The service was great she got me in and out as promised. I walked in got serviced super fast I was nervous because I have a one year old baby with and wasn’t sure how this was going to go for us. All being said mom and baby is happy.

Longtime customer for over 15 years! Superb service coupled with dedicated staff who are passionate, knowledgeable and helpful in many ways.They have valuable and loyal staff including Charlette, Kendall, Rene, Andrew, Robert and Lopez, all are wonderful and hardworking individuals who truly care and it’s shown in all they do. Each are simply irreplaceable and deserve to be respected, and appreciated beyond words alone.

Rude, dismissive service and failure to do the job properly On Saturday, September 20th, I came to your location with an appointment to have my SUV’s right rear tire inspected. For 2 weeks, the tire had been losing air every 5–7 days, a clear sign of a slow puncture. I drive over 60 miles daily for work and school, so this was a safety concern. It was raining heavily. There were no open spots outside so I briefly pulled into the work area to ask where I should park to avoid losing my appointment time. Instead of calmly directing me, several employees raised their voices, gestured at me disrespectfully (including a hand gesture suggesting I was “crazy”), and told me to leave. I had my young child in the car, which made this treatment even more upsetting. When I parked and went inside, I calmly asked to speak to the manager. After waiting 10 minutes, Kendall came out and said: “They told me you were speeding.” I wasn’t. “You can’t be there, it’s for safety and there are signs”. I wasn’t blocking anything and the signs were not i the right place, as they weren’t later either. “We’re a team here”. Just what you hear there is no one in charge to handle consequences. But when I tried to explain my concern, that I needed a proper inspection, he kept turning to my husband, who was there for a separate appointment on his car, and speaking to him about my vehicle, even when I was presenting the facts. I said: This is my car. I’m the one with the appointment. Is this a gender thing? Kendall ignored it. After being dismissed repeatedly, and waited for more than two hours, I was finally told the tire was “fine.” The truth? It was not. Within two days, the tire lost air again. Within a week, it happened twice more. I took the car elsewhere. A technician found a small puncture in the exact tire your team claimed was “good.” So let’s be clear: You didn’t just fail at customer service, you mocked a woman asking for help and refused to listen to a paying customer. You ignored a safety issue, you lied about your work (or don’t know how to do it), and you created an environment where a mother can be yelled at in front of his 11-year-old son. You say you’re a “team”? Then act like one. Train your staff. Hire managers who actually manage. And stop using “we’re all equal” as an excuse to avoid accountability. I won’t be back. And I’m writing this not just for me, but for every woman who’s been silenced, mocked, or dismissed because she dared to ask a question. This was disrespect , not only poor service. Demand better. Or lose more customers like me.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Cesar is the BEST! Firestone did an excellent job on my car. They were professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My car runs better than ever, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but I definitely found one here. Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience at Firestone, thanks to the exceptional customer care provided by Charlotte. As a woman, it can often be intimidating to bring a vehicle in for service, as we sometimes feel overlooked or taken advantage of. However, Charlotte immediately made me feel welcomed and at ease. She clearly explained the issues with my vehicle, ensured I understood the necessary services, and consistently demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy throughout the entire process. It was truly refreshing to see a woman in a leadership role in an industry that is typically male-dominated. Charlotte's presence and approach made a significant difference in my experience, and I hope to see more representation like this in the future.

I came on Tuesday the 23rd, with a flat tire , Cesar helped me and guide me to get the right tire for my car , which was a Forestone Ultra-High Summer Performance and also guide me for a credit card that qualified me for discounts! Excellent service , i was with my mom and she doesnt speak english so he was translating everything !! Great Costumer Service 10/10

Great customer service. I made an appointment for 8am. Showed up at open, 7am and dropped my truck off expecting it was going to take hours. But i got a call in less than hour from Sharlet that my truck was ready. Sharlet was great, very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend

I actually had a pleasant experience at this auto shop. I came here a while ago and I decided to write this review now because I just went to a new place and they weren’t nearly as fast as jonathan was. Jonathan quickly diagnosed my car & I was in need of a brake fix and oil change. He did it so swiftly. Another employee worthy of his position. Til this day my brakes haven’t locked up on me, he truly fixed my vehicle.

