I went to the store to buy a battery. Upon arrival, I made contact with Hensley who went above and beyond to assist me. Hensley had a profound impact on me during my visit at the AutoZone on Taft St and University.
My car needed a new battery and Fritz was able to install it for me with no issues, he was kind and helped me willingly even though this was my first time ever doing it alone. He saved my day, thank you Fritz!!!!!

Yesterday I was at the Auto Zone store 4802? In Pembroke Pines. I had been trying to find bolts that matched the size and thread of a sample I had with me. I’ve been trying to find what I assumed to be standard bolts for a couple of months now and got nowhere with the big box hardware stores, car parts stores, and other places. Debbie stopped what she was doing to help me out and showed me exactly where to look. Additionally, she showed me how to check threads and sizes and, when we couldn’t find quite the right match, Onis stepped up and dug around some more. These young women not only really knew their jobs, but they went above and beyond to be helpful (and even when it got busy on the floor) remained pleasant and cheerful. If I was looking for an employee or two to manage a customer service operation, I wouldn’t look any further. You have one great staff there! Thank you

I came to Auto zone thinking I had a bigger problem. Fritz was able to ease my mind and find a remedy immediately. It was my battery. I purchased a new one and he placed it in for me and voila! Problem solved. From start to finish I was there less than 15 minutes. Customer service was impeccable and timely.
Batteries went bad, went there to get new ones hoping they would install and no one volunteered as I’m changing it. Marcel came and gave me a hand on both batteries, under the rain and all. Really went above and beyond with his service and saved me lots of time.
I love coming to this AutoZone! The service is always amazing, and the customer service team never disappoints. Onis, the manager, is phenomenal—she always has a positive attitude and goes above and beyond to solve any concerns. She truly deserves a great raise!
He was amazing. I needed help with my car battery and I didn’t know it and he told me exactly what was wrong and what to do to have my car better lasting. He was truly amazing. I will visit autozone in pines 100 times over just to have him help me
I took a brand new battery to get charged and was told to come back in 2 hrs just so they could clown me around and tell me I need anew battery did that to 3 different auto parts was told the same, came back home charge it and worked perfectly fine stop stealing peoples money!!!

Showed up to the store 20 min before close to get oil and filter for my car. Door was locked even though store hours on the door itself said it doesn’t close for another 20 min. Store employee heard me pull on the door and did nothing. Continued to do whatever they were doing at the shelf by the door without acknowledging me whatsoever.
I recently had an amazing experience at AutoZone thanks to an incredibly helpful employee Howard. Late at night, I had an issue with my car battery and was really stressed out. This guy went above and beyond to help me out. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood everything he was doing. He quickly replaced my battery and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. His dedication to customer service was truly impressive. Thank you so much for your help!
Not very often do you encounter people who truly care for others. Fritz Buissereth went above and beyond to ensure I solved my issue. Fritz not only took the time to help me figure out a number of questions but was determined to help me find a solution. Anyone else could have easily said “sorry, we don’t have that”, and proceed with timhe day. Not Fritz. He wanted to help me and displayed the best customer service I have experienced recently.
I am grateful for Fritz’s help and because of it saved a lot of time and headache. I was able to Fix my car and get my family to school and work this morning, Fritz played a big part in that.

Today my dad and I needed my battery checked and when I walked in to the store it was busy and I found Richie in the back putting away shipment . I asked him if he could help us since the store was a little busy and he stopped what he was doing to help us Not only was Richie helpful but he was knowledgeable . He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it . He answered all my questions and let me know I can come back to get my check in a few days to make sure I didn’t need to change the alternator since it didn’t pass the test . I appreciate Richie for going over and beyond and not brushing me off like most people would do and it made a real difference in my experience and in my day .
The worker who was helping me with the battery was very helpful I was going to buy a new battery,I needed to move money from different account I handled that and then went back inside the worker was going to help me and then the manager said no he can’t put it in saying it’s to late.
When there’s lights in the parking lot, I was going to be right there with the worker so he wouldn’t be alone putting the battery in saying that it’s difficult to put that battery in my truck and it’s gonna take too long when clearly the worker helping me knows what he’s doing and it definitely is not difficult to put it in my truck. if I had my tools, I would’ve definitely done it myself, but I did not since I came here with my battery light on needing help. The manager was very rude and very unhelpful. I didn’t know that was a policy Where the worker can’t put a battery in 15 minutes after 8pm. Bottom line definitely need more helpful Management. There was a time where you could get a little help and people had dignity and pride. I guess that’s dying everywhere.
Just wanted to update this review just called around and they can put battery’s in after 8pm it’s gray area that the store manager can make the decision thanks for nothing
This AutoZone store is my favorite place to go for car parts. They're always so organized, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, their manager, Onis, is the best! They really know how to run a shop and make sure everything goes smoothly. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car needs.
Howard saw us walk into the store with our battery in hand and knew exactly what we needed and helped us within seconds of stepping into the store. He was attentive to our issue and proposed a solution or two as the battery was charging and we explained what was happening to my car. I even told my boyfriend, “wow great customer service”. I wish every auto one had a Howard! Also Henry helped with the pick up of the battery. Also a good lad with good CS!

Fritz, the manager, was amazing. First, he acknowledged me the moment i walked in. Second, Although his store no longer carried the cheaper battery model for my vehicle, he went the extra mile to see if any stores in the area had the cheaper battery. When he finished installing the battery, I tried to offer him a tip but he refused. I asked if I could compliment the manger and then saw on his name tag, that he was the manager! So helpful and so gratifying. Who thought a trip to an auto parts store would prompt be to be grateful enough to post a review. Thank you fritz!
Amazing Services from Akeem! Wonderful guy who provided incredible service! Quick and efficient in getting the correct battery for my vehicle. He cleaned the dust and gunk to make sure it was a clean place to insert the battery and even pointed out other things I could do to maintain my car better and advice if I experience any more troubles with the car after battery change! If you’re here I would definitely ask for Akeem’s assistance.
