Thank you so much for this service. Marco Garcia went above and beyond for us and to be honest that was the quickest most efficent car service, my AC was back up and running in no time. And not like every other experience we werent pushed to fix anything else it was so transparent. The time frame was 2-3 days I got it in 24 hours . I also have to say that they have a new coffee machine with chai lattes option :) , its the little things that make the service/ experience … a positive one. THANK YOU! Definetly recommed , and will come back.

Great front office service! Poor back office efficiency and mechanic service. You will receive great customer service but your vehicle will not be better. I towed my Ford Focus there to be fixed; 2 months later, I towed it home. “ we are down a mechanic “ is the excuse. Front and the back office do not communicate properly in my opinion even with technology and ai support systems.

I had a re call on my F150 lighting. I doo my car on Monday, the service team told me it will be ready end of the day . Results I pick up my car on Wednesday afternoon!!!! No complementary car nothing. I have car from KIA and they give you for recall complementary car. My car was ready on Wednesday afternoon because on Tuesday afternoon I call to ask about my car. I have a tracker inside it, and by magical when I finish my call I saw my car moving.! So very very disappointed by this first service experience. And also , your competitors clean the car before you pick it up, is not the case in Ford !

I had a recall for the break master cylinder, which was replaced. Even though parts were not available immediately after being notified several months ago, they were able to book me in very quickly after I got the new notification. Booking and check in were both quick and easy and so was pick up. The only negative was that a loaner was not available for that service even though I was out of a vehicle for 5 days. Of course, this service was done at no charge.

Pines Ford has indeed been a blessing to me. Their knowledge, courtesy, respectfulness, and professionalism is unmeasurable. The mobile technician (David), that came to my home on Tuesday, 23rd of September 2025, for my general care service, was extremely out the ball field, honest, professional, and caring. He was informed by the service advisor, that Lord willing, I will be leaving town for a road trip (leaving South Florida), he spent the time, with patience and did the full ‘Works’ to ensure my 2016 Ford Escape was travel ready and beyond. Pines Ford, you all are an exemplary company. Please continue to keep your company’s integrity up front. As kind and professional you all are, I am in hopes, that you know God. If not, get to know God and watch how much further, He will take your company.

Took my 2022 work truck in for a simple service. I spoke to “Mike” and he assured my truck would be ready by 5pm that Friday. Friday came and went with no update. I called multiple times Saturday (no one would answer the phone). When someone finally picked up the phone there was no diagnostics done for my truck in the system. These people do not communicate with their clients or their service techs. I had to lose my cool in order to get answers from these people. Ended up having to take my truck to another dealer since they are incompetent and unprofessional. Diesel tech left my engine air filter completely disconnected at time of pick up.

My car new 2025!!! First tire rotation and the dealership mechanic scratched the wheels, they made mini holes and scratches on the car's steering wheel. I am very careful with my car, I'm the only one who drives it! I'm sure all this wasn't there until I got to the Ford dealership. This is all very sad and disappointing.

To start the place itself looks very nice and I trust the mechanics left my car in great condition. Also Gillian was EXTREMELY nice and helpful and understanding, if for no other reason I would go back for her amazing customer service skills. However I do feel that this place is overpriced I dropped my car off for 2 recalls and left paying over $2000. The recalls were free which is typical but they charged me and other things my car needed for example my wipers weren’t working so they charged me a $210 diagnostic and ~$250 to fix it. What was wrong with the wipers? There was a piece of plastic in the motor. TLDR; Really nice place and I trust them 100%. Amazing costumer service from Gillian, but overall way too overpriced.

My name is David Kirkwood and I want to say Pines Ford Service Department went above and beyond with excellent customer service 08/05/25. Jillion took care of me like family when I brought my new Ford F250 in for its first oil change and tire rotation. I figured with my tight work schedule I would have to get a rental truck or car for a day because it was late afternoon when I got there but Jillion surprised me with excellent customer service in that she stayed late after her work shift ended to ensure I was taken care of that day and saved me from having to rent a car and was very professional and determined to send me home satisfied. Which she did! Thank you Jillion! Keep up the excellent work!

IT WAS STOLEN FROM PINES FORD! This dealership refused to accept any responsibility for whatsoever. I had to claim it on my own insurance because they claim no responsibility for my vehicle even though they had possession of it we’re working on it and parking in their service parking lot. The way they handled it I would not recommend anyone trust their vehicle with this particular dealership. I had to pay out $1000 deductible in my car got fixed, but it has not been the same. We brought our 2020 Ford Explorer ST in for service. I gave them the keys told him what I needed done listen to their recommendations. They drove my car away. Seven days later I got a text message saying that they can’t find my car and that they are looking for it. They check their security cameras, and they saw someone walk up to the car get in it and drive away. Where was security? What is the point of having cameras if they can just walk into your lot and take a vehicle as if it was unlocked with the keys in it? The GPS system was disarmed before they even got into the vehicle so it makes me suspect as well as many others that it was an inside job they could easily have duplicated the key there at the dealer. The guy was on the phone talking to someone as he was going up and down the aisle, until he finally stopped at my car walked over, got in it and drove away, this happened the day before so it was missing for almost 24 hours before they notified me the police found it in Miramar Florida. They had stolen the wheels and tires broken the rear panel to disable. GPS stole the spare tire in the jack and all the equipment back there and left it in the parking lot of a hotel. I contacted the dealership and spoke to the service manager. They told me I have to claim it on my insurance and take the hit. I have a $1000 deductible and now my vehicle is a theft recovery. It shows on the Vin and it has a police report that drops the value of my vehicle at least $5000 which will make it hard to trade in or sell later on if a mechanic was driving my vehicle on a road test and got into an accident they would have to cover it. This is no different. They could easily do the right thing request me to bring the car back they can order all the missing parts install them look the car over to make sure there’s no other damage and give it back to me without making me file a claim on my insurance, but they refused to cooperate. They deny responsibility and now I’m finding out that there have been other car stolen on their lot as well so they are negligent with our vehicles when they brought in for service. This is a large dealership. I thought it would be a good choice to have our car serviced. I am telling anyone and everyone my story, and what happened to me so that they can be warned the police are investigating and they believe they have a suspect I would want you to go to a different dealer, and I would warn you to put some sort of tracking device on your car because they knew exactly how to disable to GPS and it was done before this guy even got into the car. This is bad. This is not the way a long time Ford owner should be treated.

