I know a lot of towing places receive horrible reviews but they actually helped me out and made sure I wasn’t being overcharged for my tow. 99 percent of the time it’s the persons fault for parking in a bad spot but it’s my stupid HOA rules we have that got my truck towed so can’t blame the tow company.
Horrible company.Walking through my complex. Tow truck driver driving through complex towing a car with NO lights on 3am in morning. very dangerous driving in dark with no light on. WOW
The only reason this place has a star is because you can’t rate them lower. They damaged the front of my car during a tow, didn’t claim responsibility and overcharged me. The gray headed dude didn’t know how to work a computer and gave me a hard time for having to email him a document. Literally the most disgusting experience ever and if you don’t believe me read all the other reviews that call them ugly & gross (but I guess that’s what you have to be to work here). Immediately filed a complaint with the Environmental & Consumer Protection Division and highly encourage others to do the same because they have a history of causing damage to the cars they tow. They should be shut down, but the people that work there should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t know how this place is referred to as a “business” when it’s literally just a bunch of uglies illegally towing and overcharging.
They messed up my car. Little scratches found everywhere. My bumper was partially pulled out. Then when I confronted them about it, they told me it’s not their problem. I got upset And when I got in my car, I heard one of the workers yelling at me. I’m not sure what he said but I got scared so I just got in my car and left. Worst experience ever these people do not treat you like you’re human.
Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They completely lied about the price over the phone and pretending like they didn’t know what they were talking about. They clearly are overpriced people but they don’t care at all . This is a very sad because they price the prices at a very expensive price and some people can’t even pay for it. This is not acceptable absolutely rude and miserable people as well so make sure you don’t get your car towed from them. I would hate working here too if I was them because you’re just playing with people at that point.
Ugliest and rudest group of guys in Margate. They towed my wife’s car from the community and the decal was right inside the car visible. Still made her pay . Screwing people over one car at a time must make them feel warm inside . Don’t even have the balls to handle their own business, they hide behind a police escort to cover the wrongdoing. But hey they don’t give a crap, they made their $210 right !?!
Terrible, terrible service. They towed my car for no reason and charged me $680 for two days. This place is awful they should be shut down for their terrible service. They scratched and damaged my car and didn't take responsibility. What a lack of professionalism!
If you use this company to tow cars from your apartment complex they will illegally enter vehicles and change the gear into Neutral gear which Isn’t the right way to do it
This place deserves 0 stars. I brought my work vehicle home 6pm on a friday and it was towed Saturday at 8am. I went to pick up the car monday and couldn't get it because someone from my corporate office had to send over documentations. I went with the paperwork but it had to be "emailed". I let my boss know and they sent it out but this tow place claims they never got it and the car was there over a week and had to pay close to 700 dollars. Some exployee was super rude and didn't care. All they care about is money. This tow place is so crooked
They towed my rental with my moms medication in it. They wouldnt even let us get her stuff out even though we said we would pay the "Disabled" fee while we waited for them to process the payment.
Very unprofessional , gives wrong information over the phone , made me have to do multiple Ubers to get my car , because whoever answers the phone said something completely different than the lady at the location.
The people actually tow are horrible at towing cars , so do a 360 around your car when you get it
yo they sent me the wrong address. had to drive 30 mins out the way and 30 mins back to where i came from. couldnt even knock off a couple bucks for the gas and inconvenience. shitty buisness but i guess these companies are known for that.
I have a rental company, and I’m used to go to towing companies. This place is the worst experience I have ever had with a towing company. They made us wait outside the place, which was very hot, while they were taking their lunch. When decided to give us attention, they open that tiny window and the smell coming out of that place was a strong weed odor. I have no idea how are they allowed to operate in those conditions. Their customer service sucks. Even the vehicles are damaged when towed!!! Seriously it is a mess. I hope someone could report this place to the city or something!!!!
My vehicle was towed from my complex at 1230 am on 7/16/25. I noticed my vehicle was gone at 530 am when I was leaving for work. I called the number starting at 530 am and no one picked up. After 4 calls they actually turned off the phone so it would no longer ring. I called 3 more times to no avail. Google shows that the business opens at 8 am( their website ia currently under construction) so i arrived at 815am to pick up my vehicle. When i got the receipt for $204, there was a charge for 1 day storage. I asked why i was being charged for storage and was told that it was at their facilty for more than 6 hours. REALLY???? You refused to answer the phone when i was calling within 5 hours and then charge me for it? The guy's answer as to why the phone wasn't answered was because he was doing something else and he is only 1 person. While it is $28 for the 1 day, its the principle. My question to the business ownee: Do you think this is ethical?

These people are straight criminals. They hide behind a window & lie about what is going to billed. The man behind the window closed the window on my arm because I told him in don’t carry $600 cash with me. They then refused to show me a bill because I was paying with credit card. Wouldn’t take a bank card.
15 minkes from my house & why my car was towed from my own house is straight insane!!! These people are in a criminal ring. Even the guy that took my car out of the gate was a jerk cursed at us for pulling in & saying we needed to go in parking spot. There are no parking spots anywhere!
WORST TOWING COMPANY EVER!!! they sent my mom a form to have them release the car to me and everything was PERFECT except 1 section that she didn’t put the year and model of the car and they made her redo the whole form and resend it overnight.. complete scammers

When I arrived, the place reeked of strong weed, which already made the situation feel sketchy. Here’s what happened: I had my car parked in a spot assigned to my apartment — the same place I’d been parking for the past six months. A few weeks ago, I changed my license plate, but my landlord hadn’t updated the plate number in the system, even though they had all the details about my car.
