Didn't use this "company" because they hung up on me. I asked what the waiting period was, because the other tow companies that I called minutes earlier had a 2 hour wait. The man proceeded to hiss his teeth and hang up. I don't know. It seemed like a pretty valid question to me, but anyways. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money. It amazes me how they even have four stars.
Called yesterday and scheduled towing service at 7 am today. 7:30 am towing truck wasn't showing up, I called the company a man answered my call, but he sounds he was still on bed and told me he will call the driver. 8:00 am still nobody showing up and nobody answers any call. And now I have to find another towing company and be super late for my work. What a terrible company and have no idea where are the good reviews from.
I called them to come pick up my car from a blown tire on 595. I told them I could pay with my card or go to bank to retrieve cash if they only took cash. They refused to pick me up and even ADMITTED that was why they wouldnt pick me up because I didnt have cash in hand. Customer service from these other reviews are BS fake reviews. Here is your real review.
EDIT: Editing Review from 2 years ago. I noticed the CEO responded. I literally asked the "chauffeur" on the phone; "Why won't you pick me up?, is it because I don't have cash and can only pay with card or something?" and his response was "yeah, that's why." and I said "wow are you serious right now?, fine" then hung up. So yeah, 2 years later I'm back to respond because it was so ridiculous, that's how much of an impression it left. Don't believe this guy.

I called on a Sunday night. They told me they would pick me up in 20 to 25 minutes and they did. I was impressed with their timeliness. The trucker was very courteous. I would definitely call them again if I need a tow truck.
The best prices in all Pembroke pines ,G & D Towing & Recovery provides excellent service. I completely Recommended for anyone to use this towing company because of the great services they have and because the prices are excellent
Good business!!!! Came promptly after I called. Moved my car with no damages. Tow driver Jerry is an honest man I realized after he left I over paid him and he link up not too far from my home to return the money.

G&D Towing Recovery has awesome service! I was stuck with no help in site. I called G&D Towing and the driver was there in minutes! And the best part was the price! They have the best prices in town. The driver was very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this towing company to anyone who's stranded and is looking for great service and great prices!
