If you don’t want to experience the worst customer known to humans do not go to this location. They have zero customer service in our lazy then to be. I went to the AutoZone down the street and they had the best service.

Have to say the manager Mike saved my day. Very knowledgeable and professional. Left something connected to my USB port and it drained my battery. I couldn't figure out how to change the battery in this new truck. Mike came in and saved the day!! Thanks Mike!!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this location due to the front cashier. He was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. When I asked a simple question, he acted like I was bothering him and gave a snide, sarcastic response. No one deserves to be treated with that kind of attitude—especially not paying customers. If this is the kind of staff they choose to put on the front line, I won't be returning.

I went into AutoZone expecting a quick, maybe slightly confusing errand—and left actually smiling. The guy at the register was seriously amazing. Super kind, really attentive, and made sure I didn’t leave with the wrong thing (which, let’s be honest, was highly possible). He explained everything in a way that made sense, didn’t rush me, and was just genuinely helpful from start to finish.

This gentleman was reliable, honest, and operate with integrity. I recommend coming to this advance auto parts. I came in for a refund, but he helped me find the correct parts I was looking for. They always take the time to answer any questions I may have and provides me with all the options available for the parts I'm looking for. Very helpful, and patience. I'll definitely be coming back

One of the Worst Customer Service Experiences I’ve Had I ordered a part and received the wrong one, despite giving the correct information. When I contacted the company, both the supervisor and his coworker refused to process the return. What made it even worse was that neither of them would give their names when asked—they clearly didn’t want to be held accountable. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero interest in resolving the issue. I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any support.

I came in to charge the battery in my car. I called ahead of time, and the person who answered the phone told me I could come in even though my battery had been bought elsewhere. The man who was meant to help me when I went in informed me that the battery needed to be either purchased from the store or already removed from the car, which didn't make any sense at all. Either I was mistaken or the store employee was slacking. In either case, the experience was incredibly disappointing.

Went in the morning of 01/04/2023 to buy headlight bulbs. The first employee I approached luckily passed me on to Samuel. This man was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He identified the bulbs I needed. They were not in stock, but he arranged to have them shipped from another store for arrival a few hours later. This saved me a lot of inconvenience. My kudos and thanks!

Called and spoke to Brian about ngk spark plugs he told me they have 4 in stock I told him iwas going to go there and pick them up he told me they would be at the counter when I arrived nobody could find them they looked for brian and he came up with the plugs they were champion not ngk like I asked for he wasted my time and gas brian is useless

Came here from some nuts and bolts for a catalytic converter that was an employee back there that was really going out of his way to help me out. I got the bolts and nuts that I needed and was able to finish the project on my car. Good effort from the employee.

I came 2 times in within the past 4 weeks and felt the same both times … very unhelpful and they don’t ask questions to make sure your getting the right things for your car… and when you call them out on it they have an attitude… also they treat you like your bothering them when u so go up to ask a question… this location wasn’t like that before

All the employees are on point, and know there stuff except for the manager lady of course. Named Rosario. Very rude and not helpful at all. Wouldn't allow me to speak or ask any questions. If she's there I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere. So disappointing that one careless person can give a good store a bad name

Great location where inventory was pretty good and ensured I could secure a battery for my car. Anthony was a very helpful employee and helped test and install a new battery and haul the old one. Good pricing for the selection as well. Parking is small but should be ample enough.

Marvin was very rude with me from the begging to the end also even when i heard him on the with someone else was rude to that person he shouldn't work here and helping the customers in a bad way. When i ask him whos phone number can it be because someone has the number already at this location he answer what ever number it can be from Walmart pizzeria like that is not the answer me as customer.

Horrible customer service. Came to get my car scanned and the manager told me I had to wait 30 min while her guy changed a car battery. After waiting she told me the scanner broke the night before and is now locked in a safe to wait another 10 min for the safe to open. Why would I wait for a broken scanner? Or is she lying about the scanner? Every time I come here it’s a problem. Last time I ever use this location. I highly recommend you stay away from this location.

Well, I buy alot of parts. We have three used cars. I would go and ask if they had a part. A guy would help me no prob. Then I met the manager. I needed a part for my ac. No one else in store she walks by me like I wasn't there. Two other people walk in and she takes care of them. When asked she said they were there first. Second encounter and last. Giving my old Honda a valve job. Buying a bunch of parts. Totally ignore me when in store like I had some illness. Perhaps she can keep good books but 0 customer skills. I now shop at Bennett Auto supply. It says in last week but this was a month ago maybe a little more.

Placed an order last night and went in this morning at 7:45 AM to pick my part up. I stood there for a couple of minutes and not one soul was around to it knowledge me. Someone finally came out without saying good morning or hello and I tried giving him my order number for the online purchase and he just asked for a part number. He went to the back and picked up the part I needed and asked me how I was going to pay. I told him it's an online order and I have a discount. He called someone else and they talked amongst themselves without telling me what was happening and they both just dispersed without telling me what was going on. I just did there for the next minute or two wondering what was happening. I had to ask "is anyone going to help me with my order"? One of the ladies said "it's coming up". Finally, after waiting another minute, another store member came and asked me "can I help you sir"? By this time I was so upset I just said forget it and left the store. I will never come back to this place again. Basic customer care skills should be re-taught to the morning staff at this place.
