This place is a scam. I’ve had nothing but issues with them. They’ve done the wrong work on my vehicle. Charged me $700 for work they didn’t do, had tires replaced by them that it turns out they put the wrong ones on. NEVER GO HERE
I must just say I love this place. I feel at home and I know I get the best service without getting ripped off. Manager Ryan is phenomenal and is a great with his customers and his staff. Luz is a blessing I've been coming here for very long time and always hope she's here. Eduardo is like family to me. All of the Tires Plus staff at this location is top notch. I can't say enough good things.
I went to Tires Plus for a flat tire. They said they couldn’t put any air in before moving the car and that the only option was to roll it on the rim. I managed to get some air in time, but the rim still got scratched. Unprofessional and unsafe service. Not recommended.
Had 4 new tires put on my 2023 WRX since the factory tires were almost bald and after the new tires were installed I had a vibration that I NEVER had on the highway around 70-75 mph vibrating the entire car inside, even my rear spoiler shakes. This car is completely factory: wheels, tires, suspension and it floated on the highway never had any sort of vibration with this car only smooth driving, with only 27k on the odometer this car is practically new no accidents no nothing!! I went with the Imove gen v2 tires since its my daily I didn't need anything expensive. Long story short I brought it back they rebalanced and I still had the same issue they stated I could have a bent rim which would be impossible since I've never had that vibration before nor has this car ever hit or even had any dents or scuffs on the rims. so I brought it to another tires plus location to verify if it was balancing or not and after they had to snap a lug off due to the first location cross threading one of my rear left studs... they said the tires were balance yet the car still vibrates at 70-75 mph...This was my first time bad experience since I've been going here and it will be the last time. Now my perfectly smooth drives I had on my old worn out pilot sport tires is gone with these brand new tires on top of a lug missing on my rear wheel... and that makes absolutely no sense to great service...
**Update : I couldn't take the vibration so I called the original location and told them I need to change the tires in effort to see if the vibration went away, they went ahead and ordered a set of Toyo Estensa HP II, it was a $63 difference to get them. I took it back they changed them and replaced 3 more snapped studs..but at least they replaced them. After the new toyo's were installed the vibration was completely gone! those Ironman Imove Gen 2 tires were the problem at least in my 235 45 r17 size, I just wished my listened the first time when I told them my car never had any vibration before and they blamed my wheels instead...I'm just glad the vibration is gone and my car rides as it was before even after 4 visits (6+ hours waiting), 3 snapped studs and scuffs and scratches around the wheels and lug holes...
When I walked in everyone greeted me. I told Nicholas what I needed and he helped me find the right tire and within 30-45 minutes I was done And the price of the tire was perfect.
I take both my work van and my personal vehicle here, even though it is out of the way. Ryan, the manager, is super kind and knowledgeable. Most other places see a woman walk in and immediately think to overcharge. He explains everything to me in a way that I understand and always lets me know what they recommend, what's absolutely needed, and what I can pass on.
I only came to make an oil change and filter and without my permit and knowing they check my breaks and tell me I need new back breaks when I only have 16K miles, they trying to rip me off, they always make you spend more money, they are not honest people, also they do not respect my appointment time
Eduardo was extremely nice and helpful. The wait was longer than I wanted but the expectations were realistically set and there was no extra delays. I would definitely refer this location to anyone looking for knowledgeable quick service.
I took a car I was thinking about buying here and for only $23 they did a thorough inspection. Pedro drove it with me and explained all of his findings and even pointed out and explained what he saw once it was on the lift. That was the best $23 ever spent. Now I understand the weaknesses of the car and wasn’t stuck paying more than I spent on the necessary repairs. Thank you Pedro!
Took my car here to get one tire changed (driver side) it was bald and had a nail in it, then magically (passenger side) tire had a slit in it, told me I needed a two new tires. I’m utterly confused as to how I drove to the establishment with a “slit in the tire” I would hate to think someone damaged my tire to make me spend more $$ but no one had an explanation how my tire was all of a sudden damaged once it was on the lift, I will never go to this place again.
I had the most pleasant experience again. Nicholas really helpful and provided great education. Nicholas made sure I was fully served and happy. What a great day after starting with a nail in my tire. This is the best place for trouble with your car. I highly recommend this place!
