Awesome staff! I had a flat tire nearby my work place and came here, as I usually go to the one near my place in North Miami. The staff at this location were super helpful! Very informative and they were not pressuring me at all. When you’re treated good, you will come back for their service. I visited your store on 9/12 and spoke with Frank, who was very polite and professional. However, I feel the need to report a concern regarding the service quote I received.
By way of background, I am a former military aircraft and auto mechanic and typically service my own vehicles. Since my garage is currently tied up, I decided to bring my wife’s vehicle in for a tire rotation and oil change.
Initially, I was quoted a little over $30 for a conventional oil change, which seemed reasonable. I had asked about synthetic oil, but the quoted price of $109 was unexpectedly high even with the mention of a $25 gift card promotion. I declined and opted for the conventional oil change. Shortly after, Frank called to inform me that the vehicle required synthetic, which was correct, but I was unwilling to pay the quoted price and picked up the vehicle instead. What surprised me most was finding a coupon in my mailbox today for a full synthetic oil change—$39.99 for up to 5 quarts. Even with my vehicle requiring 6 quarts, this is still far from the $109 quote I received.
I’m well aware that synthetic oil, particularly Pennzoil, does not cost significantly more than conventional oil in today’s market. The large discrepancy between the coupon and the quote left me with serious concerns and about using your shop for future service needs.

Staff was definitely nice and friendly. But took entirely too long to install tires. 2.5hrs. I understand thes eplaces do an inspection to suggest additional service and be profitable, but that should be after the reason the vehicle was brought it. I got a invoice over an hour before my tires were done, that doesnt make any sense.
I would not recommend this location. The staff come across as incompetent and inexperienced, and the manager doesn’t seem to know what she’s talking about.
Instead of offering a simple tire patch, they gave me the runaround...clearly more interested in trying to sell me new tires even though mine are still in good condition.
On top of that, an oil change for a small vehicle cost nearly $100, which is way overpriced. I normally pay $65 at Jiffy...
Overall, this place feels like they prioritize upselling over honest service. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
I have been in this location 3 times for the same issue: Car keeps loosing the weights of the balancing this i requested a alignment request. 1st time they stated that it did not have any balancing weights was good for a while the on the 2nd visit same thing on the driver side... 3rd yesterday I stayed watching an all the 4 new Firestone tires needed to install new weights.. I noticed mecanic doing it he would clean the place machine stop with what it looks was a dirty RAG it was dark an from outside the garage gate that's what I could see very fast action, I don't think it's going last.
I had an emergency and the team was very considerate and took care of me with exceptional care. Marcus was very helpful and professional. I am satisfied with the entire team.
The AC in my Tesla stopped blowing cold and of course Tesla couldn’t see me for almost three weeks, so I went to tires plus to have them look at it. The coolant level was low so they topped it up and wait to see if it holds or if it stops blowing cold again which would mean a leak. It stopped, so I went back. Originally, the part that was needed to be replaced was supposed to take two weeks to be delivered (from Tesla, of course) but Luis kept looking and found a supplier that could deliver it the next day. By the day after, my AC was fixed. I got a discount on the coolant that was needed again, and everything was done cheaper than if Tesla had done it, as well as a full week before the appointment I had originally booked with Tesla. Luis could have sat and waited for the Tesla part, but he knew I was unhappy waiting that long and went the extra mile to help me out. I really appreciate how in treated there
I had an excellent experience here! Frank helped me with the alignment on my car, and the whole process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The team was professional, courteous, and efficient—I was in and out without any problems. Frank made sure everything was taken care of and provided great service. It was a good day. Took my car in to get a flat tire patched up and to schedule an alignment for the next available day. I wasn't expecting to be next in line so to my surprise I was able to get the alignment done as well. Get the lifetime alignment. Its worth it. I've had to use it many times already. The service reps at the front counter are knowledgeable and will get you what you need. Marcos assisted me, but I'm sure the other staff members will provide good service as well.
I stopped in tires plus because something was dragging under my car as we were on our way to Orlando. Luis and Andre took my car quickly and fixed the issue. We didn’t wait longer than 20 minutes. We are very appreciative of how fast they were able to help us.
I have been taking all my family vehicles to this Tires Plus location for over 10 years. The manager Loli and all the staff are always amazing and very helpful. I have no knowledge of tires and they always help guide me to the right selection for me and my vehicles every time. They recently helped me on a great deal and selection for my Jeep that were more road appropriate, less cabin noise, but still have the same rugged look I was looking for. They also do a lot of mechanical repairs on my cars. I take my vehicle no where else, they have a dedicated and appreciative life long customer.

Excellent service. I brought my car in to possibly change my tire due to low tire pressure. The young man at the front desk named Andre very kindly told me he would just put air and if the pressure goes down, bring back the car. He was very kind and I was very grateful for the help. I had previously brought my car for a tire change and the staff were great. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I recently picked up my car after service, but I had to return because the work was done poorly. It was clear that the job wasn’t completed to an acceptable standard, and it appears there was no quality check performed before the car was returned to me.
This is not acceptable, especially when customers are trusting your team with their vehicles and paying for professional service. I expect the issue to be addressed promptly and thoroughly, and I would appreciate a follow-up to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
Flat tire? A nasty nail ruined your day? Don’t look further if you’re in the Pembroke Pines area! Definitely go to Tires Plus and ask for Andres He just “get it” and will be taking care of you, and your car right away! Seriously, these guys are the best!
This has been the most terrible experience I’ve had in the last 25 years of taking my cars to different places for service. Yesterday, I took my BMW i3 to Tire Plus to have all four tires replaced. When they returned the car to me, I immediately sensed that something was wrong because there was a loud noise. At the time, I thought it might be due to the tires settling in. I drove to a nearby supermarket, and while I was there, the noise grew significantly louder.
As soon as I finished shopping, I went back to the shop and asked to speak with the manager. While the manager was courteous, he showed little concern for what I was explaining. He told me that the car had already arrived with that issue and that the noise was likely due to faulty brake pads, which was not their responsibility.
I went home, but the noise worsened. When my son realized how bad it had become, he called the shop and insisted they fix it. The manager replied that it wasn’t their problem and that we could do whatever we wanted about it. We contacted Customer Service, and they told us that we might receive a response within two or three business days.
We called the manager again and finally reached an agreement to have the vehicle towed back to the shop this morning at their expense. We delivered the car at 8:00 a.m., and at 10:30 a.m., the manager called to inform us that they were very sorry, but they had installed the tires incorrectly. My car uses different tires for the front and rear, and they had mixed them up.
I reminded the manager that I had mentioned this to them before. Throughout the entire process, they had been dishonest. When we first returned to report the noise, the manager claimed they had tried to call me—which never happened. He also said they had emailed photos of the brake pads, which I proved was also untrue.
In the end, it was indeed their fault that my car was in this condition.
