Best towing in south Florida. Such great work ethic is hard to find. I highly recommend and vouch for this company. Not to mention the best price I have ever had due to towing.
5 Stars is too little for this company !! They picked me up within 15 minutes of calling and towed my car while I was stranded in the middle of an intersection late at night and their prices were reasonable aswell .The driver Brandon was also amazing and very helpful
The tow truck driver Brandon was so helpful he arrived within 15 minutes when I was stranded on the side of i95 at midnight and made sure I got home safe and sound .Thank you New Level Auto!!

Awesome service. Sent his shop truck to come pick me up. I was off the highway in 15 minutes. Repair process was easy and I was kept informed with pictures and updates
I had major damage on the entire driver’s side of my car — the doors and front side all had to be replaced. I was nervous that the repair would look uneven, with the new side not matching the rest of the car, especially the paint. This shop did an incredible job both aesthetically and mechanically. The paint is flawless, perfectly blended, and you can’t even tell which side was damaged. I’m extremely impressed with their attention to detail and quality of work. Highly recommend!

If I can give this shop a 10 star I would. My truck was stuck at a Ram dealership in North Carolina for 2 months couldn’t figure out my issue & Pete told me to bring it to him 700 miles away & he found the issue in less than 2 hours and I was back on the road working again. Best in the game!!
Pete runs a FANTASIC shop. My car is still there getting fixed, and his staff took care of something for me on Monday morning, and they made it an easy fix. I highly recommend New Level Automotive for any kind of vehicle smd any kind of damage. They have mechanics and techs and are fully staffed. I used to work for an auto body shop in New York. Pete's shop by far is organized and clean, and all have GREAT communication and customer service ethics! I wish I could do 10 stars for the way in which I was treated. The evening I had my accident they picked me and my car up and took me to the shop. My phone was dead, and Pete, the owner, let me use his personal cell to call my insurance. He also gave me a charger to borrow while I comfortably waited on a nice couch in the office. He also communicates with you on the shop cell phone. He works with most insurance companies, One of his workers handed me a cold bottle of water, and most of his guys were all still there. When he finished with the customer before me, he took care of everything. He was also kind enough to make sure that I made it home in a Lyft. I've only lived in Florida for 3 years. Hopefully, I don't need to use his services again, but if I did... this is the ONLY auto body shop that I will go to and have already sent a new customer his way. I can't wait to get my car back in pristine condition!!! Thank you, Pete, and all of the staff and New Level!!!!
March 15, 2025 I had a front collision on my 2024 Lexus TX. I contacted New Level Auto My car was picked up towed to the shop right away. Pete took care of everything on this claim, even being on top of inspectors who sometimes take their time scheduling inspections. On top of that we kept constant communication on everything being done on my car from parts being ordered to the Lexus dealership to being picked up to being installed. I have worked with Pete in the past and there’s no doubt that no other shop comes close to his work, specially because I have personally experience having worked done on my car from other shops and being completely devastated at the awful job done on my vehicle. This will never be the case at new level auto I say this with full confidence.
My brothers car got sideswiped Petey had him in and out in less then a week! Put all factory parts with receipts since my brother was worried the car was brand new. Looking for a shop to do the work and do it the RIGHT WAY go to NEW LEVEL

Driving north on I95, the Sunday after Thanksgiving, and someone in a white ram truck with New Level Towing on the side was weaving in and out of traffic going around 100 mph, tailgating and driving all around reckless. They were doing this while towing someone’s red Mercedes. I would never want my vehicle treated in this manner, and I would never recommend this group for the safe transportation of your vehicle based on what we saw. I have pictures if anyone would like them!
Best service ever. They have the combination of towing and repair. The guys were able to tow my car after the flood in the middle of the night without keys, transferred it to the body shop and all the workers were very responsive and responsible, helping me with some suggestions and recommendations. My flooded car was totaled by insurance and I came by with my new car to install the dash cam, which was successfully done in short amount of time. Thank you guys. Pete was very professional. Very willing and eager to do whatever it takes to make sure the job was done right and that we left as satisfied customers. Nowadays most shops and shop owners just wanna get you in and out on over priced mediocre work, but not here. This young man is very responsible and seems to be very honest.
