They took my scooter away , overcharged me $250 for not even 24 h , they damaged it , the all left side....they tried to hide it. They didn't tell me it was damaged. And they have the nerves to say that they didn't do it. I tried to call them to arrange things , they refused and said they didn't do it. They don't deserve to be doing business..

To make matters worse, the fees charged by Carmel Towing Company were exorbitant and unreasonable. Absolutely the worse company that exist, I will be filing with BBB. They towed multiple cars from my building stating property management gave them authority which property management was highly pissed that they had towed cars ILLEGALLY and did the opposite of their contract!

And it happened again, read all the reviews and you will realize. They should have a sanction for being abusive they didn't even leave me a warning notice, they took my truck after having been parked there in the same place in front of a business for more than 3 years and the man who works there was very rude and took a photocopy of all my documents, even the card with I paid. Why do they want to keep a file of your documents? Who controls them and puts them in line so they don't take rights that don't belong to them and go over the rights of others! They also opened my car and fastened the steering wheel with the safety strap, as they dare to open my car without permission and without having the key, they used keys without my consent. They have so many reviews from so many people and they all agree on the same thing that they are abusive thieves! The place is disgusting, you don't even believe that a business can be like this in such horrible conditions.

Unbelievable…. They towers a vehicle with no permission from my business parking spot. A spot that we own and work from everyday. Reason they said…. Tag expired. I asked, “did someone call you?” They replied with “the landlord”. We then call the landlord and he never spoke to them. Now we’re picking up the truck, less than 12 hours later and $200 later. They towed my car for no reason I wasn't illegally parked I was in a regular parking spot with no signs saying no parking yet they claimed I was in a spot that was reserved parking even though there were no signs posted when he was putting my car up on the tow truck I asked him if he would release it and he refused and told me I would have to pick it up at the tow yard and like the previous comment I just read they can drop the tow on scene for $80 they never gave me that option they also added additional fees for additional tools they had to use to tow my car which is a 1999 Toyota Camry so I don't know what special tools they needed to use my car was easily accessible there was no need for them to turn it around or anything of that nature that was an extra $40 for there "special equipment" I pray to God that Karma catches up to these people because they're nothing but scam and rip off artists. They hold your car hostage not to mention the scratch across my front bumper which they said they didn't do but it wasn't there when I parked the car.

My car was towed from an apartment complex where they said that management had called them at 8:20 to inform them that I was parked in a spot that I shouldn't have been. I didn't show up to that apartment complex until almost 11:00 that's the first part second part is as soon as I saw the tow truck with my car I chased him down and got close enough to tap the bumper on my car he refused to stop and kept on going. I went to pick up the car today which cost me just under $190 because of the $28 storage fee because I couldn't pick it up right after they towed it because they were closed so they had to charge me for a day storage even though it was there for less than 12 hours then when they gave me the piece of paper receipt it stated that vehicle could either be towed for $160 or released on site for 80 now I know why the tow truck driver didn't stop the place is a scam and a ripoff they also charged me $8 for using a debit card to pay for a small portion of the total fee.

No scams, no shams. Towing can be a taunting thing to experience...but this company made what could have been a heartbreaking loss of my property, an easy transaction. I had a unique situation when my car was validly towed from my friends business parking lot. My registration had expired and I was 1k miles away in another state. I contacted Carmel towing after finding out through the Broward County records department that they were holding my car. In a professional manner, the representative described in explicit details what I would need to get my car back. The car was given to me by my mom and I didn't want to lose it during this hardship. They assisted me within a 24 hour time frame and went beyond business hours to make sure I didn't accrue any additional towing fees. Thank you so much for your assistance Carmel Towing.

They are thieves, trumped up fake fees assessed, they lie to you on the phone, they dismantle/Susanne your vehicle once on the tie and they...brokemy mirror, pieces on the ground at their tow yard, by my car, and they claim it was broken before they towed the vehicle. I was outside of the neighboring business and a driver pulls and sits for awhile its around 7:10pm. After about 5 minutes or so gets out of the truck takes a picture of me.
