Just called to order a bed extender for my new Raptor. Was told I would have to come into the store for them to order the part. Why can’t I just pay over the phone and pick up when it arrives? I will just order online from another source. Guy on the phone didn’t sound very excited to do his job either. Lord help us all.

The worst experience of my life in this place. After almost 3 months of having my car in this place, I took it out from there and I could see that they even made a correct diagnosis. I found in a corner under a tree, abandoned .the paint was ruined by the leaves of the tree and nobody cared about it. They never helped me and made me wait 3 months in this situation. The worst places I ever have Ford Pines Services parts.
Need a part for my Ford f250 called and was told come on over we have two in stock drove all the way there in the rain only to be told we are sorry we don't have the parts you need. If you need parts for your vehicle get it online and avoid the embarrassing headaches by going to the Stealership. Worse part department ever.
