From the reviews I see I am not the first. This is a complaint regarding the handling of my vehicle and personal belongings by your company, which was contracted by Progressive to transport my car from a towing company lot to your facility. Upon checking my vehicle, I discovered that several of my personal possessions had been removed from the interior without my consent and placed into a bag. I am extremely concerned and upset that your team entered my vehicle, touched my belongings, and removed items without any prior communication or permission. What’s worse is that I have been attempting to get a clear answer on where my belongings are, and I have received nothing but the runaround. Your staff has been dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. I don’t care who specifically took the items — what matters is that they were mine, and I want them returned immediately. This situation is unacceptable, and I am demanding the following: A full list of all items your team removed from my vehicle. Immediate return of my missing personal belongings. A written explanation as to why your employees entered my vehicle and handled my possessions. I will escalate this matter to Progressive, file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

They stole my brand new personal items. Dash cam Cleaning products Cases of Gatorade I'm pretty sure this is common practice for them. They probably gambled I was dead by the looks of my car. Pathetic. You work. Why take advantage of people. Excuseless humans. William Norman

I’m going to start this off by saying if I could give 0 stars I would. These people are highly unprofessional, when they scheduled the appointment to pick up the car they wrote down the time wrong and arrived when I was not home. My mother went to explain the situation about how personal belongings are still in the car and to wait for the owner or come back at the correct time, the man yelled at her in a language she did not understand. Say “the owner is not going to ride up w me why does she have to be here” “I came all the way from key Biscayne” and upset about his gas. Instead of calling his supervisor he continued to yell, act nasty and be disrespectful. To my mom who is a nurse working night shift and had to work that night as well. Still tried to tow the car even went told no. Mother had to wait outside until he left. Had to call while at work and not compensated for the time off house to deal with the situation. During the call with support I heard one story that the tower was in the area and just wanted to pick up the car in the way. I was transferred to Heather, my customer service representative, and she let the man yell at me on the phone in Spanish while she had him on the other line and tried to apologize. Highly unorganized company that needs to train better.

It's 8:30. Hours of operation are 8 a.m-5. They are having a meeting where 2 employees are arguing with each other while 6 people are outside waiting to go about their day. We all have jobs too. To waste our time for your personal beefs is disgusting. Time is money. Hope y'all never do this again. Reschedule and run your business properly. What the hell is wrong with you people? Do better

Worst auction ever. Very bad customer service never answer the phone. I requested my title to be mailed out since about 10 days they still did not do it. They do not care.No service ever done over the phone or the IAA system. You have to do everything by yourself in person. If you are a remote buyer like me you are stuck.Not recommended. IAA corporation seems does not care.

Awful service, they NEVER pick up the phone and now buyers have to pay an additional $20 cash. It’s unbelievable. I have to find another auction plat form.

Worst service ever, it wasn’t enough all the fees you have to paid, like buyer fees, service fees, internet fees and environmental fees and now out of nowhere without letting no one know anyone paying in the branch have to pay cash $20 more? This company has become a thief!

Since the pandemic started the men's has a signing saying ""SORRY TEMPORARY OUT OF SERVICE"", and as a Transporter we have to use a quimical outdoor peeing station... and I usually see the workers from the IAA accessing it... they should be at least honest if they don't wanna the bathroom being used by the Transporter. P.S the lady's bathroom is ok for everything women to use...

Good source to buy automobile be it used, damaged or salvaged. With a large inventory of such vehicles they are very organized, insist on Covid19 protocol. ln a relaxed atmosphere , Frank the security man, is an example of good customer relationship that exists with that staff. All should check out for a treasure here.

Rep was very helpful and pleasant but if you are in a hurry the wait time to retrieve items from your vehicle can be brutal. Fairly clean with mask required. Address on door of building differs from address on Google Maps🤔 but lead to the right place nonetheless.

Very bad service, and bad attitude from manager Larry Esquijarosa. When I came and try to get information from front desk. This guy came out and start scream without any reasons. Bad service. Rude attitude.

Horrible service and attitude. I call in advance to verify for the retrieval of my TAG but when I arrived I was giving the lowest Respect and attention to detail as if i did something wrong. Too much laughing and not too much attention. I received my TAG with no proper good bye. Mind you I didn't show attitude back.
