I needed to get my check engine light checked and battery checked. The other location I went to on Miramar Pkwy zip code 33027 , they told me they didn’t have any equipment to check it. They told me I had to go to this location and it was a blessing! I’m so glad they did!! Never had such good customer service!!!
I would like to commend one of your employees, Nelson, in store #4964. He was very professional and friendly. He installed my new battery quickly and asked if I had anything else he could assist me with. I asked him for the winning lottery numbers, he couldn't, too bad because I would have given him half. Seriously though, I appreciate all his help- I am an 80-year-old 100% service-connected disabled veteran and glad I ran into Nelson because I would never have accomplished the job. I had a great experience your lucky you have an employee like him in your company.
This was a great experience coming here. I give all of the props to Nelson Rodriguez. He spent more than an hour just trying to fix my corroded battery. He cleaned up the old battery just to be able to put in the new one. Went out of his way to keep finding the best tools and best products to remove the battery and the head pieces because it wouldn’t budge. He also got me a great price deal on the battery price where I couldn’t not find anywhere else. Thank you so much I will definitely be back!
On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, I had an amazing experience at AutoZone thanks to Miguel R. He was incredibly helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and unbelievably patient with me throughout the entire process. Miguel assisted me with getting a new battery and even helped with a few other things I needed, all while being kind, respectful, and honest.
It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond, but Miguel did exactly that. His professionalism and willingness to help made my day so much easier. AutoZone is lucky to have him!

Miguel R. as well as 3 other staff members spent an entire day helping us with an aggravating car problem. They helped us find the problem, the part, remove the battery, put in the battery, and gave us incredible advice on car repair warranties and mechanic services. They even helped us when we got locked out of our car completely due to a battery problem.This auto zone staff and location showed incredible customer service, honesty, and kindness when we needed it most. Thank you guys! Only issue was their charger did not correctly charge my car battery but that is a charger issue that should be looked at separately. Highly recommend this location unless you need to charge your car battery!

Great customer service. While purchasing new windshield wipers, Nelson asked if my car was in the parking lot and was kind enough to help me replace my old ones while engaging in friendly conversation. He was very attentive and personable.
Grahame was great today. My battery died in the same plaza and in less than 10 minutes, he arrived. He jump started my SUV with portable battery charger and escorted me to AutoZone. And no, he didn't suggest I buy a battery from him, I volunteered that info quickly. I always buy my batteries from AutoZone because of the great pricing and warranty policy. They stand by their warranty without any issue Trust me, over the years, I've put them to the test and they replaced the batteries according to policy. My warranty had already expired on my dead battery and this I knew beforehand. I purchased a good battery as usual and I'm back on the road again. Issue resolved happily
I Always have a great experience with the service from this location. I got my battery changed twice from them, quick and correctly. Miguel is very helpful and knowledgeable. He helps me out with anything that needs to be changed and with any information that I need.
The place is super nice and efficient, I came because my car failed to turn on, i made the short line to get help and Parts Sales Manager Miguel diagnosed my battery come to find out the battery was failing, Miguel was super nice and quick to my aid.

I went to autozone store 4825 to get my battery checked and come to find out I had a bad battery. Andre’s was very helpful informative and patient with me because I was very frustrated during the transition process. He offered a free installation which I graciously accepted. He wore all the right ppe and changed my battery within minutes. For what I had been through that day he was very kind and I think he deserves recognition for being a great worker with patience helpful tips and advice for a woman who knows nothing about nothing.
Today I had the pleasure of being taken care by Anthony S. which he was so quick to change my battery. He was kind and helpful. He informed me about making sure I keep my car out of the heat(sun) which could harm the battery’s life. He thanked me for coming by and I wished him a nice day.
