  If the big dude hates his job so much, why not just quit instead of treating customers like shit. I’m a mechanic, I went in to get some things for a job, and this guy was THE most unpleasant person I have met in a looong time. Please put a self checkout in your store because I’m sure a lot of people avoid this place because of him. I know i’m never going back

  Had a customer tow a vehicle to me from another supposed repair shop. They had just paid for a transmission replacement and were missing parts because this other hole in the wall was keeping them or return them. He purchased the part with his personal credit at oriellys. The shop was a scam and returned his parts and got refunded cash. He calls corporate office and they claim if you pay credit card under any account at this location apparently. You give up your rights to your credit or debit card to whoever the shop name is under the invoice. So they can go return your parts and get cash back. This repair facility is called (E M AUTO REPAIR ) no license does exist anywhere but this oriellys location is helping them scam customers and corporate office says it's ok. Customer had to go spend another 1000$ in parts in labor elsewhere where. Be aware of this shop scam and oriellys credit and debit policys.

  he staff member was super helpful and friendly during my visit. This store was organized and very clean. I was surprised that this location maintains a large inventory of car batteries, which was my expectation for a dedicated auto parts store.