I love this firestone store its amazing on pines everyone there is very helpful. They get your car in and out quick, they do an amazing job. They're friendly. Their waiting area is amazing. You could get snacks drinks. I mean, really Firestone has stepped up and really care about their customers. I recommend anybody to come to this store. On pines and 112 got the best service for your car.

The service that I received from Firestone was very efficient. I didn’t have. To wait long for service dispute not having an appointment. I was take care of by Charlette who give me expert advice on choose the most appropriate and cost effective tire for my car. This was my first time using Firestone for tire service but it will not be the last. 10/10 I will recommend to my family and friends

I definitely recommend using them .They also didn’t push on me things that don’t need immediate attention which I appreciate as honesty is a big thing for me, especially when on a budget. Made an appt. for an oil change. Place seemed pretty busy. At first they said about 2 hours. They took care of it pretty quickly. I guess the appt made a difference, that or my annoyed self lol. Friendly service. After the discounts the price wasnt bad either compared to other places I've gone to. Def. Will be back for the next one.

The men were polite but gave me false information, stating that my car would be checked in a few hours and I clearly stated that I COULD NOT leave the car overnight. After waiting at home for over 6 hrs I went back to find out their lead tech had planned to check it the next day, and I had not received a phone call telling me of the delay. When I stated I need my car back, the man I spoke with took it in and said they could do it right now but would not explain why they couldn't get it done before. So, I said no because I was not going to pay for laziness and dishonesty.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BEST PART IS IM STILL HERE! Had an appointment for 1 pm (is now 3:45) for ONLY AN OIL CHANGE. Didn’t even get my car in til at least an hour. Had to be that guy and ask what the heck is going on with my car, and surprise surprise I need $2,000 replacements on my tires and brakes (just got them checked and they’re in good condition) didn’t even ask them to take apart my whole car to check for everything. They haven’t even started the oil change and I overheard them now saying that the “filter” isn’t even here yet and they had to order one. Ridiculous. You’d think I had some kind of UFO that the FBI would have to come and study for this long of a wait. Didn’t even update me, I had to go ask. Workers themselves are nice, but I have had a beyond frustrating experience. Almost 3 hours now.

It was easy to schedule an appointment when I called. Great customer service over the phone and in person. I was treated with respect and courtesy by all staff. They finished my oil change in less than an hour. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Yesterday I had a complete blowout in one of my tires and I will tell you that the manager Dulani was so helpful so courteous the staff there is fantastic. They don’t try to sell you things just because but they will be honest and tell you what your car needs so for that I appreciate Firestone in Pembroke Pines. Thank you so much. I highly recommend taking your car to the Firestone in Pembroke Pines all you need to do is look it up in Google and you’ll find them. There’s not enough words. to describe how well they treated me and I’m sure they treat all their other customers the same way

Terrible service. I waited 3 hours for an oil change, and it wasn't even busy. When I asked the lady who helped me, does it take that long for a oil change She got an attitude. I asked them to rotate my tires. They charged me, they didn't rotate, i noticed when I got home. I was gonna go back but I decided not to as I was upset at that service thers pic my front tires and back

Firestone at Pembroke has Reasonable Prices and Reliable Service. Appointments are recommended, but they do their best to try to accommodate you. From Flat tires to New Tires, our experienced has been Great. KUDOS to Charlene and her whole Team for their Professionalism and taking their time to explain any issues. Highly Recommended. Had them open the hood of my car because it was stuck to a prior issue. They had left the hood of my car open. While I was driving on the freeway it flew open and almost ended me and others lives. My windshield also got cracked in the process due to negligence. The hood of my car flew open on the freeway due to them not closing it and saying “it would lock again if it closed.” Causing me to not be able to see and the hood of my car cracking my windshield on the highway. They are not taking accountability for what happened and what could have possibly happened to me. The whole hood of my car flew up while I was driving and got stuck in my windshield. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. When I tried speaking to someone on the phone about this situation he took no accountability. But if something did happen ( thankfully it didn’t ). It would have been on this companies hands due to negligence on your end. I do not want any legal problems, but being the reason my wield shield is now cracked and then not taking accountability is disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for any type of service. Truly terrible.
