08/23/25 @ 2:14p.m…I called my nearest O’Reillys to ask what size oil filter tool they have since their website was down. I specifically ask if they have a 86mm size tool and the employee on the phone says “you don’t need a tool for that” I just hung up lmaoo. Y’all just be hiring anyone??!..ended up going to the same store to find out they have a wall of oil filter tools and to not have the size I needed..I’m posting this ONLY cause this could’ve save me so much time with just a little knowledge coming from that employee.

I stopped in to get some windshield wipers for my pickup truck, the gentleman I wish I would have got his name show me the ones I needed and then volunteered to put them on for me! Wow customer service at its best.

On Jan. 23, 2024 (evening), I had a situation with the battery on my vehicle (it was bad). Luckily I still had a warranty... although this store did not have a battery, the employees (Arturo and a female employee) were kind to provide me a copy of my warranty and directed me to another Oreilly in Cooper City. Thank you for providing good customer service. Much appreciated!
I went to the store at 9055 Pines Blvd this morning 5/15/23 to have an item exchanged , was greeted by Angel ....he was very friendly and cordial , helped me with the exchange in a professional and timely manner ..without a doubt I will go to that store for all my car needs ..Thank you Angel
Excellent auto parts store. Went for oil and an air freshener, and had an employee help me make sure I had the right oil. I like the work ethic and appreciate when an employee goes above and beyond. O’Reilly is a great place for your automotive needs when they arise.
Great place for Dodge Ram car parts. Saqib was very helpful. He definitely went out of his way to help by calling other stores until we found the one that had what I was looking for in stock.
Worst customer service,the old man is discriminated me ,The owner should fire him,if not the business will lost alot customer.we come to buy things,give the business for the store,not come ask for free.
That was the worst experience I ever had at a auto store. They think if their store don't have the part , it doesn't exist.
No sanitizer visible at entrance.
Not one person even said that they will be with me in a minute or so.
I spent three hours at my car dealer to get a quote for a new battery with labor for $500.00. Feeling like I was being sent on a ride to ripped off land I left. I called this store for a quote. A nice young man by the name of Kenny answered my questions and not only gave me a great price but also shared with me that for a nominal price they also replace the old for thd new battery. Drove straight there and the pleasant service continued.. again was greeted respectfully. The manager Cruz took care of me when he heard the time I had spent at the dealership and left with nothing done. He re assured me by offering to check my battery to confirm the need. He looked at it and said this was an old
battery. He changed it for the new one
and looked at my windshield wipers and recommended I replace these. I was able to
care for all of my cars needs in 25 minutes and for half of the cost. I have found my new auto store. Nice to know good customer service is still found these days.

I returned an item to this store that I purchased from another O'Reilly store. Only to be told by the clerk Donald an I quote "$#!t why didn't you take it back were you brought it from". Wow I wonder if corporate knows that this is the way customers are greeted. Please stay away from this store.
Staff was very helpful. Shelves were well stocked and clean. I only needed 2 items and they had both of them. One item was a rear window wiper and they offered to install it for me.
Horrible customer service. They sold me a 40.00 refrigerant stop leak that ended up not being compatible with my car. I went back asking not for a return or refund but for someone to possibly come out and see what I was doing wrong. The older gentleman told me no they can't when I know they have before. He said there's a mechanic out back who will take a look at it. A mechanic that does not work for this business that will charge me. He looked at me like I was insane when I told them that's not good customer service. I'll never go back there again.
Formerly Bennett Auto Parts, O’Reilly continues to provide great service. The old Bennett staff is still there and these guys helped me to choose the correct engine oil for my generator. Thumbs up for your professionalism.
Stopped in to purchase a car battery. David was extremely helpful, found us the perfect fit, both in quality and price. My husband is handicapped and David brought it out to our car and swapped it out for the old. We will be back looking for more of his wisdom! Thanks for the help
