Best towing experience ever! Carlos answered the phone and Louie towed my Sprinter. Louie was amazing. He arrived to tow my Sprinter on a Sunday. We were stranded in Boynton Beach and had to get the Sprinter to Mercedes in Miami. He went above and beyond by sending me pictures once the Sprinter arrived at the dealer. He was very polite and communicated the entire time.
Bell Towing/Castro was quick and professional. Castro made sure my family was safe and our car was transported on a flatbed with no hidden additional fees. Final price beat all competitors!

Very honest and very professional. Originally wanted a tow, however Bell Towing was kind enough to assess the condition of my car and resolve the issue. You will never find a towing company that does that They also followed up with me to check if my car was okay and if I needed anything.
