The entire experience was just a scam! Wasting my dam time missing work for a wild goose chase! I can look at pictures on the internet myself I didn’t need to waste $48 then he’s telling me he don’t have the car, then he’s telling me oh yea I have the car let me show you pictures! So I had to uber it back to work! Listen don’t go there! I’m also reporting them to better business bureau
Came to see a 2007 Lexus. Wasted 45 minutes to get here just to say they sold the car "last night". Terrible costumer service. Tried to sell us shitty cars that are way too overpriced.
Sold a car that was in a wreck. Starting acting up after 2 weeks. Brought tires didn't even give a spare. Had smell the sales Don Williams just talked all around that took it and put a paper air freshener I had to replace cabin filter. Did oil change. Tag cost me 174 after he said he could save me some money by getting my old tag back give him a copy from DMV. Starting skipping in 2 weeks after. Told him when I picked up my tag he drove it said it doing something low miles take to Chelvolet it has original miles. Said it has manufactory warranty I asked how he know said been doing this a long timeNo warranty. Truck broke down in middle of street tow cost almost 200 dollars. I told him I was moving and needed a work truck these car salesmen donot care having women broke in Florida on the side of the road
Sold a 2019 truck smelled bad ask sells man he he haw around subject had to get cabin filter changed. Asked him detail truck they put a paper air fresher.Had buy 3 tires he replaced on saying you only asked for one I am old they donot give you spare tires and decent tires when buy? He said he would get my old tag give him the paper work he didn't had to pay 174. Tag got here before 30 days. Car was already giving me problems. Talked to Don he said car had Chelvolet warranty didn't!!! I asked him how he know said been doing cars for yearsHe got a very bad condescending mouth.Long story short they do nothing to cars car broke down in middle of street. More money to tow car!!!! Called him he answered now not answering. That was his cell. Now calling dealership they sent me to cannot answer your call right now. Told the person that sent me there she would get 200 dollar as of last month she did not have her money.
Spoke to Jose who verified the car I was interested in drove 4 hrs to find out the car was sold way before I even asked about it. They wanted to show me other cars that were more expensive. Typical bait and switch stay away from this place.
WORST DEALERSHIP! Do not fall for this FISH & BAIT scammers! They sold us a truck for $14,000. We had the money to pay it off right then and there in cash. They only took a portion and said they had to finance the rest. I was so CONFUSED! Now I know why. The financing place they use contacted us saying we had to pay $800 a month for 60 months WFT that goes sky high over the agreed price. I did wrong not to look at the reviews of this place first. The Better Business Bureau will be finding out about your "deals".
Got sold a car by a woman named Elizabeth. She was nice. All the people were nice during the buying process. After 4 months of ownership, my car's transmission was slipping hard. I called 2x a week for about a month and whoever was answering the phones absolutely refused to get a manager on the phone for me. And insulted my intelligence while refusing to get a manager, just because I went somewhere else to get a quote for the work, began calling me stupid over the phone. Long story short, 10 months after purchase, the transmission has officially broken down and the car is no longer driving. Not even a full year has gone by. Major issues in 4 months, and complete breakdown of vehicle in 10. The people were great, the car looked great, but it was only good enough to get you off the lot and out of their sights. Wouldn't trust the integrity of the vehicles here. That is all.
EDIT: The owner should just take responsibility for the poor quality of cars that is sold on that lot. As stated, I tried to address my issues the first time they presented themselves. BTW, the transmission is FAR from a minor issue on any car. I was seeking assistance. I understand the nature of any business and the concept of needing to pay for things. Not seeking a handout. But I was thwarted every chance I tried to take. Not only are they selling bad cars, but they are avoiding the possibility of creating lasting relations with customers. Again, the people are kind, but the cars are of poor condition at selling and there was absolutely 0 attempt in assisting. That is all.

This is the worst place ever to buy cars, I won't recommend it. I bought a in May 2024, the first week I was bringing the car every day so they could fix something. And when I was done with the car like about 3 or 4 weeks later, I brought them the car, they didn't want to get it back. They said that I have warranty which is another b.s. because cars.com didn't want to have nothing to do with the car's problem. I called them a couple of time, the secretary transferred me to someone else, she said she going to call me.back, she hangout. Since then when I called they never answered.
Those people are selling us lemon cars and stealing our money. I will never let anyone else go there and endure what I gone through. Don't buy their cars, you will regret it.
I saw your reply. You're a big liar! You know exactly what you're doing because you're selling people bad cars and stealing their money. I just wanted to get you back your trash but you didn't want to. I never went to you for repair, the car was a trash and was giving me problems every single, that's why I was at your place almost every single day of the week. I regret not letting my review earlier so people could know about your team scamming them. Your company is a shame and a trash.
I will NEVER recommend anyone to come here. This is the worst place ever. I've given them one star only because I finally gotten my refund which they did not wanted to refund me. I purchased a Chevrolet Traverse 2019 which they still have it for sale and it's a salvage. I bought it a couple of days before Christmas 2024, as soon as I pulled it off of the car lot, I observed this was a problem, didn't have the vehicle 24 hours. I was told to bring it back by Mr. Don Williams after the Holiday s which I did. And discover that it was the transmission and so much more
And I was told by Mr. Williams that it wasn't only vehicle problems but they needed 2000 more down because of credit. I was approved first then disapproved and reapproved if put down more money on broken down vehicle. They took me through a lot getting my down payment back, they're liers and thieves. I didn't even get a chance to test driving the car even when I kept asking but the salesman was so busy trying to close the deal, he really ignored me. And another thing, I was told by the salesman that I have a two year warranty and come to find out didn't have a warranty, the manager told me that I really don't suppose to get a refund back because one the warranty, yes that's what she said Mr. Williams , the lies trying to make a sell. I advise any who comes here to take your time and read what you're clearly and allow the salesman to fast talk you as you're signing. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION PLEASE. They almost got me. This place of business is very bad.
Dealership is trash and unprofessional I put in an application over a week ago submitting all my information for them to to never respond. you have to reach out and they give you the run around. Tony & Earl the sale manager as he says are very unprofessional I would never send anyone to this dealership read the real reviews and pay attention don’t be fooled I would give a 0 if possible

