Made an appointment for a Vehicle Inspection visit. Got there 20 minutes early. Two hours later my car was still sitting where I parked it. Pointed out my car had been forgotten. Got a lot of surprised looks and a promise they would have it inspected an hour later.
After it was supposedly inspected and was given the keys.I got a block away before noticing a brake light failure warning. My brake lights were fine before taking the car in! I When I returned and told them about the warning light, they told me I would have to pay to get it fixed.

I had a really positive experience at this Firestone location on Pines Blvd. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I truly appreciated. They kept me updated throughout the process and made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and handled with care. Great customer service — I’d definitely return and recommend this location to others.
The team in this Firestone saved my life & cad last Sunday. My car started having issues with steering on Saturday night making a lot of noises when I turned the wheel or slowed down and hit the brake, it felt like something was loose and misaligned. I got worried and on Sunday the only place that was open and able to diagnose this issue was Firestone. Turns out I had recently changed my cars suspension with my locally trusted mechanic, and they didn’t tighten or adjust the ball joint correctly, my tires were misaligned because of it, and the front wheels could have fallen off at any minute! If it wasn’t to Charlotte at this Firestone and her manager’s willingness to fit me in the schedule (they were very busy that day) chances are things could have gotten much worse for me. They were patient with all my questions, detailed in their explanation, and kind and empathetic with their approach. I was able to drive my car back home that same day. And I am going back to my mechanic now to address what’s happened with a much more prepared understanding about what happened, and how they should address this error on their part. Mistakes happen! But I am sure glad Firestone was able to help me before it was too late.
I arrived at around 3:30 well before their posted closing time of 5:00 PM, needing urgent tire service the first time and a wheel alignment the second time. The shop was still open, but the representative named Cesar told me they couldn’t help because they were ‘too busy with workload’ and already backed up. They refused to even look at my car or squeeze me in for a quick fix, even though I was polite and willing to wait. I ended up having to leave with the same problem twice and go somewhere else, wasting time and risking safety on the road. Extremely disappointing customer service — if you’re closing at 5, you should be able to help customers who show up before closing. Won’t be back.
Andrew was the mechanic that took care of me, and he got my car back on the road with a quickness. Not only did the team at Firestone accept me with ten minutes notice after I had a tire blow and changed over to a donut, but they had all four tires changed AND an alignment done in less than an hour. Highly recommend anyone to this location!
Joe, Cesar and Kendall are very professional. I been taking my Alfa Romeo and Santa Fe here for years. Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. They took the time to explain what was needed (and what wasn’t), gave fair pricing, and finished the work when they said they would.

I’m a very satisfied customer! I called Firestone to get two new tires, and even though they only had one in stock, they quickly sent someone to another location to get the second tire before I even arrived. I told them the time I needed the service done by, and they kept their word. Within minutes of handing over my keys, they had my car in a bay and started working. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and very professional. Cesar is the best! This location will definitely have my business moving forward!
The employee at the store was extremely rude and nearly accused me of lying, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication and poor time management made the situation even worse. My paperwork listed a drop-off time of 10:43 AM and a pick-up time of 11:30 AM, yet the vehicle was not ready until 2:05 PM. This significant delay was never properly explained. Additionally, I did not receive the promised $20.00 discount on the alignment. To add to the frustration, after returning home I had to come back because the tires were never checked and were low on air. This level of service is unprofessional and far below acceptable standards. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I am extremely dissatisfied with how this visit was handled.
I worked with Gabriel and he is really knowledgeable and assisted me in getting the best tires for my budget. I recommend this store for all your car needs. They are also very honest.
Very dishonest place, they literally tried to scam me into changing parts that were not damaged. Only one of the parts was actually broke (window regulator) and they told me I had to change to window motor as well. They try to charge me 950 $ went to a different place and they fix it for 375 $

