The service was done within a day. I called on Friday. Anita and I had a conversation during my lunch break. She and Eli came on Saturday to look at the car and sign paperwork. The tow truck came about 90 minutes later. She answered all of my questions and explained to me that I needed to turn in the plates. I thought I could keep them and I would have run into trouble with the state if she hadn’t told me what to do with those plates. I went to turn them in on Monday. The entire process was efficient. Both of them were pleasant and I would call them again if I needed to.
Anita and Eli were both professional and polite! Absolutely the best. The process was ultra simple and easy. Definitely will use again!
What can I say, Anita was courteous, fast, honest and professional. In South Florida you feel good if you get 2 of these attributes, lucky if you get 3 but RARELY do you get all 4.