This is the worst site in all of Florida. They scam people. You call to check if the car is available, and when you arrive they say it is not available. Don't waste your time on them! The cars are all in very poor condition and are very expensive. Jose and Elizabeth are the worst managers! Jose scams people and then doesn't even come to the site. Beware, they are scammers!

Even after researching, I knew what time it was. and so as I'm sitting in a beautiful salvaged vehicle over heating I noted to sales guy who told me over and over it wasn't like I haven't driven enough hoopties to know over heating. anyways, I'm thinking a car for 6k or so short term, as soon as I mention meet exes buddy is like not even no I have whole bunch of applications not even going to bother then you come complain blah blah, like uhm buddy its a 2009 SALVAGED CAR THEY ALL ARE. and so,.. had I saw said FUSION, they would have to the 3k .....I knew credit jacked so let's not act like I wanted some 120000 car, buy here p pay here AIN'T HERE. ... If a car lot so worried about it breaking down and you not being able to " afford" it...hahaha..... THE CAR WENT FROM 5900, to 7500, 1k dealer fee. AND I KNOW BAD CREDIT W MORE than half down... 2 people complaining on purchases. I specifically said I wanted something to pay off quickly etc the excuse they don't finance the " luxury" lmao. INSTEAD of being realistic like 2 down period shouldn't matter, the " make" . I'll find the right 90 day same as cash and not have someone underestimate me, demean as if this is some Maybach, ....... next. Aww I know .... I should drive a " Kia" bc if they break down, it's " cheap" to fix. uhm waste of my time and really. Buddy is way too much ... the " I make the same if I sell a car or not" is like the health agents saying they on hourly as " tebuttals"...... the reviews, true. though there is a selection, just know what you're dealing with..... They are the worst dealership, does not even deserve a one star. Sold a car and has “warranty for up to a year” and it is absolutely false advertisement…. I don’t even have the car for 6 months and it’s already giving technical issues. I took the car to one of the car shops that accepted the “insurnace” and after three days of not having my car the car shop claimed that my car was NOT under warranty, I’ve had the car for less than 6 months. This is absolutely absurd….
I got my car in January. The day after getting my car I had someone point out my front two tires were threaded moments after pulling up to my job my coolant poured out of my car. I called Don immediately and was told to bring it in. While waiting on Don a mechanic from around the corner was informed of what happened and “fixed” the issue. Don got upset with me for allowing him to work on my car I was supposed to go to another mechanic. While they had my car one problem led to another and they claimed to had fixed everything. Since May my car, a 2014 Mustang GT has been broke down. Everything they fixed fell apart. They sold me a car that ultimately was un-drivable , allowed me to leave the lot with threaded tires. I was very patient with the staff and now I can’t reach anyone for the past two months. I would advise while searching for a car to take to a TRUSTED mechanic before purchasing which is a lesson I had to learn now that I’m without a car I financed. I didn’t want to leave a one star but the quality of service I received and experience with the car they sold me is disappointing. I love my car and have only been able to drive it for 3 1/2 of the 6 months I’ve had it.

Vilma was absolutely helpful in EVERY aspect. Well let’s start from the beginning, I was looking for an Chevy Malibu always wanted that car so I decided today is the day I get one. I seen one I like on Craigslist and Vilma responded instantly with the whole inventory of Malibus. She told me exactly what I needed to bring in order to get a car and she was 100% accurate. So my husband and myself went and I we first wanted the car under his name and it didn’t go as planned she did say if I co sign he’ll get approved and we sure enough did. UPDATE- I was scammed by this place of business. They took advantage of a young woman in a new city alone. This car was taken to a Kia dealership today because of an airbag sensor suddenly on the dash. It was there that I learned that this vehicle had been in a SERIOUS accident with major frame damage to the back driver side of the vehicle. Possibly even a roll over accident. The repairs are thousands of dollars. The Kia dealership informed me it must have happened before I purchased the vehicle as I have not been in any accident in the 6 months I have had the car. A major accident and frame damage were never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. Really disappointed, as I trusted these people to help me and they have really screwed me over. Buyer’s beware! Do not make the same mistake I did.
