Poor back office efficiency and mechanic service. You will receive great customer service but your vehicle will not be better.
I towed my Ford Focus there to be fixed; 2 months later, I towed it home. “ we are down a mechanic “ is the excuse. Front and the back office do not communicate properly in my opinion even with technology and ai support systems.
Stopped in to do an oil change & tire rotation. Price was good and service was nice and quick. They burred me back home and back. What more can you ask for!

I scheduled my appointment online so, I went to the service desk & the representative (not friendly at all) sent me to a lady at the back corner of the reception area; I felt a bit mistreated but turned out to be the best. She was attentive, patient and professional. I’m pleased with the service provided by the mechanics & technicians at this dealership.

They were able to come to my house this time for the first time ever. I didn't even know they had the mobile home service. For oil changes and filter changes and topping off fluids and tire pressure checks it was great. I didn't even have to go into the service center.
