RAN FAAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS AND SHADY PEOPLE! SCAMMED my friend for $2,000.
Friend deposited $2k to hold the car but within 24 hrs he said, I wanted my refund then scammers said, account is out for the weekend and come back on Monday.
Monday he went and scammers told my friend that its been over 24hrs and we no longer refund you.
Wow! How do you even running your business like this? Ahh by scamming!
This business lies to get your money. They pressured me to put down a $2,000 hold on a car while I tried to make a decision. I called back the next day and told them I no longer wanted the car and they told me to come in a couple days later and they'd write me a check. When I went back they said it had been over 24 hours and can no longer give me a payment. I will be suing this business for unethical business practices and for misleading customers. They want to steal your money. Do no do business with these people
If you don’t want to get scammed, avoid this dealer at all costs. This place gives you false delusions and pressures you into putting down a payment for a car and then refuses to return your money. Mind you, they do not disclose any refund policy or make you sign documentation for the payment. Filing a police report to make sure they get investigated thoroughly for their illegal and unethical actions.
Scammers. I went in friday to look at a car. I was interested in the car. The dealers pushed me to put a $2,000 hold on the car which i stupidly did. When i called the dealer the following day on saturday telling them i no longer wanted the vehicle and wanted a refund on my deposit they told me to come back on monday because their accountant isn't in and they need to write me a check. When i returned they told me they can no longer give me a refund because it had been over 24 hours. They lied to me and they stole my money. They said, "we wanted you to buy the car but since you aren't buying it we can't give you your money back." Which makes no sense. Horrible business. Will be filing a police report and contacting lawyers.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP — THEY WILL SCAM YOU.
I bought a truck there and we agreed on $15,000. I signed paperwork thinking I was financing $12,000 — but when I actually reviewed the numbers, I was financing $13,500 because they quietly sold me the truck for $16,500 instead. My payments didn’t match what we agreed on at all.
Today 6/7/2025, when my loan was approved, I went back to the dealership to ask why there was a discrepancy. The owner wouldn’t even let me speak, got aggressive, and tried to physically come at me when I said I was being scammed.
On top of that, they hit you with an $890 dealer fee and “extra fees” they basically invent. And the worst part? Whatever price you agree on is NOT what you’ll end up financing.
If you choose to buy a car here after reading this and you get scammed, that’s on you. There are plenty of other places to buy a vehicle — don’t risk it here.
I’m begging anyone considering this dealership: do NOT go to Easy Deal Auto Brokers. Please read the reviews before you make the same mistake I did. Andres, Juan, and the rest of the team sold me a car with major mechanical problems and then tried to dismiss my concerns by saying the vehicle was sold “as is.” This place is a scam and they do not value their customers.
I was able to browse their online inventory and test drive the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle that met my needs and am overall satisfied with my experience with the dealer. Thank you for the fantastic service!
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience with this dealership has been the worst I have ever had. From the moment I expressed concerns about the vehicle I purchased, I was met with complete disregard and a lack of professionalism. Instead of treating me like a valued customer, they made me feel like I was less important simply because my credit isn’t perfect.
Shortly after purchasing the car, major issues started happening. The vehicle was clearly sold with faults serious ones and yet the dealership acted as if it wasn’t their responsibility. I reported problems including brake issues, a leaking gas smell due to a gasket/canister problem, a horn that doesn’t even work, and a tire sensor that has been malfunctioning since day one. These are not minor concerns. They are safety risks.
I approached them calmly and respectfully, expecting accountability and support for a vehicle I just spent a large amount of money on. Instead, I was brushed off and basically told that because my credit isn’t the best, I should just accept the situation and deal with it. That kind of treatment is unacceptable. Customers deserve honesty, fairness, and safety regardless of their financial situation.
This dealership needs to understand that people work hard for their money, and when they trust a business with such a big purchase, they expect that business to stand behind what they sell. Instead, I have been left to face costly repairs and frustration on a car I only recently bought.
I am writing this review so others don’t end up in the same situation. Please take this as a warning: do your research and look elsewhere. No one deserves to be treated the way I was treated, and no one should have to deal with a dealership that refuses to take accountability for the vehicles they knowingly sell in poor, unsafe condition.
Save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment avoid this dealership at all costs.

I don't know how it is legal to conduct business and steal money from people and get away with it? I really dont know how these people sleep at night. Went to buy a truck was quoted $14,000 put $10,000 down and after having to wait over 3 hours for the family before us somehow my other half signed papers for $29,xxx and $2100 weekly for the first month and not even 3 weeks they repo the truck...layout another $7400 to get it back and still have a few years of $600 monthly payment...to top it off the extended warranty they claim is the justification for the additional fees, they don't have a diesel mechanic to figure out why the service engine light is on let alone fix it. Great place and people NOT
Was looking for a car and looked at a couple places until I landed here. They didn’t have the car I wanted but they did talked me into going inside and they told me they could get me whatever I was looking for. They did find what I wanted and we made a deal and I gave the down payment for it and all, they told me it’ll be a week till the car arrived but that’s where things fell, I gave them more then a week and no one called me to inform me anything about the car, when I called the dealer they were pretty rude and quick to get me off the phone, so on my day off after 2 weeks I took the drive down south and was able to link up with Andy which is one of the associates at the dealer he gave me the story that they try to reach out to me and whatever but I knew that was BS. I’m giving them a 4 because of Andy he made things right, explained to me why happened and what could be another step we can take but unfortunately the new deal didn’t work out for why I wanted. Andy was pretty kool and we handle it like man. No attitude, no whose D is bigger none of that BS. I definitely would go and deal with Andy again . I was able to get my deposit back with no issues and no problem. Only bad thing they made me wait an extra day for the check and for me it was a killer as I am from 2hrs away from their dealer.

