nice helpful young guy helped me. grey haired gentleman is beyond rude. i’ve been to multiple AutoZones had my oil checked. They’ve been very helpful. Help me replace the battery too at a few of them. This guy was rude, unhelpful and he was sitting when I walked in. I don’t recommend this auto zone.
The store its amazing!! Its new!! But the services!!!! It's insane how awful are those guys. There's an old man that it look like the store manager. He always give you a bad attitude when ask something!!! They should re-train the that guy in customer services!!! Not helpful at all...!!! Just 2 Hispanic guys are nice.
Bosun was excellent and very professional he installed my battery for me very quickly with a positive attitude and made a honest recommendation as to which battery to purchase I highly recommended this location.
However service today Monday December 15 2025 noontime, was in other words lazy, cero above and beyond service in a simple matter, a battery change, I didn’t bother and just drove 7 minutes to Advance Auto Parts and guy came out right away and ask “battery check?” Guess now I changed to a new location an provider.

5 stars Joshua came through when my car battery decided to go faulty on me and die . He checked it out asap , replaced it efficiently with care, and got me back on the road like nothing ever happened. Super reliable and knows exactly what he’s doing.
