Emilio is the kindest soul! I called him with frustration that the door to my ramp van was malfunctioning (I’m a full-time power wheelchair user) and I couldn’t get into it. I needed it towed all the way from Tamarac to Doral so it could be repaired. Emilio was so gracious and kind and I couldn’t help but shed a few tears that there are still good people in this world.
