Kaler Auotsales SCAM SCAM SCAM! SPECIFICALLY LUIS very unprofessional, numerous racist remarks was said on a call, my family comes from a Mexican background culture and he said multiple disrespectful insensitive phrases in Spanish! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME ESPECIALLY YOUR MONEY! After putting a HUGE deposit down, they were still was asking to have a car cleared from payment under our name , that’s less that 6 months almost paid off! The worst place you can go! Please take this review into ALOT consideration before doing business with them!!!!!

Ron company can't be trusted. He sold my boy friend a dysfunctional truck and he lied about the condition of his truck. He had no intention of ever fixing it. His title number is 98867715. No one can assume that this is a fake review. Because of the more recent bad reviews and the way we actually was treated by the dealership, we questioned the good reviews. Are they manufactured by the dealership? We were not known to them, nevertheless, Ron pared my boyfriend with an unethical match. The truck was always dysfunctional and the dealership knew it because they put it in their shop three times. He stayed in the picture until he received out side financial money from the bank. Once that occurred he did not respond to any more calls for repairs. So, do not believe in any of his positive reviews because based on personal experiences with this dealership, the positive reviews are a myth. Negative reviews tell the true story. They say nothing. But on any positive reviews, they say Thanks! Both positive and negative are a universal law! One can't exist without the other. This company will not recognize the bad experiences of some of its customers Be smart 🧠. Look at the bad reviews... Ron is an excellent deceiver.

This place is a scam. The staff lies about inventory. Spoke to a young lady on the phone and said the truck was there to ask for her when I got there. I told her I was driving an hour to get there. Please let me know if it is sold within my travel there. When I arrived I was greeted and I asked for the woman I spoke to and I was told she is not working. But the main issue is that her voice is the voice I spoke to on the phone. I know because the office only had 3 employees there. 1 woman and 2 male salesman. The vehicle was not there. It was sold a week before. As I'm getting upset😡. One of the employees started laughing and said another bait and switch. Tried getting me into truck almost double the price. So I left. 2 hours later, I had my friend call and ask about the truck, and the same lady said it is there to come down and take a look.. this is very upsetting 😡. How can you trust a company from the beginning lies to get you in and then lies to your face. You can never trust the quality of the vehicles and never trust them to stand behind their word, even on a contract. I hope everyone takes this very serious and thinks twice before buying from this company. It is completely a scam and trying to take advantage of everyone.

Biggest scam out there. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Drove over an hour to look at a Ram truck that they have listed all over FB and their website. Come to find out they sold it that morning. I contacted them all morning but nobody calls you back or responds. Come to find out that all the prices they advertise are 100% FALSE. Once you get there, they scam you and tell you thats the price after a large down payment. Save yourself the headache and avoid these slime balls. They are totally your stereotypical sleazy used car lot. Just buy private or buy a CPO from a reputable dealership.

Ron sold me a lemon last year and it still isn’t running. I’ve been making payments for over a year now and the vehicle is at the mechanic’s waiting for repair. Don’t do business with this man since he and Santos are scam artists. Very unreliable service. Anyone wanting to participate in a class action lawsuit, please contact me.

This dealership went above and beyond for me to able to drive away with the car I wanted. Andre Charles the car salesman that assisted me was so personable and kind hearted. Just observing their team work as a whole working together and so hard for me, was the highlight of my experience. I will be recommending them to my friends and family for sure, but I highly recommend. ☺️

This is BY FAR the BEST place to buy a car!!! The guys were so great took such good care of me and Zach we have been bragging about their customer service since we bought our jeep. Excellent customer service recently bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler and their service was what sold me on buying the car from them. Santos was top notch and if looking for a new or new to you ride definitely recommend you check what they have in inventory you won’t be disappointed!!!!

These guys are great. We had went to another lot nearby to look at a few vehicles and decided to leave after discovering they had spraypainted the undercarriage to hide the rusted out frame. Expected the day to be a bust, but decided to make one last stop at Kaler and we are so glad we did. All the cars we saw were in great condition, and after deciding on our vehicle they got us all set up with a really good loan. Made sure we understood everything before signing, and were overall just wonderful! Will be back for our next car!

