After having to deal with a horrible tow company and their unprofessionalism, I decided to call Ace Towing. We spoke for 5 minutes and they made all my troubles went away. The service was excellent and they picked my vehicle immediately and dropped it off. I had no problems and they did it efficiently. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.
Had a ball joint failure, waited 4.5 hours for AAA tow who NEVER SHOWED UP, called ACE, he was literally there in 20 min, he was able to somehow magically get it loaded without tearing it up, amazing service and a nice guy.
Wayne was awesome. The only tow service in Coral Springs to take the call. I called 10 minutes before closing yesterday with the hopes of setting up a meet time next morning since AAA left us stranded and none of the 8 other tow services called had time or even answered the phone.
