On Jan. 23, 2024 (evening), I had a situation with the battery on my vehicle (it was bad). Luckily I still had a warranty... although this store did not have a battery, the employees (Arturo and a female employee) were kind to provide me a copy of my warranty and directed me to another Oreilly in Cooper City. Excellent auto parts store. Went for oil and an air freshener, and had an employee help me make sure I had the right oil. I like the work ethic and appreciate when an employee goes above and beyond. O’Reilly is a great place for your automotive needs when they arise.
Great place for Dodge Ram car parts. Saqib was very helpful. He definitely went out of his way to help by calling other stores until we found the one that had what I was looking for in stock.
Staff was very helpful. Shelves were well stocked and clean. I only needed 2 items and they had both of them. One item was a rear window wiper and they offered to install it for me.
Formerly Bennett Auto Parts, O’Reilly continues to provide great service. The old Bennett staff is still there and these guys helped me to choose the correct engine oil for my generator. Thumbs up for your professionalism.