Kaler Auto gave me great service and care. I assisted in buying a car for my mom here and they were very carring and respectful. Soon after I lost my mother and took over payments they were caring and not demanding in fact they called me to see how I was doing. fair payments and a solid vehicle I was happy that they were able to give me a great deal but also be understanding to the things happening in my life.

Hi I’d like to share my experience with the fine gentlemen at Kaler leasing. I needed a car and my credit wasn’t good because of my pending divorce. I had never bought a car on my own and I was so nervous being a woman. I called and spoke with Ron told him what I needed in a car. He got back to me a little later and said I have three cars I want you to look at. I went in and Ron and Santos put me at ease right away. I really liked the Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was used but in fine condition. They worked with the finance company and came back with a down payment and monthly payments I could afford. I feel good about my experience at Kaler leasing and highly recommend them. (Side note they like Italian food)

Ron was very professional and helpful with showing me the best options. Very informative. I will definitely recommend family and friends to him. Not only did I get the Jeep I always wanted but he also gave me all the time I needed in a relaxing and hassle free environment. Second dealer that I went too. First dealer was a joke. When I arrived they to us to the vehicle and let us look inside and out along with start it up and look under the hood. There was no beating around the bush or trying to sell another vehicle. All the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Santos worked his butt off to make a the deal happen not just on our end but with the lender as well. Great experience, will recommend to anyone that I know who is looking.

Yesterday I bought my 2nd used car from Ron and Santos. I am 68 years old and bought many new and used cars in my lifetime and usually need to get drunk after because of the headache. Not so at Kaler's. They are honest and up front from jump and NO surprises on the contract when you get home and see you bought something you didn't want. Santos explains everything in detail so that you totally understand what you are signing. They look out for you and advise if they can about situations you might have if applicable so you make the right decision based on your needs. I told Ron yesterday that I was going to pay cash for a car for my stunning Haitian girlfriend who works hard and has a few children and she doesn't need a headache or breakdowns for a while and he said I have something perfect and to top it off he gave me an awesome price without any tricks on her used low mileage Honda Accord. I felt at ease and peaceful when I left there and with no regrets what so ever the next day. Another happy Kaler customer and would give 10 stars if possible. I strongly urge you to give them a try if you want a hassle free used car buying experience. I want to ad to my review to say that today Mr. Kaler went over and above helping me to relive my anxieties over a personal decision I made. The staff is extraordinary. They were very helpful & up-front. As a first time buyer with no credit, they were really accommodating & made the process so easy for me. After desperately looking to buy a truck we accidentally found Kaler Auto Sales. With no expectations we walked in and met Ron who understood our needs and our budget and took very good care of us. We ended up getting a much better truck then we could ever expect to get and with Santos help, payments are going to be very affordable. KalerAutos were really helpful and friendly. They went over everything step by step. They made the process of getting a car easy. Mr. Santos was very informative and answered all our questions. They went over and beyond. He made sure he was able to get a loan for us with the best interest rate. We had a problem with all the exterior lights on the car, and they took care of right away. That is customer service.

I had routinely experienced people not taking me seriously, trying to sell me sub-par vehicles, or being pushy and disrespectful to the point of making me uncomfortable. The gentlemen at Kaler Auto Sales were the exact opposite. Ron, the owner, took the time to sit with me and discuss my needs in terms of budget and vehicle. Once he knew what I was looking for, he told me my options. He was very honest and did not put any pressure on me to make a decision. He had one car in mind for me (which I ended up purchasing) and I was able to talk to the mechanic directly to learn about the high quality of the vehicle. I went on a test drive with Ron and returned the next day to test drive another car with Gary, another great employee at Kaler Auto Sales. Gary, Ron, and the rest of the staff gave me their opinions and advice without being at all pushy. Once I decided to buy the 2002 Honda Accord, they helped me with all the paperwork and ensured I had everything I needed before leaving their shop. In addition, Ron mentioned that he is well connected to auto shops in the area and will connect me to other excellent business when my car needs routine maintenance. This is the best auto place I have been through throughout my whole time driving. Ron and Santos were very helpful and helped me out in a very bad situation I was in. My credit is not very good at all and they helped me the very same day I came to see them. The car ended up being even nicer then the car I was driving when I had better credit. They approve everyone regardless of their credit history and even help people with repos. I am VERY HAPPY with my new car !
