Their Google page says they provide a tire change services. My wife was stranded and called and the person who answered said they only provide towing services. Change your Google page to reflect that you do not provide tire changing services.
I got stranded on interstate on the bridge. Joanne and Dan were so comforting and put me first in the queue because of the situation I was in. Very friendly, prompt and professional!!! The best!!!
Highly recommend them!!!! So timely, went above & beyond providing outstanding service. I'm flew in from Tennessee to drive a stored vehicle back to Tennessee however, Mini Cooper needed new battery and Dan (Driver) helped with getting key from me at Hotel and getting car from storage unit over to the Servce shop to be there before they open first thing tomorrow. And all this after businesse were closed till morning. Dan let me know restaurants, how to get shop and more. He was just amazing and so affordable too doing all this to help my situation be less painful/stressful! Definitely 5 stars plus
Dan, from Steve's towing went out of his way to make sure my car was picked up quickly because FHP had already tagged it. That meant he had to onload, offload and re-onload it a second time because he already had one vehicle on his truck that he needed to be offloaded first.
If you want to work with an honest and fair service , they helped me winch out my sienna today and it was quick , fast , and affordable which is a hard trio to find nowadays.
From the moment I called, Joan picked up with a smile that I could hear through the phone. The kindness and professionalism was refreshing, especially for a towing company. I understand it's a busy position dealing with frustrated people with car problems all day, but she made me feel at ease. When she gave me the quote, I was extremely pleased not to hear another crazy high rate for a short distance. The pricing gave me another reason to be happy about calling them. Right away, I said yes to their service. She got right on it to find out which driver would be available and called me right back to provide a time estimate. I was already pleased with everything so far, I had no problem waiting. Dan called to introduce himself, very nice over the phone. When he showed up, he was such an awesome guy. Easy going, and we had the best conversation I had all day despite having a rough day myself. Overall, this company is awesome, and I will call them anytime I may need them again. I almost forgot to mention, this cool guy came by to check on me while I was stranded on side of the road and before he even knew about the tow company I called, he said "I highly recommend you call steves, they are great and all buddies of mine" He brought me water and stood there with me in the dark to make sure I was ok until Dan showed up. I'm not happy about my car but am thankful for getting the opportunity to meet great local people. Thank you again, Dan, and God bless.
We so appreciate Steve's Towing. We needed a shed moved from PG to PC and was having trouble finding a company to do it. Daniel gave us a fair price and did a great job. We would definitely call them again for any future towing needs.
Handled a decent tow for me in under 90 minutes at below half the price I would have expected! Both the driver and receptionist I dealt with were friendly and professional. Top marks.
I called this company late on 01/24 due to a car being parked in my reserved spot (which I pay monthly for) for several hours. The operator who answered informed me that they could not tow a vehicle without a member of the leasing office present to sign the slip. I confirmed with the operator that they had the right apartment complex, and that there was nothing they could do for me, and we hung up.
Next day, I email my leasing office to inform them of the person parked in my spot and what I was told as far as having the vehicle towed. The leasing office staff assured me that this was not accurate and that they would contact Steve’s towing to review their procedure. Sure enough, a couple of hours later I got an email back that Steve’s towing confirmed to the leasing office that a member of the staff did not need to be present, and that the person requesting the tow would sign the slip. I figured that it may have just been a misunderstanding until I was informed that the leasing office spoke to the operator who was on call the night I called and that the operator told them that they, “hadn’t had a call from our apartment complex in weeks.” This was the day after I called to have the vehicle in my spot towed. I could understand an error of communication or misunderstanding of the policy, but for the operator who was on call to say that she never received a call from me when I have a SCREENSHOT of the phone call, is just beyond me. Just unprofessional.
Dan, my driver, was absolutely amazing! When my truck broke down on the side of the road, he arrived quickly and handled everything with professionalism and care. He kept great communication throughout the entire process, making sure I knew what to expect and ensuring my truck was safely delivered to the dealership. His helpfulness and friendly attitude turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. I can't recommend Daniel enough—he truly went above and beyond. Thank you for your outstanding service!
1st time using Steve's Towing, my friends vehicle had a radiator leak and they came fast and were real professional and friendly, both the tow guy and receptionist who took care of the call. Definitely recommend and use again.
Dan came out to pick my vehicle today talk about one of the most skilled drivers I have ever met was able to squeeze in maneuver his truck perfectly into tight location too get it loaded up. Thinks he can park where ever he wants. The driver is currently waiting for a Togo order while blocking the entrance to the restaurant with no truck lights on. Not sure who was the driver but it was a heavy set fellow.

The experience was a pleasure from the initial contact with Kaitlin and topped off by our driver, Dan! I called to get my elderly parents car towed to the road off their driveway. When Dan went to leave the key at the house, he pulled their empty garbage cans from the road up their long driveway to their home. That's above and beyond that you don't often see!!! What a wonderful experience considering the circumstances. My car had a flat and I was stranded on the side of the road with 2 young children. I called and was given a very fair quote and friendly person on the phone. The driver Dan was super professional and his communication was by far the best customer service I have ever recieved from a company.
Literally no way to make an experience like being towed better than what Dan did. Amazingly hospitable, detailed, punctual, and an overall bright and happy attitude. Service was good value and made my wife's flat tire tremendously less of a headache. Any company would be very fortunate to have employees that take as much pride in their work as Dan. Thank you!
I have used Steve's Towing services twice now with the latest time last week. Both experiences proved to be the best that you could expect when faced with a situation in which you need a tow. Danny responded to my call last week and I was amazed at how he was able to maneuver the tow truck in a tight space in order to secure my vehicle - his expertise was much appreciated. That being said, Steve's Towing services won't break the bank either. How refreshing to get quality service at a reasonable price.
WOW WOW WOW!!!! What a WONDERFUL, HONEST, family owned company!!! Our Ford Explorer needed a “lift” to the dealer...Gave “Dan” a call and he was very friendly & happy to help! He was so nice explaining everything while my boys got to watch the “tow truck” in action...even if they are BIG kids!!! TRUE customer service at it's best!!! Dan even texted me a picture of “her” signed, sealed & delivered to the dealer!!! Over and ABOVE!!! You can't go wrong with this wonderful, FAMILY owned & operated, pride of ownership company!!!