Really amazing customer service. I went for an oil change and didn’t even realize my tire had wires coming out of them it could’ve lead to an accident, but I’m thankful that they caught it and gave me a good deal on two tires.
We have had nothing short of exceptional service at this Firestone location. Our first trip to Firestone was two weeks ago. We were driving one night right before we were about to take a road trip and the oil light came on in my husbands truck. We pulled in about 20 minutes prior to closing hoping someone would help us and they did. They got us in and out quickly and provided great customer service.
Since we had a great experience we took a chance and had them look at my suv that had been at a local dealership for awhile. The dealership quoted us a crazy amount to do a small amount of work that may or may not fix the issue - no other options as a starting point. We called in yesterday to quote the parts and labor to compare vs the dealership, surprise Firestone was 1/3 the cost and they were using the same dealership brand parts. They then asked some follow up questions and suggested instead we bring it in and have them look at it before we purchased any parts. We brought it in today. The master technician did a deep dive and was able to articulate what they found and how to fix it. We agreed to start with his suggestion and again surprise surprise the fix worked and it was 1/8 the cost of the original quote to “see if that would work”.
We could not be more pleased with the service we have received. Thank you to everyone, but specifically Kendall and Mario. You guys are awesome and we greatly appreciate your level of communication and commitment to finding a solution that worked for us!
Excellent experience with Cesar. When I called the store, Cesar immediately picked up and took care of my needs. He told me to come over the store that he will take care of me. Once I arrived to the location, he greeted me and said, “thank you for coming” with a smile. Excellent service like that makes people wanting to come back.
Very satisfied with the customer service and overall experience. I ordered tires through Tire Rack and had them delivered directly to the store. Even though my installation appointment was scheduled for two days later, I stopped in early and the store manager, Charlette, was able to fit me in the same day. The team installed the tires while I waited and handled everything professionally. Big thank-you to Charlette and the staff for the excellent service.

I had a very positive experience at Firestone, thanks to the exceptional customer care provided by Charlotte. As a woman, it can often be intimidating to bring a vehicle in for service, as we sometimes feel overlooked or taken advantage of. However, Charlotte immediately made me feel welcomed and at ease.
She clearly explained the issues with my vehicle, ensured I understood the necessary services, and consistently demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy throughout the entire process.
It was truly refreshing to see a woman in a leadership role in an industry that is typically male-dominated. Charlotte's presence and approach made a significant difference in my experience, and I hope to see more representation like this in the future.
Great customer service. I made an appointment for 8am. Showed up at open, 7am and dropped my truck off expecting it was going to take hours. But i got a call in less than hour from Sharlet that my truck was ready. Sharlet was great, very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend
I actually had a pleasant experience at this auto shop. I came here a while ago and I decided to write this review now because I just went to a new place and they weren’t nearly as fast as jonathan was. Jonathan quickly diagnosed my car & I was in need of a brake fix and oil change. He did it so swiftly. Another employee worthy of his position. Til this day my brakes haven’t locked up on me, he truly fixed my vehicle.
I love this firestone store its amazing on pines everyone there is very helpful. They get your car in and out quick, they do an amazing job. They're friendly. Their waiting area is amazing. You could get snacks drinks. I mean, really Firestone has stepped up and really care about their customers. I recommend anybody to come to this store. On pines and 112 got the best service for your car.
The service that I received from Firestone was very efficient. I didn’t have. To wait long for service dispute not having an appointment. I was take care of by Charlette who give me expert advice on choose the most appropriate and cost effective tire for my car. This was my first time using Firestone for tire service but it will not be the last. 10/10 I will recommend to my family and friends

Kendall and his staff were very pleasant and efficient from the first contact via phone call. I definitely recommend using them .They also didn’t push on me things that don’t need immediate attention which I appreciate as honesty is a big thing for me, especially when on a budget. Had them open the hood of my car because it was stuck to a prior issue. They had left the hood of my car open. While I was driving on the freeway it flew open and almost ended me and others lives. My windshield also got cracked in the process due to negligence. The hood of my car flew open on the freeway due to them not closing it and saying “it would lock again if it closed.” Causing me to not be able to see and the hood of my car cracking my windshield on the highway. They are not taking accountability for what happened and what could have possibly happened to me. The whole hood of my car flew up while I was driving and got stuck in my windshield. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. When I tried speaking to someone on the phone about this situation he took no accountability. But if something did happen ( thankfully it didn’t ). It would have been on this companies hands due to negligence on your end. I do not want any legal problems, but being the reason my wield shield is now cracked and then not taking accountability is disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for any type of service. Truly terrible.