Trying to sell a camaro listed as a clean title noticed it had rear bumper damage do I did a vin check guess what Frame damage and a salvage title. Please do not trust this company. The positive reviews are family and friends.
I had the absolute worst experience with Easy Deal Auto Brokers in Miramar. I was promised that a car I was interested in was available on their lot, and after confirming the details over the phone, I drove all the way there, only to find out the car wasn’t even there. The staff was completely unhelpful and seemed to have no idea about the vehicle I came for. They completely wasted my time and offered no explanation or apology. I felt like I was lied to and misled. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place — it's nothing but a hassle and a waste of time!
Watch out!!!! Do not believe positive reviews on this place!! This dealer is scamming people with cars that don't work as soon as you drive them out of there, they don't want to be responsible for the car making you lose your down payment. This is coming from a law enforcement officer. If you Guys are reading this review do not buy a car from this dealership it was the worse experience ever. The boss tried to smile and make you feel good as if he helping you but he knows exactly what he doing. I turned in my challenger and got a Maserati that didn’t work. They said the car had no problem and the same day the engine light turning on and a low oil pressure light and they said it was just a sensor to not worry about it.
A month later I go try to switch the car and they didn’t even want to help me with a deal. They send me to see their mechanic to make sure the car was okay and then they say the car has a low oil pressure problem and to use my warranty to fix the car. When they had sold me the car just like that and they said it was just a sensor. Apparently now it’s a real problem with the car.
If it was just a sensor then why wouldn’t they work a deal with me to change my car that I purchase from them a month ago.
I wouldn’t recommend this dealership not even to my worse enemy and as an officer I’m looking out and warning you guys about this dealership to help you.

These people are scammers, Felipe, is the main scammer. We’re selling them our car and putting 5k down on a non working sprinter van. It’s been 7 days and everyday they’re saying tomorrow. This will be their last scam. Authorities saying they’re already under investigation
This place is unethical and scammers!!!! I was ready to go in today to purchase a car that was listed on offerup with description of 2006 lexus, clean title, 1 owner, 130,000 miles for $6000. I was talking to the guy who I had found on offerup that was "selling" the car for almost 2 weeks. 3 days before going to potentially purchase the car, I Had asked for the carfax and NEVER received a response. When I went to go and test drove the car, the financer sat me and my mother down to talk about payments and prices. The car instead of being $6000 it was $10900 EXCLUDING all the extra fees. After hearing that price, we asked for the carfax (which was sent 2 hours after leaving this place), this vehicle ended up being a salvage/rebuilt title, 5 previous owners and had 148000 miles on it. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I had a wonderful experience with the entire team. I went in to buy my dream car and got a great deal. The owner worked with me to make sure that I walked away with a deal I felt good about and the entire team stayed late as we finalized the paperwork, and even worked out a little scratch on the paint for me. The owner offered me a very kind payment plan to make the transaction as easy as possible. And even beyond the transaction being done they kindly responded when I had a question related to the car maintenance and offered for me to come in so they could help me. They even offered me food and celebrated my new car with me . I was very apprehensive about buying a vehicle in south florida with all the horror stories I had heard about but the team at auto dealers were incredibly friendly and kind and I would recommend you give them a call no matter where you live. Its worth the drive! Ill be back for sure.

Be careful with this dealership. They advertised a certain model vehicle, and when I arrived after a 2 hour drive, nobody knew where that vehicle was. They tried selling something else. They do a bait and switch. Make sure you get pics of the vehicle, and vin or they probably don’t have it in stock. Very rude salesman as well, especially once you find out their scam. Buyer beware

I had the pleasure of working with Sky and let me tell you she was great. I had come late in the day and she stayed past their closing hours to help me finalize everything and explain everything I didn’t understand to me. She sold me a Toyota Tacoma and the car is in perfect condition! Overall a great experience at Easy Deal compared to other small dealerships.
Worst car lot ever please stay away they sell you bad car I put down 8 grand on a ram 3500 with a bad head gasket they told me it was a bad sensor light that was on the dash when I took it to my mechanic here in Orlando he informed me that it was a bad head gasket not a sensor and when I informed Lucas the salesman and the owner they try to turn it around and blame it on me that the head gasket is bad The owner accuse me of driving the truck 4500 miles i had the truck for one day I drove the truck from Miami to Orlando this place is bad business if you work hard for your money like I do please do not go here
