They were true to the word when they said 15 minutes and the driver will contact you, it was 15 minutes in the driver did contact me never had that type of experience with the towing company ever in my life. He is undoubtedly one of the best drivers in the entire South Florida region. These people are absolutely horrible and thieves. My girlfriend's wallet was stolen out of the car. I was yelled at by an employee for not releasing my car to his buddy's shop instead of to my insurance company. I actually had to leave and come back the next day because the guy was yelling and throwing stuff around making us uncomfortable. This place floods about a foot and a half deep in heavy rain. If your car was repairable before it definitely will not be after it leaves this lot. I have no idea how they are still in business. Somebody please investigate this horrible company.

I had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a wreck during a huge downpour. Lionel Vallaires was the driver who came to pull my F150 out of the ditch in 2 feet of water after the accident. Super cool and humble person. He was kind and respective and didn't worry about his own work in 2 feet of water, but he was more worried about the driver who's truck was in the ditch, me. There are good people in this world who care about their fellow man. Lionel is one of them.

They stole the cash I had in my car and tried to get me to release the car to them. Telling me it would be faster and that the insurance companies took for ever to pick up the car and that would be a big delay on my claim. I didn't and my insurance co thanked me for that. They were there the same day to pick up the car. They lied. Very dishonest. Beware.

They remove your wallet and ids from the vehicle. If you think you left it inside ask for them to check in the drawer down to the left of the seated attendant at the window. That being said everyone there was professional and polite and vehicle wasnt damaged. Parking is tight and they're often quite busy so leave early and have your paperwork in order. If you need to notarize a letter do not go to the nearby UPS store they do not work with this towyard go to Davie Currency Exchange on St Rd 84. Best of luck to you dear reader. I'm from out of state, but my daughter goes to college in davie, and I needed to get her car towed to the dealer because the transmission was acting up and we were trading it in. I gave A Superior a call and the lady that answered the phone was wonderful. I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but she deserves a raise. I told her the situation and she got a driver to my daughter's car pretty quick and my daughter said the driver was super nice and respectful. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys

My next contact was the tow truck driver Scott when I thought service couldn't be better than what I got from Nicole well Scott exceeded my expectations. They’re only 24 hours for picking up people’s properties and after 7 pm no one in the office if you come to pay to pick up your vehicle only because the longer the car sits in their lot more money they will charge. That’s straight up robbery they make law in Florida just to rob people….

The crewe assigned to pick up my motorhome were very professional and knowledgable on what it took to tow the large motorhome. They also had to deal with flooding which hit the area and did all this in difficult conditions.

Superior Towing lives up to its name!!! If you are ever stuck you want this company to come to the rescue. Jon (Jonavius sp?) Was superb. My fiance and I ran out of gas on Highway 27 southbound with nothing but sawgrass all around us for miles. Barely a cell signal to reach FHP who called Superior Towing for us. Within the hour Jon showed up with a smile and kind words. He gets our car onto the truck and loads us up in the cab. We chitchat about then discover we both love fishing. The rest of the trip he shows pics of caught fish and where to fish. It was a real treat to just ride and talk. Thank you for making this an adventure adventure for us. Happy fishing Jon!

Please do not let you car be towed here.. a total SCAM operation. I had an accident and I was not given choice. The officer claimed it had to be towed by this company because the police department uses them. (Pembroke Pines police). I arrived at the place and at the front desk there was a young man with beard wearing sunglasses and a hat ( which I thought was weird, almost as if he was in disguise) he asked if I was there to release my car to insurance, I said yes and then he gave me 2 forms to sign in which he specifically highlighted the sections that he wanted me to sign, he said those forms was to release the car and also to take my belongings from my car.. I believed him. Less than 1 hour later my adjuster calls me saying that they had already towed the car from A-superior to a random body shop that they are affiliated with all the way in Oakland park!!! Without any consent, I had to go all the way to that place and SIGN again to release my car to progressive and finally be taken to the dealership to be fixed. Once my car reached its final destination THEY HAD CHARGED ME 2897.00 almost 3k, so not only do I have to deal with the fact that had an accident in which I was not faulty and the drunk person who hit me in the back can’t be held accountable because he died… now I have to deal with these bills from these scammers that all they do is take advantage of people who are already suffering, seriously. That’s why we have such a bad reputation in south Florida. SHAME ON YOU A-SUPERIOR TOWING for benefiting from other people’s disgrace.

Very unpleasant service! On the day of our car's pickup, they tried to delay the release of the vehicles. At one point, they claimed they did not have the car; strangely enough, after the bill had been paid, I believe their actual income was from their parking lot; towing seemed to be a minor operation. Eventually, they found the car in a flooded parking lot area.

Terrible company did not want to tow my vehicle but they forced me to tow it anyway despite it being drivable and street legal. After hospitalization, I called to see what the fee would be to get it off the lot and they gave me different numbers and on recorded call told me they couldn't find the information for my vehicle and couldn't find the vehicle. On times that I did go in person they gave me the same story on them not being able to find my vehicle. This went on for a month until I had accumulated over 1.4k in fees where I once again when in person to find my vehicle and they informed me that they could not find it when I then asked for a manager they magically found my truck. Also on the list of fees it says that there was an after hours fee for accessing my car after hours however every single time that I went to that yard it was during business hours that they have listed and every single time they told me they could not find my vehicle so how could I have accessed it? It's no wonder that all the reviews are fake.