I scheduled my appointment online so, I went to the service desk & the representative (not friendly at all) sent me to a lady at the back corner of the reception area; I felt a bit mistreated but turned out to be the best. She was attentive, patient and professional. I’m pleased with the service provided by the mechanics & technicians at this dealership.

I am writing to share my recent experience with your service department, specifically regarding my interaction with Service Advisor Joe. Unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I had scheduled my appointment online and received an email confirmation that included the date, time, and advisor assignment. However, upon my arrival, Joe informed me that there was no appointment on file. Even after I presented the confirmation email, the interaction felt dismissive, and it seemed as though accepting my vehicle for service was portrayed as a favor rather than part of your standard customer care. Throughout the time my vehicle was being serviced, I did not receive any updates on the status or progress. I had to initiate contact myself just to confirm whether the vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, there was no clear communication about the work that had been completed. I was left to review the paperwork on my own to determine if the three concerns I had brought the vehicle in for were addressed. Clear communication and professionalism are essential for a positive service experience, and I hope this feedback can help improve future interactions for your customers. Thank you for your attention

I always received excellent service for 23 years. Roger Ramkinson was my service advisor for many years. His services were always professional and exceptional. We no longer own the Ford Flex. We chose to purchase a Hyundai Palisades in February 2025. The decision was not because of dissatisfaction with Pines Ford Dealership, it was based on the choice of vehicle offered by Ford, that did not meet our satisfaction.

I would like to express what a wonderful employee Gillian in the fast lane is. It was the the best experience I've ever had at Ford service center. She was knowledgeable, competent and extremely pleasant. I always dred bringing my car to Ford. There always seems to be a problem and it usually cost me a ridiculous amount of money. Gillian was a breath of fresh air. I will be going back just for her.

I had an amazing experience as always at Pines Ford. I was bringing my car in for routine maintenance and made an appointment on line. Michael was my advisor and I could not be any happier. He was friendly and very courteous and took the time to listen to any concerns I had. I have zero complaints at all.

Very accommodating. They weren’t really ready with the part for the recall but the dealership was accommodating with a loaner. Jillian my service rep was hands down one of the best!! She was truly amazing. Great help and communication!!

I recently used Pines Ford’s mobile service for an oil change on my 2023 Ford F150 PowerBoost, and I was very impressed. The technician arrived right on time, called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle before starting. The oil change was done efficiently and cleanly—he didn’t leave a single mess. He also topped off all the fluids, checked the tire pressure, and filled any tires that were low. The whole experience was extremely convenient, fast, and professional. The technician was friendly and had a great attitude throughout the visit. My experience with Pines Ford has been consistently positive. After being a lifelong Chevy owner, Ford has definitely earned my business—I now own two Fords and a Lincoln, all brand new from pines ford and I couldn’t be happier.

An appointment online for my Ford E350 in advance and stated exactly what I needed them to do. I showed up for the appointment and they said they can’t look at it for a week and a half. I said why did I make the appointment? The man didn’t know why System allow me to make a appointmentbecause they’re too Busy and can’t do the diagnosis on it. I asked again why did they accept my appointment? And he said it must be a problem in the system but he had no idea why. So I showed up for appointment and they wouldn’t even look at the van to see what was wrong with it. He said if he stopped and diagnosed all the vehicles that were brought in, they would never get any repairs done. I said that you shouldn’t have any appointments for a week and a half if you can’t look at any vehicles until a week and a half is up. I woke up early to waste my time.

Had a very great experience at this location, I had three recalls done on my vehicle as well as had rain deflectors put on all four of my windows. 10/10 would recommend, will definitely be coming back to get all of my services done here!

From service to the actual technician, I got to say they are hands down at this location, I had gotten the street performance suspension pack from Ford performance to install into my Mustang GT and as well the air and oil separator plus IRS subframe alignment kit for the rear end. This job was done in the quoted time and the price was in range of what he had told me very happy with the outcome of my vehicle and the service from Pines Ford. I do my regular maintenance here and as well bring all my other vehicles, but I got to say the service department really knows what they’re doing when you want to upgrade your sports car.

They were able to come to my house this time for the first time ever. I didn't even know they had the mobile home service. For oil changes and filter changes and topping off fluids and tire pressure checks it was great. I didn't even have to go into the service center.
