I would like to begin by thanking Jeff at the Miramar location: under extremely stressful circumstances for my family, he demonstrated compassion, thorough knowledge, and professionalism while helping my mother navigate my brother's car accident. The level of customer care was unparalleled. He is an asset to the company, and I strongly recommend Westway.
Westway towing was extremely helpful, professional and went above and beyond on what was one of the most difficult and trying situations me and my family have faced.
We were hit, resulting in a roll over accident on Miramar Parkway on 4/5/25. Throughout the vehicle recovery and in the days that followed; Jeff thoroughly explained(multiple times) what was happening with our car and what would happen next with insurance. Cannot thank Jeff enough for his professionalism, genuine human compassion, and assistance though this trying ordeal. Fortunately; everyone (in both vehicles) survived.

I was in an accident on 1/28/25, and Westway towing Miramar towed my car to their yard. I was having so many issues with my insurance company, I spoke to the Manager Jeff, who was very pleasant and very helpful. I told him the issues I was having and he said that should not be giving me the problem that they were giving me. I told him that they wanted me to go to their body shop and he referred me actually to another body shop that was a certified Acura dealer ship and he took care of everything for me. I went to Westway signed a release form I had Westway deliver my car to the body shop Fort Lauderdale collision and everything has gone smoothly. Jonteria at the front desk was very helpful and very kind and I’ll tell you this is the first tow company that I have ever been to that the people were so helpful and nice and pleasant. I highly recommend Westway towing Miramar if you ever need a tow company thank you Jeff and. Jonteria. I hope to see you again under different circumstances lol. You guys are awesome.
Some of the staff were kind and helpful towards us. However, one staff member kept making up obstacles in the way to reclaim our vehicle. Making us take several trips back delaying us by a couple hours souring the entire experience.
Excelent service, my son had a car accident and vehicle sent to their yard, towing was quick and straight forward, they always were aware about how i will repair the car, giving me an awesome advise, thanks Jeff and Richard!!!

All they care about is money. will create obstacles to make it that you can’t pick up your car so they can charge additional storage fees and when questioned an their practices they say it’s legal for them to do so so they will continue to find ways to bend the law to benefits themselves
My car stolen recovered and brought here, expecting the worst since I’m born and raised here Jeff D and Karen blew my mind and made a difficult situation so easy with their professionalism thanks guys you rock

I had my car towed here after an accident. Jeff the manager was very informative throughout the process. He gave me some useful information about where I should have my car towed for collision repair( Fort Lauderdale collision ) and not to use the insurance companies collision center as they will have the estimate at a lower value and install aftermarket parts on your vehicle. My car was deemed a total loss by Fort Lauderdale collision. Thank you Jeff.
