in my spot and what I was told as far as having the vehicle towed. The leasing office staff assured me that this was not accurate and that they would contact Steve’s towing to review their procedure. Sure enough, a couple of hours later I got an email back that Steve’s towing confirmed to the leasing office that a member of the staff did not need to be present, and that the person requesting the tow would sign the slip. I figured that it may have just been a misunderstanding until I was informed that the leasing office spoke to the operator who was on call the night I called and that the operator told them that they, “hadn’t had a call from our apartment complex in weeks.” This was the day after I called to have the vehicle in my spot towed. I could understand an error of communication or misunderstanding of the policy, but for the operator who was on call to say that she never received a call from me when I have a SCREENSHOT of the phone call, is just beyond me. Just unprofessional.
Dan, my driver, was absolutely amazing! When my truck broke down on the side of the road, he arrived quickly and handled everything with professionalism and care. He kept great communication throughout the entire process, making sure I knew what to expect and ensuring my truck was safely delivered to the dealership. His helpfulness and friendly attitude turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. I can't recommend Daniel enough—he truly went above and beyond. Thank you for your outstanding service!
1st time using Steve's Towing, my friends vehicle had a radiator leak and they came fast and were real professional and friendly, both the tow guy and receptionist who took care of the call. Definitely recommend and use again.
Dan came out to pick my vehicle today talk about one of the most skilled drivers I have ever met was able to squeeze in maneuver his truck perfectly into tight location too get it loaded up. He was very polite and respectful he is a top notch guy and a great asset to your guys' company you guy are lucky to have him .

Thinks he can park where ever he wants. The driver is currently waiting for a Togo order while blocking the entrance to the restaurant with no truck lights on. Not sure who was the driver but it was a heavy set fellow.

I have used Steve's Towing services twice now with the latest time last week. Both experiences proved to be the best that you could expect when faced with a situation in which you need a tow. Danny responded to my call last week and I was amazed at how he was able to maneuver the tow truck in a tight space in order to secure my vehicle - his expertise was much appreciated. That being said, Steve's Towing services won't break the bank either. How refreshing to get quality service at a reasonable price.
Called around for towing. They gave a great reasonable price. Joanne was more than helpful while getting everything set up for me and even tried to get me tires for my vehicle to help me out. Dan (the guy that towed my car to me) was awesome too and stayed to help me out with an issue with my car. Great people! Saved them in my phone and will def call them for any future needs!!
WOW WOW WOW!!!! What a WONDERFUL, HONEST, family owned company!!! Our Ford Explorer needed a “lift” to the dealer...Gave “Dan” a call and he was very friendly & happy to help! He was so nice explaining everything while my boys got to watch the “tow truck” in action...even if they are BIG kids!!! TRUE customer service at it's best!!!
