Thank goodness we had Sea Tow in our early days of boating. Grounding and bad batteries is where Sea Tow helped us. Great Captains and they can really handle a boat. If you only use them one time it is well worth the coverage.

I have had to use it once in the 4 to 5 years I've had my boat and Sea Tow was spot on. Answered the phone right away, and They arrived in a short period of time, exactly when they said they would. Got me going well enough to limp home. Followed me a portion of the way to insure that I would make it all the way. Good stuff!! Highly recommend them.
Have only used Sea Tow once in all the years I have belonged. Stuck on a sand bar following another boat that was larger. Called sea tow and they came to the rescue quickly.

See Tow to our rescue again! We got stuck on a sand bar and they promptly sent Captain Bill to our rescue. He was courteous and kept in constant communication until his arrival. He was very professional and wanted to wait for high tide so our pod system wouldn’t get damaged so we waited for an hour until high tide. He pulled us off the bar and got us safely to s marina. Our pontoon washed ashore during the hurricane in Punta Gorda. Called SeaTow and they had it back in the water in a couple of days. Unprecedented customer service and expertise mechanical operation. Mike and Marc were profession and very friendly. Even picked up my trailer from storage and returned it afterwards because both of my vehicles were totaled. I hope I never need their service again but will call with confidence if I do. Thanks you guys!!!
Boat towing by water port to port. Ken arrived right on time and could not have been nicer. Explained things in full detail, hooked me up and off we went. I was In my boat for the tow. Ken was very attentive and kept checking with a thumbs up to make sure all was going well. We kept in constant contact through the entire tow. Once arriving and the ramp he gently positioned me on the dock, made sure I was tied off and secure before leaving and asked if there was anything else he could do. Shook his had and he left. If for any reason I should need to use them again I would in a second.
Mike the owner and Melissa the Lady who sets everything up was great to deal with. Only needed a two day notice and they were there. Kudos to them both and the way they run an operation. Have not seen this type of professionalism in a long time. They set a high bar to meet.

Fast, professional, and answered a thousand questions. After my boat sank at the dock due to heavy rain and a failed bilge pump they had it out of the water in a couple hours, pickled it and cleaned everything.
They even opened up the claim with my insurance company and worked with both me and them to everything worked out. Best possible outcome for what otherwise was a pretty horrible experience.
We recently purchased a used pontoon boat. Last Sunday we were heading back to Gulf Cove from Cayo Costa and our boat spun the prop. Luckily, we had a membership with Sea Tow and we called them for assistance since we were stranded in Turtle Bay.
Sea Tow promptly responded and were at our boat in 20 minutes (a storm was brewing and we were very nervous). Joe was the captain who towed us from the South end of Charlotte Harbor and Ken was the captain who towed us back to Gulf Cove—both excellent and very helpful. It is a relief to know that we can count on Sea Tow to come to our rescue.
My wife and I were dead in the waters of Charlotte Harbor, Fl with no visible reason the boat would not start. We called SEATOW and theny dispatched Capt Ruh to help us. Capt Ruh tried to trouble the problem but a squall was on the horizon and immediately took us under tow to our home dock some 40-45 mins away.
Capt Ruh had stated he felt it was a simple fuze that had gone bad but did not have the time to trouble shoot it farther. As it turns out he was right. It was a simple 20Amp fuze in the engine. We now carry a box full of 20Amp fuzes.
While underway towards our home dock we had a severe squall go right over us. While we hunkered in the gunwals of Capt Ruhs boat, our boat was being tossed like a toy. After nearly a half hour of state 3 or 4 seas the storm passed and we a great ride back. After docking our boat we bid "adieu" and Capt Ruh was off to help others.
We thank and appreciate Capt Ruh, his service and his care.

What started out as a fun day on the water, turned bad fairly fast. Unsure of what to do after our boat was punctured from below and water seeped in fast, I quickly called Sea Tow. Not even knowing if they could help.

I had a great experience with Sea Tow. Unfortunately on memorial day Sunday, I spun a prop just outside of Caya Costa State Park in the intercoastal waterway. I was able to get ahold of the cape Coral Sea tow captain on the VHF radio. Who was able to call the Port Charlotte office where I was able to get assistance and a long tow back to Gator Creek. The Sea Tow people couldn't have been nicer or more professional. In my opinion if you going to vote and Charlotte Harbor where nearby Florida waters a Sea Tow membership is a must thing to have. I guarantee you I will never be without it. Thanks again Sea Tow.
What a great product to have!!! These guys have towed us back to the slip, now 2x due to an out-board that I was told "was fixed", by my now pervious mechanic. The captains both were very patient with me, and very courteous. I will be a member for life, no question!!! Honestly, not sure how any boater can go without this!!!
We had a failure of our starboard engine. I spoke to Craig which he was very helpful. He was able to search and plan out a service facility. Captain Randy from the towing service was understanding and went above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience. I would like to thank them both.