Without any notice or warning asking me to update the plate info, they towed my car and charged me $288 to get it back. I wasn’t parked illegally, I wasn’t in anyone else’s space — I was in my own assigned spot. This whole situation was unfair, unprofessional, and felt like a setup to squeeze money out of tenants.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their drivers are rude, their customer service is non-existent, and they charge outrageous fees. My car was towed without warning, and when I tried to get it back, I was met with nothing but attitude and they refused to give any information so they can hold the car for additional days and charge additional.
They have no regard for professionalism or basic decency. If you’re considering using them, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This was hands down the worst towing experience I’ve ever had.
Place is garbage horrible customer service idk how this place is even open still but i guarantee you if the police get involved whole different ball game words switch up instantly they instantly know how to to people
my nephew's car was towed on 1/2 around 2am. Went to pick it up around 9am. The beach bum with blonde hair at the window was extremely rude. When asking about how to get the car out without my sister having to being there, they made it the hardest. A notarized letter should be sufficient as she has to show ID! Nope, they refused and said it would need to be MAILED! She was finally able to come get the car around 11am! They wouldn't allow my nephew to pay the fees with his debit card although they said yes over the phone. My sister ends up paying and they charge almost $15 in credit card fees! That's a complete ripoff.
2.5 weeks weeks later, she get a certified letter in the mail indicating that if she does not pick up the car then they will place a lean on the car. Keep in mind the car was in their lot for less than 12hrs. They stated "if you vehicle is here for more than 3 days then we can place the lean." The letter they sent was definitely threatening and they need to get their records up to date before sending things like that.
This is a legal theft and extortion company. They charged almost $300 for towing and storage of less than 36 hours. They also put a few scratches on the bumper of my vehicle because they have too many cars and park them within centimeters of each other. And good luck trying to claim damages. They're only good to extort you out of your hard earned money.
They towed my brothers car overnight and i tried paying for it but they wouldnt let me pay with my debit car, with my brother right next to me with his proper identification. Apparently they can only use the debit card of the owner of the vehicle. Why does it matter? Seems like they are taking advantage. I have never heard of this ever. Also they are very sneaky and speed around in the middle of the night, damaging cars and tires.
Went to go help a friend get his car out of the lot after he paid because his electronic brake was engaged and wow. What should've been a 10 min job to disengage the ebrake turned into my friend having to call the cops on these people. They closed the gate while my friend, MY TODDLER, and I were in the lot and said they were going to call the cops on us for trespassing. Mind you I just came to help my friend really quick none of this had anything to do with me. I left and my friend called the cops on these geniuses himself. They did not want me to work on the car in the lot but they also didn't want to move it 10ft out of their lot. They got really racist really fast. They told my friend's mom to "go back to Haiti". Cops came and made them move the car out the lot. I came back when my friend told me the car was out of the lot. 10 min later my friend was on the road again. WOW
I went to this towing company because my car was towed overnight when I was at a friends apartment. When I called them to see where I have to go pick up my car. The man who answered the phone told me, he’ll send me a text with the address. He did not mention a time restriction. So when I get there the window said it’s 8-6 M-F. Mind you the google hours said 24/7. When I called him back to ask if anyone was there because I’m from out of town, I have to leave to make it back to work. I have a two hour drive and it’s 7:45 and I start work at 10. He was so rude and hang up on me. When we got there the man at the window was rude, also the workers pulling out the cars out was rude. It was nothing to pay the fee but if you work in a place that serves people, at least act like you care enough to be of service.
Very poor experience. From the lack of responsibility during the towing process to the failure to be accountable for a mistake made on their behalf. My car was dragged from the parking lot, which resulted in wear on my rear right tire. As shown in the photos below, it seems as if the car wasn't properly hooked up. I reported the issue to the front office while retrieving my vehicle and they immediately placed me at fault and tried to convince me that my tires were bad beforehand. Mind you, my car was serviced recently and my tires were all listed in "good condition". Why after the towing, only my rear right tire is worn? The tire tread marks on the pavement clearly shows that my car was dragged during towing.
I have congestive heart failure. And they are MAKING me come IN PERSON to pick up my car they towed without warning and held for 5 days without telling me. There is a high chance I could have a cardiac event while I'm there. They are inhuman monsters.
Huge forehead long hair aging old man very rude. Got our car towed from the front of our house, All of the important documents of someone who's staying with us temporarily isn't even from this country and towed his car. The parking lot across the street from our house is never used by anyone and has no signs or anything showing that you will be towed if you parked there. Terrible company and terrible building manager who called to tow us and not our neighbors who park there EVERY DAY. And we only parked there ONCE.
Update: Underside of car is severely damaged by the towing company. They will not accept responsibility. Will be calling a lawyer.
This is the worst towing company. The car was damaged while they were loading the car and denied any responsibility on the issue plus they charged almost $200 for their mistake. We will sue them and put as many claims with the county as possible. Do not let this company tow your car. HOA's should avoid hiring this unethical business. It's a shame to see this type of companies in business.
I request to look at my vehicle prior to paying to getting it back, the guy tells me I am not allowed in the lot as I am not an authorized personnel and it’s company policy. Fine. I pay the charges. He checked me out and handed my documents back and says “go ahead and back your car out”. Are you serious? You just told me I’m not allowed in there because of company policy, yet you want me to drive the vehicle out for you? If anything that’s more dangerous because if I damaged any vehicle in the lot or hurt my self in the process they are the ones taking the liability. How stupid can this guy be? I asked him to earn his keep and tow my vehicle out of there. When the car came out, there was a large black scuff mark from the quarter panel down to the bumper. I said “thanks for the damage” he says you’re welcome. I left because I know these guys will not help me and never man up and take responsibility for damages done to others’ vehicles. Luckily I can buff out that mark.
Avoid these people at all costs. Nothing but highway robbery at this location.