I had a leak in my tire, so I went to the Tire Kingdom where I bought my tires, to have it plugged around 5:15 pm. I was told no. The man I spoke to said I could leave my car overnight and it could be picked up tomorrow, which would leave me stranded. Fortunately, Tires Plus was right next door, and Eduardo couldn't be more friendly and helpful. When I asked if I could have my tire plugged, he said, "Of course, that's what we do." What a huge difference in customer service!
Great customer service. Fast and friendly. The price was reasonable and they provided a written report for the other issues they discovered during the repair service.
This shop is completely managed by hard working people. Very attentive personnel and very professional. Thanks Nicolas for your work and service you provided. Make sure you tell that to the rest of the team.
Made an appointment for an oil change @ 11;00am. It took 3 hours for this oil change. Did not leave location until 2:05 pm. NO one informed me of the delay, I inquired after 2 hours. One worker said he'll check and never came back into the office to inform me. I asked another worker twice, in which he was to busy., especially on the phone. He said he was waiting for them to answer the phone.
I took my Toyota Corolla to this shop to repair a specific issue, and while they did complete that repair, I discovered something very dishonest. After picking up my car, I noticed a problem with the speed sensor, which had never given me any issues before. At another trusted shop, they showed me that the sensor plug had been intentionally disconnected, clearly in an attempt to charge me for an unnecessary repair.
Fortunately, I didn’t pay for that extra work, but this experience proved to me that this shop is not trustworthy. Disconnecting parts on purpose to create fake repairs is both dishonest and dangerous.
I do not recommend this shop under any circumstances.

Left my car dirty with grease and the report mentioned that the wipers were checked, and that was not true. The rear wiper was not checked caused it needed to be replaced and was not mentioned in the report. Also, the seating or waiting area could be better and more comfortable.
Friendly, professional, knowledgeable seems like family. I have been here previously (twice) and have always received good service. Eduardo is very nice and business friendly.

I woke up with my driver side front tire low on air, so I decided to get it checked out at my nearest Tires Plus, and while I was there get the 5k tire rotation, as the car was due. I was charged $29.00 plus tax and nothing was done to my car. I was told upon arrival that it would be a 1hr -1.5hrs wait for my car to be serviced. 2hrs later, a message was left that my car needed new tires and that they would not touch the car unless I purchased 2 new tires. The tires still had plenty of rubber on them. I felt I was being extorted. We have been a Tires Plus customer for 15yrs. This is worse experience I have ever had at a reputable tire shop.
I have a 2015 Silverado pick up truck and I needed an alignment on the front. I took it in and was told there are different packages depending on what warranty I want with it. I chose the simple one that’s for six months. Their basic plan. I dropped it off the following day and was told I would get a call when it was done. Never got the call. I called them instead to see if the truck was ready.
I did not get any print out of the alignment sheet because they are paperless. They said the results of the alignment are emailed. I opened up the email and it was a blurred screenshot image of their computer screen. I could not read it so I asked for a printout or better picture. They said they couldn’t because they are paperless. So I told them if they are paperless then they need to provide me a better quality photograph if they’re gonna rely on being 100% digital. And their answer was, “it doesn’t have to be high quality image because the average person doesn’t know how to read it anyway.” Well, to me that is very insulting because 1. I’m not an average person, 2. I like to know what I’m paying for even if I don’t understand it. And if you are going to provide me the information that I need digitally you might as well do it where I can read it or take it to someone that could read it for me and interpret it for me.
Plus, they charge you $8 for “shop supplies”. I questioned it since all they do is spin the tie rod adjusters and no parts are involved.. and their reply was it’s for a cover to protect your seat. Basically a disposable plastic trash bag for $8.
So my overall experience, I am very disgusted with the three clowns that were at the front desk. And I will never step into that tire plus store again regardless if I have a six month warranty or not! I’d rather take it to another shop.
I had a great experience while getting my car serviced. Luis is always friendly, professional, and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service skills. This location has an amazing team. I highly recommend this location for your automotive needs.
Staff were friendly, efficient, and professional including the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. I had gone for an oil change, but ended up unexpectedly needing more work after my vehicle evaluation. Wait time was reasonable for the additional work needed. Overall a good experience.
I had a great experience at Tires Plus! The team was professional, efficient, and very honest. Sam in particular went above and beyond; he was super helpful, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident about the service being done. It’s not always easy to find a place you can trust with your car, but this location definitely earned it. Highly recommend asking for Sam if you go!
