A Jaguar Towing truck parked right in front of my vehicle, completely blocking my way out — and they weren’t even towing a car at the time.
I politely asked if they could please move due that i was on my way out to the hospital as an emergency so i could leave, since they clearly hadn’t picked up any vehicle yet, and they told me no.
I was left waiting a long time with no solution and no apology.
Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would never trust this company again.
I have been in an unfortunate position to use these guys 3 times, All 3 times they have been able to assist within a hour. Broken down on the turnpike, sawgrass, Miami, always came with the size tow truck necessary to do the job. Quick, convenient, professional.
The driver was very professional and saved me from a couple of tow truckers that were discouraging me to keep waiting, your driver showed up just in time to tell then he was going to report then. They basically stole my friends Tesla. They were hired to tow the car to the Tesla auto body shop. THE CAR NEVER ARRIVED!!!!
My friend just got a call from Tesla stating that they never received the car. Upon further investigation it has been confirmed that J&J Towing took the car directly to their tow yard instead of to the Tesla Shop. Even though they had my friend and Teslas direct contact information they never even called either of them to tell them that they still had possession of the car. Here is the scam...The reason that they did this was to charge for 2 tows instead of the one they already got paid for as well additional tow yard storage fees. We are contacting the authorities to file a GRAND THEFT report
Be careful when requesting towing service from them. If you have a 4×4 vehicle and they don't use a flatbed or use the dolly, or your vehicle will be messed up.
I was abandoned by a first tow driver and company in the middle of the night with no communication and no ability to reach them
So, I was absolutely delighted, and relieved by the service provided by J&J Towing. They responded quickly and the tow truck driver kept me informed the entire time.

I had been erroneously told by an ALLSTATE Agent that I should take the fob with me. This was not correct, but the J&J tow truck driver allowed me time to bring the fob to her. She even went so far as to search my vehicle to find a cover that the original tow company had removed and dropped on the floorboard. When I met the tow driver in person, she was as nice as could be. She called me promptly when she delivered my car to the dealer. I cannot say enough compliments to the driver or to J&J Towing. THANKS
My dog was locked in my car and they arrived quickly (they said 15 minutes- it was more like 5 minutes) and got him out. Two trucks came out immediately. They were so kind and helpful! I highly recommend calling them if you need help! Thank you J&J Towing!
A BIG shout of thanks to J&J for helping me with my son's car, when both AAA (they're useless and not worth the membership) AND another local towing firm couldn't get him towed off of the highway in a reasonable amount of time. The other towing firm recommended J&J as they couldn't dispatch for us, and I'm so glad they did. (you MUST be good when the competition recommends you!)
Trying to help your son who's in the ARMY, 500 miles away from you, by phone, in rush hour traffic, is a daunting task in itself. J&J were swift and professional, and got him picked up and delivered somewhere safe within a half hour. We're really grateful.

I recently had a very stressful situation after being involved in a car accident. Jimmy assisted to the best of his ability, he made sure I was comfortable and ok. Provided me with great information pertaining to my situation.
Still waiting after J & J was dispatched to pick up my BMW 2022 X7. After being told by dispatcher that the car could not be turned off because of the busted fan and radiator smoking, the tow truck driver said yelled that he is not taking it and sped away. He then lied and said we refused to give him the keys or let him tow it. It’s been 90 minutes now and I’m waiting for another tow truck provider. So unprofessional and we are SO
disappointed.
I would give this company a 10 if I could. I was impressed my car was towed within a half hour of it breaking down. The driver named Smooth immediately put me at ease when I couldn’t get in my car when he arrived, he took care of everything. As a single woman he took care of me like family. I was stuck in Naples yesterday on a road trip when the car I was using started acting up. I was so afraid to drive it all the way home to Coral Springs. I called around to many tow truck companies in the area and many gave me the run around about pricing and timing. I had the wild idea of calling in my local home town of Springs/Margate area, and came across J&J Towing. I called and spoke to Jimmy, of course who calmed me down tremendously, he told me he would personally take the 2 hours ride out there despite getting off shortly. He was up there in just a matter of time, provided a safe place for me and brought me home safely as well. This was my first experience needing a tow truck driver and it was a very pleasant one at that. I would recommended J&J towing, but especially Jimmy, who set me at ease throughout the entire process.
I’d give 0 stars if I could. Called to get a quote on how much they’d charge to tow my car from one place to the next, and before I could even finish saying hello, the lady on the phone very rudely asked “who is this? What do you need?” Like, I’m getting there if you’d let me finish getting ONE word out. So I told her my name, and was saying “I’d like to get a quote on-“ and was once again rudely interrupted to be told they charge a $75 hookup fee with $5 per mile. She then asked what else I needed and I simply hung up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Took my business elsewhere. These people clearly do not care to get your business, and will just be nasty and mean. Very disgusting & disrespectful. Fire your receptionist.
We had an issue with one of our vehicles, and Road Assistance referred us to this towing company. After waiting for an hour without anyone arriving, we decided to contact the company. The person who answered informed us that there were other priority services and that they could not come to pick up our vehicle at that moment. When we expressed our concern about the lack of professionalism, the company decided to cancel the service without offering any justification.
I strongly recommend not using this service, as in an emergency, it is essential to rely on a company that can provide timely and efficient help, not one that worsens the situation further.
After waiting 4 hours for a different company's driver to arrive or answer a call, Cliff from J & J Towing only took 20 minutes to respond and arrive with the flatbed. Cliff and his teams communication was immediate, accurate and reassuring after experiencing this unexpected incident. Thank you for resolving my issue so promptly after a long evening. I had a problem with the right rear tire on my car. I had no other choice but to pull over as I was driving northbound on the turnpike.
At 6:11 PM, I spoke on the phone with JIMMY, he was very kind to me as I did not know my exact location so I was able to forward him my location through my iPhone.
About 45-50 mins after waiting I received a call from the company asking me if I could get another ride home because they had to divert the tow truck driver to a motorcycle car accident.
I did not have another reliable way to get myself and my car home, so I had called another company and was going to wait for another hour.
15 mins later, JIMMY called me and asked if I still needed a ride home. He texted me and said he was on his way and felt bad because I was still stranded on the turnpike.
I have returned home safely and I am beyond thankful to JIMMY. His showing of extreme selflessness and kindness will never be forgotten. I am beyond thankful to Jimmy. He was very sympathetic and could tell I was overwhelmed by the ordeal but he remained calm and professional.
