Horrible people. My young daughter was quoted $250 for a tow. Turned out she just needed a jump start. They invoiced her for the full $250 anyway. After I had offered the owner $150, he called the police and tried to intimidate my daughter. After the police told him that he should accept the $150, he sent a revised invoice and I paid it. So wrong to try to take advantage of a young lady and then to try to intimidate her by misleading the police. Bad people.
After having to deal with a horrible tow company and their unprofessionalism, I decided to call Ace Towing. We spoke for 5 minutes and they made all my troubles went away. The service was excellent and they picked my vehicle immediately and dropped it off. I had no problems and they did it efficiently. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.
Had a ball joint failure, waited 4.5 hours for AAA tow who NEVER SHOWED UP, called ACE, he was literally there in 20 min, he was able to somehow magically get it loaded without tearing it up, amazing service and a nice guy.
