I had a leak in my tire, so I went to the Tire Kingdom where I bought my tires, to have it plugged around 5:15 pm. I was told no. The man I spoke to said I could leave my car overnight and it could be picked up tomorrow, which would leave me stranded. Fortunately, Tires Plus was right next door, and Eduardo couldn't be more friendly and helpful. When I asked if I could have my tire plugged, he said, "Of course, that's what we do." What a huge difference in customer service!
Great customer service. Fast and friendly. The price was reasonable and they provided a written report for the other issues they discovered during the repair service.

Made an appointment for an oil change @ 11;00am. It took 3 hours for this oil change. Did not leave location until 2:05 pm. NO one informed me of the delay, I inquired after 2 hours. One worker said he'll check and never came back into the office to inform me. I asked another worker twice, in which he was to busy., especially on the phone. He said he was waiting for them to answer the phone.
I took my Toyota Corolla to this shop to repair a specific issue, and while they did complete that repair, I discovered something very dishonest. After picking up my car, I noticed a problem with the speed sensor, which had never given me any issues before. At another trusted shop, they showed me that the sensor plug had been intentionally disconnected, clearly in an attempt to charge me for an unnecessary repair.
Fortunately, I didn’t pay for that extra work, but this experience proved to me that this shop is not trustworthy. Disconnecting parts on purpose to create fake repairs is both dishonest and dangerous.
I do not recommend this shop under any circumstances.

Left my car dirty with grease and the report mentioned that the wipers were checked, and that was not true. The rear wiper was not checked caused it needed to be replaced and was not mentioned in the report. Also, the seating or waiting area could be better and more comfortable.

I woke up with my driver side front tire low on air, so I decided to get it checked out at my nearest Tires Plus, and while I was there get the 5k tire rotation, as the car was due. I was charged $29.00 plus tax and nothing was done to my car. I was told upon arrival that it would be a 1hr -1.5hrs wait for my car to be serviced. 2hrs later, a message was left that my car needed new tires and that they would not touch the car unless I purchased 2 new tires. The tires still had plenty of rubber on them. I felt I was being extorted. We have been a Tires Plus customer for 15yrs. This is worse experience I have ever had at a reputable tire shop.

I have a 2015 Silverado pick up truck and I needed an alignment on the front. I took it in and was told there are different packages depending on what warranty I want with it. I chose the simple one that’s for six months. Their basic plan. I dropped it off the following day and was told I would get a call when it was done. Never got the call. I called them instead to see if the truck was ready.
I did not get any print out of the alignment sheet because they are paperless. They said the results of the alignment are emailed. I opened up the email and it was a blurred screenshot image of their computer screen. I could not read it so I asked for a printout or better picture. They said they couldn’t because they are paperless. So I told them if they are paperless then they need to provide me a better quality photograph if they’re gonna rely on being 100% digital. And their answer was, “it doesn’t have to be high quality image because the average person doesn’t know how to read it anyway.” Well, to me that is very insulting because 1. I’m not an average person, 2. I like to know what I’m paying for even if I don’t understand it. And if you are going to provide me the information that I need digitally you might as well do it where I can read it or take it to someone that could read it for me and interpret it for me.
Plus, they charge you $8 for “shop supplies”. I questioned it since all they do is spin the tie rod adjusters and no parts are involved.. and their reply was it’s for a cover to protect your seat. Basically a disposable plastic trash bag for $8.
So my overall experience, I am very disgusted with the three clowns that were at the front desk. And I will never step into that tire plus store again regardless if I have a six month warranty or not! I’d rather take it to another shop.
I had a great experience while getting my car serviced. Luis is always friendly, professional, and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service skills. This location has an amazing team.

Staff were friendly, efficient, and professional including the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. I had gone for an oil change, but ended up unexpectedly needing more work after my vehicle evaluation. Wait time was reasonable for the additional work needed. Overall a good experience.
Horrible location. Told me to come early in the morning to drop car off for tire after 4 hours calls back saying they don't have the tire and have to wait 2 days because of cut off time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME coming here! Horrible customer services and services

Dropped my car off 8:30 AM on a Saturday morning spoke to the manager and a few other people about this appointment and how should only take about two hours. I come back four hours later just to give a little cushion time in my car has not even been worked on… I start complaining and then my car goes into the bay. Takes about an hour to get the job done. So tires plus had my car for about 5 hours for no reason. Just gaslit me to think that my car was gonna be done at a certain time. This caused a ripple effect in my day with work so if you’re looking to get your car done quick I highly suggest NOT coming here.

Sam in particular went above and beyond; he was super helpful, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident about the service being done. It’s not always easy to find a place you can trust with your car, but this location definitely earned it. Highly recommend asking for Sam if you go!

The Manager is all about business: fair, polite, attentive and present. Front of house staff are personable and efficient. I've always found, however - and possibly because of having a more indepth understanding- somewhat more detailed in how service is explained and offered. That's something I value with auto mechanics, doctors, and any other kind of service that's more than the average person's knowledge may factor. It's called making wise or sensible informed decisions for oneself.
My car stalled at the stoplight (luckily had a portable jump starter), and I instantly called Tire Plus since they are the closest place, but I did notice they closed in the next 30 min. Winston answered and graciously reassured me that they will handle my car battery issue in quick succession. They didn't even let me park before a worker came out and guided me right into the garage. The level of respect and kindness didnt go unnoticed. They finished replacing my battery in 15 minutes or less. I totally recommend Tires Plus to be everyone's go to for auto support! Thank you again.
I showed up Sunday afternoon, with no appointment. I was so blessed to be helped out by Nickolas and Luz. They took great care of me, I had a flat tire and needed a new one. I did not have a spare tire and would be stuck. They went above and beyond the make it happen. They represent team work, the place was so busy and they took the time to locate and fix everyone’s car. Phone calls were made and tires were located, customers were getting their cars fixed and no one was hassled. It was a wonderful experience and I hope that all the customers who were seen on Sunday felt the same way. Good job to both of them. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service.
Yesterday, I went to Tires Plus to put air in my tires. As a single woman, I do not like doing it myself or using the machines. The gentleman who helped me yesterday was very kind. I gave him a tip but I wish it was more. I really need to replace my tires soon but I have to save up for that expense. Thanks again, Tires Plus you helped me get to where I needed to go on time and I am very grateful for that.
Service to get my tires checked and rotated was great. But my free alignment didn't get done because I was off by 2 weeks since I was in the hospital, moved, etc etc. Really an unhappy customer. Was hard to keep track since my hubby was also sick. I would love to get me free alignment even though I missed the deadline. So after leaving the store my service lights come on, the wrench and motor? Strange this was not happening before. They told me the car needed a new battery so could this be the problem now? I am a senior really worried now.
Excellent speedy service. Honest recommendations without selling or pressuring. Luz, service manager, was honest, helpful & had my total confidence in dealing with auto needs which is not my strong point.
