My experience at New Level Auto Tech was a great experience. It's started With Mr. Peter from the estimate that was given to me. If I can give this shop a 10 star I would. My truck was stuck at a Ram dealership in North Carolina for 2 months couldn’t figure out my issue & Pete told me to bring it to him 700 miles away & he found the issue in less than 2 hours and I was back on the road working again. Best in the game!!

Pete runs a FANTASIC shop. My car
is still there getting fixed, and his staff took care of something for me on Monday morning, and they made it an easy fix. I highly recommend New Level Automotive for any kind of vehicle smd any kind of damage. They have mechanics and techs and are fully staffed. I used to work for an auto body shop in New York. Pete's shop by far is organized and clean, and all have GREAT communication and customer service ethics! I wish I could do 10 stars for the way in which I was treated. The evening I had my accident they picked me and my car up and took me to the shop. My phone was dead, and Pete, the owner, let me use his personal cell to call my insurance. He also gave me a charger to borrow while I comfortably waited on a nice couch in the office. He also communicates with you on the shop cell phone. He works with most insurance companies, One of his workers handed me a cold bottle of water, and most of his guys were all still there. When he finished with the customer before me, he took care of everything. He was also kind enough to make sure that I made it home in a Lyft. I've only lived in Florida for 3 years. Hopefully, I don't need to use his services again, but if I did... this is the ONLY auto body shop that I will go to and have already sent a new customer his way. I can't wait to get my car back in pristine condition!!! Thank you, Pete, and all of the staff and New Level!!!!
March 15, 2025 I had a front collision on my 2024 Lexus TX. I contacted New Level Auto My car was picked up towed to the shop right away. Pete took care of everything on this claim, even being on top of inspectors who sometimes take their time scheduling inspections. On top of that we kept constant communication on everything being done on my car from parts being ordered to the Lexus dealership to being picked up to being installed. I have worked with Pete in the past and there’s no doubt that no other shop comes close to his work, specially because I have personally experience having worked done on my car from other shops and being completely devastated at the awful job done on my vehicle. This will never be the case at new level auto I say this with full confidence.
My brothers car got sideswiped Petey had him in and out in less then a week! Put all factory parts with receipts since my brother was worried the car was brand new. Looking for a shop to do the work and do it the RIGHT WAY go to NEW LEVEL

Driving north on I95, the Sunday after Thanksgiving, and someone in a white ram truck with New Level Towing on the side was weaving in and out of traffic going around 100 mph, tailgating and driving all around reckless. They were doing this while towing someone’s red Mercedes. I would never want my vehicle treated in this manner, and I would never recommend this group for the safe transportation of your vehicle based on what we saw. I have pictures if anyone would like them!
Best service ever.
They have the combination of towing and repair. The guys were able to tow my car after the flood in the middle of the night without keys, transferred it to the body shop and all the workers were very responsive and responsible, helping me with some suggestions and recommendations.
My flooded car was totaled by insurance and I came by with my new car to install the dash cam, which was successfully done in short amount of time.

It was my first time getting into a car accident and these guys were so helpful to me. I was saved from a mental breakdown as Rick offered to tow my car and helped me talk to my insurance. My experience at New Level was outstanding. I had to get my headlight fixed. I procrastinated this errand for months due to time constrains. I was avoiding a dealership by all means...ely's tires recommended Pete at New Level Automotive.. When I got there, Pete prioritized the job and I was done in 10 minutes. Pete was very professional. Very willing and eager to do whatever it takes to make sure the job was done right and that we left as satisfied customers. My wife's Dodge, my eldest daughters' Car, Son In laws truck, we all go to New Level for all our vehicle needs. The paint and bodywork, Amazing! Unlike anything I've seen in South Florida in a VERY LONG time.

Great people , honest hard working , family owned shop. Not many of these around. Had my Hyundai towed by them, repaired by them with original parts by the dealer , at a fraction of the cost. Dealer wanted &1700.00 dollars and it was fixed for $1100.00 plus no towing chargers and the parts are still a year warranty by Hyundai. To top it all off the dealer needed the $1700.00 to start, plus towing , shop supplies and who knows what else. This is my repair shop from now on. Thanks Pete.
