I have dealt with this company over a dozen times with parts I needed with my old Lincoln Classic and 2 other cars. I had no issues or problems. I have not visited the site in a very long time , but since my car is now 5 yrs old, I now will be using Doug’s Auto Parts with parts I will need for my Honda Accord Sedan LX. I will be calling them tomorrow. Pending a new review on this. I hope I have luck with what I need.

Worst experience ever. I manage a Mobile i shop in Margate and placed an order for two rims on Tuesday 7/21/2020 with a promised ETA of Thursday, Friday the latest the same week. When called in for updates the lady Dani didn't have information and sounded like she was not happy to hear me call for an update on delivery. I was then promised it would be delivered Monday 7/27/2020 by Sage and that didn't happen. Their freight driver forgot the rims at their North location which I was then promised again a follow up call on a resolution. Never got a call back so assumed they forgot and weren't going to deliver the rims. They call Wednesday that week saying they got the rims so I was surprised and willing to work with them but wouldn't work on the price due to them delaying my shop and customer and costing me money. sage got irrate and upset because he felt he was helping me on a mistake him and his team made on not following through with their false promises and then hung up on me and said the shop was banned from doing business with them. Boo hoo hoo I'm banned from an auto salvage parts store who doesn't come through with their false promises. Good luck and would highly recommend you hire a new team who doesn't sound grouchy in the AM when answering customers calls and who actually care or can pretend to care to show good faith in your company. Worst customer service ever!!!!! I wouldn't even rate you a one star you should have none. By the way their customer service continued to harass me after he hung up on me. Follow screenshots below.

I was traveling, 10 hours away from home. I needed a rim so they said they would order and it would be in by 3:00 the next day. I made arrangements for someone else to put it on after 3:00. Well their roof caved in, which is understandable it interfered with business. But still, I could not get anyone on the phone so I emailed and someone texted me back. I told them I really need that Rim so I can get back home to work. They said someone was there to get the deliveries and they would call me. No one called so I went up there and at 4;30 it still was not there, could not get anyone on the phone, nor email nor text. Even the guy there cleaning up tried to get them and couldn’t. I wanted my money back so I could get a rim somewhere else and get home. They could at lease have someone answering the phone or emails or text. There’s no reason for the communication to be stopped. I ended up calling my bank and disputed the charge and they credited me back and will deal with this company! Thank God for Wells Fargo!!!
