Robert was SO helpful when my car suddenly died on me and I needed it towed to the dealership. So much appreciation to people who make a tough situation just a little brighter- thank you Robert for your kindness, help and reassurance - and follow up letting me know before, during and after the tow process. Excellent service from J and J Towing! The driver, Michael, was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and very careful while towing my vehicle. He arrived promptly, explained the process clearly, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown. Spoke to the (female) agent at 10:33 this morning (1/3) to provide my exact location and let them know I didn’t have a USA number: “No problem - you’re next.”
The tow was then cancelled five minutes later. When I called back, she rudely said she didn’t have a number to contact me on and hung up. There’s rude, then there’s feckless customer service and downright ineptitude.
Thankfully, Galactic Towing do know how to run a business well (and provide decent customer service).
Shame on J&J towing and shame on the woman who left me stranded. Rude, rude and rude.
Great experience with J&J Towing. Desk help was very friendly; Sheila said they’d arrived in about 45 min, and the tow got there promptly in just 35 mins. Jimmy the driver was courteous and very professional—best tow service EVER. He cares about what he does. Honestly, my wife and I thought of him as a family friend. If possible, I would give this experience a “7-star” review.

Drove out of my driveway to take my daughter to school and my vehicle broke down a mile away from my home. I contacted Progressive Insurance immediately and requested for a tow truck to take my car to my mechanic shop. The request was made at 10:30 am along with notes telling J&J towing that the vehicle wasn’t in a safe place and needs to be picked up asap. I was provided a number also for J&J who I called after not seeing anyone for one full hour after. I was told by J&J that they are busy and will get to me when they can. The car was not picked up until 1:33 pm (over 3 hours later). The tow truck driver was ok but this is terrible service and customer services from J&J towing. I hope I am never again in a position to use their services again.
Friendly and professional. He did an great job trying to help with my car, which ultimately needed a tow. Hopefully I won't need this service in the future, but if I do, I'll definitely use them again!
When the garage at my condominium complex flooded, J and J's was on the scene while there was still some water on the ground and mud everywhere. I believe mine was the first car that was able to be removed. The ceiling was too low in the garage for any truck to get in, but J and J's found a way to get it out. They were friendly and very efficient. Thank you.
I’d give 0/5 stars if I could. One of their drivers is a complete thug! Was honking and cutting people off like crazy on the road, eventually cut me off and then got out of the car and threatened to fight me and give me the middle finger! I was appalled, never in my life. I proceeded to call the number on the side of the door and the dispatcher was very dismissive and telling me to “remove myself from the situation” like obviously! I’m not going to fight your driver… anyways wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE! Stay away!
They didn’t take to long. Gregg arrived at the estimated time. My car hadn’t moved or been started in over a year. Gregg was able to hook up a jump box and get it up the tow truck no problem. I have an Audi A7 and the car kept shutting off on him. But he was patient and able to get the job done no problems. I definitely recommend using them for any towing needs.
Today Gregg pulled my S550 from the tightest spot only to place into another tight spot. He was friendly and knowledgeable. What more could one ask for. Thank J&J Towing.
Super impressed with the tow service I received today!! The driver (pretty sure truck 76) showed up really fast, was friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He loaded my car like a pro and made the whole process stress-free getting my vehicle to Jm Lexus safe and sound!! Would definitely recommend if you need a tow—fast, professional, and easy to work with! Kudos 76!!
I hope it never happens to you...but it did to me. I went to start my car and nothing J&J Towing sent a driver who was friendly and knew where my mechanic shop was located. The wait was shorter than expected. .
Definitely the worst experience as far as employee to customer. Rude, disrespectful and completely dismissive. I was in shock. Even my teenage daughter said..."was it just me, or was that guy just nasty"... Other than that. No issues.
After the miserable people at triple A wrongfully denied my request. I check with J & J towing via my insurance company. They saved my car within minutes of making the call.
Anthony from J&J towing arrived on time and was a true professional at his job. He transported my Silverado 2500 HD Pickup on his flatbed tow truck safely to it's destination. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
*1/5 stars* Unfortunately, my experience with J&J Towing on 9/24/25 was extremely disappointing. The dispatcher who picked up the call was very rude and unprofessional. Despite receiving the service I needed, the poor treatment I received from the staff overshadowed the actual towing service. I hope they work on training their staff to provide better customer service. Not recommended for respectful treatment.
My daughter car broke down on a Friday Night. J&J was recommended to us by Auto Expert. Our driver Fernando turn a bad day around! He got there sooner than expected, he understood how important the car was to our daughter, a went above and beyond!
I unfortunately made a mistake and got in trouble JJ Towing came and picked up my truck.
They asked me what damage is already on it. We notated it, and they made sure that they treated it like their own vehicle. Jeff was the person that helped.

Our Delivery Truck Broke Down yesterday in traffic no less. I googled tow truck companies near by and found J&J, reviews seemed to be pretty good over all, Towing Companies can get a bad rap based on the situations they get put in.
Called up explained the situations had the driver call them with directions. Everything was handled. I was puckered up ready for a CRAZY BILL, but I was pleasantly surprised, More than Fair price for an Emergency tow on my part.

Great experience with J&J Towing. My car battery was dead so I called State Farm Roadside Assistance for help and they connected me with J&J Towing. J&J had a 1 hour window to arrive at my home and they were there in 25 mins. The young lady from J&J was absolutely wonderful. She charged the battery and offered to still tow my car if I was worried about it dying on the way to the car repair place. She was professional, courteous, and good natured as I was a total grump and frustrated about the dead battery. Anyway her good nature rubbed off on me and everything worked out. Highly recommend J& J Towing.

A Jaguar Towing truck parked right in front of my vehicle, completely blocking my way out — and they weren’t even towing a car at the time. I politely asked if they could please move due that i was on my way out to the hospital as an emergency so i could leave, since they clearly hadn’t picked up any vehicle yet, and they told me no. I was left waiting a long time with no solution and no apology. Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would never trust this company again.
I had a problem with the right rear tire on my car. I had no other choice but to pull over as I was driving northbound on the turnpike.
At 6:11 PM, I spoke on the phone with JIMMY, he was very kind to me as I did not know my exact location so I was able to forward him my location through my iPhone.
About 45-50 mins after waiting I received a call from the company asking me if I could get another ride home because they had to divert the tow truck driver to a motorcycle car accident.
I did not have another reliable way to get myself and my car home, so I had called another company and was going to wait for another hour.
15 mins later, JIMMY called me and asked if I still needed a ride home. He texted me and said he was on his way and felt bad because I was still stranded on the turnpike.
I have returned home safely and I am beyond thankful to JIMMY. His showing of extreme selflessness and kindness will never be forgotten. I am beyond thankful to Jimmy. He was very sympathetic and could tell I was overwhelmed by the ordeal but he remained calm and professional.
Thank you Jimmy Trenard for helping me out tonight. An amazing man!
