Disappointing experience at AutoZone. I stopped by at 8 PM, getting off work, with the intention of buying a battery before the 9 PM closing time. Instead, the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to even check my battery or sell me one, despite me having all the tools to install it myself. It would have taken minimal effort to assist me, but they showed no interest. Given the circumstances, I expected better customer service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
Thank you so much to Juan P. for helping and making my experience great. I went in to get my battery checked out, which read that it was a bad battery. The process was quick and easy, with a few bits of knowledge from Juan as well about how my battery was housed.
Came in to get my cabin air filter and windshield wipers and it was a very quick and easy process. Juan P was very helpful and even installed the wipers for me. He also explained the things that I needed, the size/type and wasn’t condescending about it either. Felt very genuine about wanting to help. Great service, will come back again.

I went to this location to change battery after a poor experience at Advanced Auto Parts. Everyone was helpful. Juan is a great employee with wonderful customer service. Auto Zone definitely places an emphasis on customer service . I always have a pleasant experience at Auto Zone.
I came in to this store to get parts for my business. I was assisted by James Pinkosky who told me that I am not allowed to purchase at this store because it is an white only store. What does this even mean?!?! I have never been racially profiled before and now we are going through this??!!? This is the worst customer service experience ever! I am bringing this up to corporate.
I just went to store 4851 in Sunrise, Florida. I had a very good experience with Shawn. It was a pleasure to work with him as he got my car battery replaced. Super knowledgeable guy. He's the best of the best! Ask for him if you need help.

I came for a Windshield fluid and the manager was scolding the pour cashier in front of everyone and was ignoring me I stand there for 5 minutes waiting for someone charge me my product real bad situation. 1 manager should attend this type of issue in the back in private and 2 customers is always the priority, at the end I leave without buying because nobody help me I will take my business to another place.
I had such a great experience with Juan! He helped me replace my car battery, and it ended up being way more difficult than expected. He stayed an extra 30 minutes to help get it out, and even when it started to rain, he remained calm, patient, and professional. I never have a problem when I go to Autozone. They always have the right parts. When I repair my car, I go to Autozone because they have loner tools. The loner tools you can purchase and return after use. Is your looking for that odd tool that you may use only once, then Autozone is the place to go. Fast service. I like that.
The must horrible place. The clerk was lazy a told bad guy with a big Bally and a beard. He did not help at all. Store was empty. Advanced auto parts is a better store people are help full. Even if you are not buying from them they will help.

This location was phenomenal at assisting me in the beginning it was a small mishap with a expected refund I place for a alternator but I spoke with manager Nick at the time who got things up to speed and sent me to one of the best sales man Juan Perez. Not only did he install my new battery but he also recommended an additional part that was greatly needed communication was clear and was very patient with me when it comes to cars
Parking lot pretty empty with numerous employees inside- great After standing there for several minute’s I had to intervene a conversation to ask for help. Inquired for assistance on a motorcycle battery. I was informed by this gentleman older with glasses and a ball cap that he was able to look up motorcycle batteries on their system and pointed to the back wall where batteries were located that I was to go find one. so puzzled as I have been buying motorcycles batteries for over a decade from the zone I gave him my number to pull up and imagine that there was the battery I needed on my account that another gracious and capable parts tech helped me buy using their system and why it’s on my phone number. Of course only for him to say they didn’t have it if that was even trustworthy. I went up the street to O’rely
I have been buying parts and renting tools, rebuilding vehicles of all makes models of all types through multiple states from Autozone since the early 90s. I expected more ….including the bag of trash haphazardly sitting out side the main entry waiting for garbage truck to arrive
Finally found a business that provides genuine customer service. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, and I truly appreciate walking into auto zone and (Sharon, Juan) was at the counter , greeted me immediately with a smile, that brings warmth to my soul, has I was having a down day. This morning I was so worried about myMazda , I got there and this guy helped me a lot giving me advises in which battery should I get for my car, pros and cons, prices etc, he run a diagnostic on my car not just for the battery but for a light that was flashing and driving me crazy this morning!
