  Very unprofessional , gives wrong information over the phone , made me have to do multiple Ubers to get my car , because whoever answers the phone said something completely different than the lady at the location. The people actually tow are horrible at towing cars , so do a 360 around your car when you get it

  yo they sent me the wrong address. had to drive 30 mins out the way and 30 mins back to where i came from. couldnt even knock off a couple bucks for the gas and inconvenience. shitty buisness but i guess these companies are known for that.

  Very unprofessional. The older guy who runs the truck just total disrespects people. Doesn’t have any customer service what so ever. He made me sit outside in the cold at the window for 20 min while he washed his truck. Then proceeded to slowly get my paper work

  I have congestive heart failure. And they are MAKING me come IN PERSON to pick up my car they towed without warning and held for 5 days without telling me. There is a high chance I could have a cardiac event while I'm there. They are inhuman monsters.

  Towed our vehicle upon a missing plate which was stolen. It was in our designated parking spot. Now charging us 1900 to get it out when it was in our spot legally without any issues by the homeowners association. Yes, homeowners association is even backing us.

  My crew and I were stranded in Coral Springs and needed to tow the truck to North Miami. They were the only towing company to help us this Saturday afternoon. Due to safety concerns and our work schedule(constructipn), our truck had to be stowed away in the yard until rush hour traffic aliviated to have a safer transport. Originally we were worried, but these guys delivered exactly as promised with updates and all. Respectable and honest guys. Would recommend 10/10

  Tow guy literally started towing me as I was leaving wouldn't take card only cash and started yelling at me the second I approached him to tell him to stop so I can leave. Aggressive drivers, towed me while I was next to my car, pulled the car from the wrong side

  This is the most fraud and dishonest company nite time all they do driving around removed the decals from people cars and pretended that you have expired tags and boots people cars and charged 80 dollards to remove the boots.
