Had a great experience at AutoZone. I had to get my battery tested and replaced. Despite the hot weather, Gabriel Torres was very quick efficient and kind. I was there for about 15 minutes max. Based off this service I would definitely recommend.

Katie is the best she did. Such a great job, helping me out. She's definitely a keeper she was very professional, great customer service.

Katie was very helpful and nice as soon as I walked in. I needed break light bulbs for my father's hyundai accent. Definitely a good atmosphere as simple as it seems it's important. I'll be coming back to this location for any of my auto needs.

Tyler was amazing. He helped me find what I needed and spent time teaching me how to do it. He was friendly and patient with all my questions

I deal with commercial and these guys are always on point with my parts and the Driver Katie is ALWAYS here fast and efficient when it comes to dropping off our parts! Thanks Autozone and Katie for doing a great job!!

Gabriel at AutoZone is very knowledgeable and gave the best customer service when I was there. He explained which batteries they carried and changed it expertly. I would recommend asking for him there.

My visit to Auto Zone was a pleasure, mainly due to the GREAT svc provided by Tyler. He came out with no hesitation to resolve my issue at the time which was a bad battery. He replaced it and also checked out my charging system. Needless to say it's tough to find GOOD customer svc these days , but after an awesome experience with Tyler - there's still hope!

Excellent friendly service. Katie helped me quickly select what I needed. The checkout process was quick and easy. They are able to look up your item with the make model of your vehicle. This certainly helps when you have no clue what exact parts fit your car. Diana

I had a great experience at AutoZone today. The staff was friendly, helpful and really knew their stuff — they helped me find exactly the right oil for my BMW 325Ci and even checked stock availability over the phone before I came in. Checkout was quick, and the price was fair. I also appreciated the free battery-testing and advice on maintenance. I’ll definitely come back here for future parts.

Dennisa was amazing. She provided exceptional service. Her and Gabriel were extremely helpful especially with car troubles on Thanksgiving. Definely coming back to this location.

I came in here needing a new car battery for my 2021 Sonata. I have no idea about anything car related or what kind of battery I even needed. Katie greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me with an extremely positive attitude and made sure I left with exactly what I needed and nothing more/less. Gary assisted in installing my car battery, thankfully! I know it’s hot outside, and I greatly appreciate Gary taking care of me. Gary F. went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, and his knowledge made the whole process easy. Kamal was super patient and made sure all my questions were answered, and Dennisa had such great energy and customer service—she really made my visit feel welcoming. I visited Auto Zone and Gabriel Torres helped me with my battery replacement. He was so informative. I didn't know I had a warranty on my battery so it was actually replaced free of charge. I felt stressed coming in but so happy going out. I can't thank Gabriel enough for his great service.

Excellent service from Gabriel at AutoZone I recently visited AutoZone and Gabriel helped me out exceptionally well. From the moment I walked in, he was very friendly, knew the products perfectly, and helped me find exactly what I needed. He even took the time to explain how to install the part and gave me useful tips for car maintenance. You can tell he enjoys his job and knows what he’s doing. A great example of customer service!

Francisco treated her like the queen she is and my heart melted when I saw how she responded to his kind and professional manner. My mature girls and elders run over to Auto Zone Tamarac FL and have them check out your car. Our new rear view mirror and phone mount secured.(see pic) The care and respect is unparalleled 💯✅

This place has the best customer service! Great workers especially Katie, Gary and Otema! They were very helpful and ensured that my car was fully serviced before I left the building. So I left as a happy customer and I will definitely be back for more service. So make sure yall come on down to Autozone Auto parts between mcnab and commercial off on university.

Thumbs up to auto zone. I needed wiper blades for my car. Gabriel helped me find exactly what I needed, explained the quality of different options and made my purchase clear and understandable. He was also friendly and installed them for me. Very customer service friendly. I would go back again

Never had any issues with Auto zone! Shout out to Gary! Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He explained everything we needed to know about the car battery we bought. Even gave us good advice to snapshot the bar code on the receipt in case we go to another store and all they had to do was scan the barcode to pull up the transaction. We always go to this store, it seems to be the hidden gem of Auto Zones.
