I went in for a simple headlight replacement and was told to look it up on YouTube instead of receiving help. I understand they may not always install parts, but the attitude felt dismissive and unhelpful. Customer service could be better.
I am not savvy when it comes to cars, so naturally I came in with a lot questions and concerns. However, Nick made my experience SO easy and smooth. He was very patient, attentive, and helpful even though I was confused about everything. I really appreciate his help and his ability to make things less confusing:) He is the best!
4825 Lionel and Nik were so amazing! Lionel needs to be promoted or given a raise. He went out of his way and used his own check-engine machine to figure out what was wrong. He is truly incredible! They both were. It turned out nothing was wrong, and he saved me from being scammed by the Lexus dealership, who tried to charge me $275 for what he did in one minute for free. Thank you so much!! Give Lionel a raise — Store 4825!
Ramon Garcia went out of his way to procure a difficult part for my older 20 yr old car . He found the part that even the selling dealer could not . Kudos to Ramon ! Alan ( oh and it was priced much less than competitive Auto Part stores )

Total clown who works here tried to refuse to sell me a specific battery (an OEM battery) for my vehicle. Pushed way too hard to sell me an AGM Duralast (their own top end battery). Told me I didn’t know anything..even though I’ve been working on and building cars my entire life. Incredibly disrespectful. Won’t be going back, straight to advanced auto parts instead.
Lashonna Tompkins at the Pembroke Pines store was extremely helpful in guiding me through my oxygen sensor issue to get my vehicle started. I felt like I had my own personal mechanic, highly professional, highly knowledgeable. Hire more people like her.

When I walked into autozone I was greeted with a warm at home welcome from an employee named Ryan M his costumer service was excellent and he handled my order with a very professional manner and I will be returning to the amazing location
God bless Lionel. My car wouldn’t start at the gas station and I was stuck. Lionel came and gave me a jump and changed my battery. I am 82 years old and would have been in trouble if it weren’t for Lionel. The manager Lashonna offered me a seat while Lionel changed the battery. Wonderful service at this location.

I'd like to leave a review about my visit to Autozone. Unfortunately, I noticed that one employee, a dark-skinned man, displayed discriminatory behavior toward non-Spanish speakers. I hope they can improve their customer service in this regard.

I've got great help from Ryan this morning. The kid took his time to look for the right part for my car, helped me to replace the old one and even helped a lady with directions to a tire place , not common this friendly attitude in S Florida. Highly recommend this store.
I had a great experience at this store thanks to Justin and his team. They were incredibly helpful and well-organized. I really appreciated them going the extra mile, especially standing in the rain to change my wipers! Excellent service all around, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs. This store location deserves half a star but it wasn't an option. I walked in the store and 3 employees including a store manager from a different store walked right past me. I walked up to the counter and still no acknowledgement. But as soon as a customer of the same ethic background came in, they were very attentive, they were greeted and all. It was a fellow behind the counter that reached out only after I asked was anyone working today. And he helped me but guess what, he doesn't even work there. I believe he was a parking lot mechanic. He tried to assist me then the supervisor or store manager whatever her title is, came from the back with a don't care to be bothered attitude and ask what do I need ( unpleasantly) when I tried to explain she walked away and told the guy that doesnt work there to help once again. Then and only then when I asked for the corporate number, then she pretended to want to assist me. And I don't even want to mention the young employee that was at the computer and call himself assisting me. Told me he didnt lnow ehat type pf hose i needed and didn't even put forth the effort to properly do his job and use company knowledge to assist me. Finally the guy thst doesn't work there pulled up the part thst i needed to be ordered. Thank God for that guy because i probably would have had to wslk away without the part i needed.But I would not return or refer anyone here again.

I stopped by a few weeks ago and asked for some help on my skateboard that had a super stuck/rusted wheel. I saw they had tools for rent and figured that a bearing puller would be the perfect tool. Taylor was eager to help and super kind. He offered tools and his time to help me with my random problem. David was also great help and kept checking if I needed assistance. Thanks again guys! I can finally use this deck again :)
