Best towing experience ever! Carlos answered the phone and Louie towed my Sprinter. Louie was amazing. He arrived to tow my Sprinter on a Sunday. We were stranded in Boynton Beach and had to get the Sprinter to Mercedes in Miami. He went above and beyond by sending me pictures once the Sprinter arrived at the dealer. He was very polite and communicated the entire time.
Over charging customers, I have never ever heard of such prices . Such greed and not reasonable for a car . $130.00-175.00 for 12 miles. I will never use them again.! If you do use them check pricing first .
Bell Towing/Castro was quick and professional. Castro made sure my family was safe and our car was transported on a flatbed with no hidden additional fees. Final price beat all competitors!

While visiting the Hollywood area our car broke down. We tried calling our AAA service but they said they were going to be a couple hours away and we had no timeframe on when they would arrive. We found Bell towing on Google search and gave him a call. They were to us in about 20 minutes. It was quick and easy and they were able to take our car to their recommended repair shop associated with them.. I highly recommend this company if you’re in the Miami Fort Lauderdale area.

Last night my dad came driving to town to visit and his car broke down an hour away from my house. I called many companies and charging from 500-600 to tow his truck back to my house. I called Bell
Towing and to start off the customer service was excellent, so helpful and understanding best price was at $325.00!!!!!!! He said to help us because it was 1:30am not only did he help us but he also had a tow for us in 18min there lifting the truck!!!!!!! As a female, this is the best towing experience I’ve ever got! If I could give them more than five stars, I would!

Wow, where do I even begin!? Carlos is unbelievably considerate, caring and 1000% compassionate about what he does, which is to always put the client and their needs first. He made my pick up from being involved in an accident 110% comfortable. Carlos answered all of my questions, was patient and made me feel heard if I had any concerns. He extended his services to me and is repairing my vehicle and I will update my review once all repairs are completed. Most tow companies are money hungry and his services are extremely affordable and he will work with you to make sure, if need be, that his clients will think of him first if any of his services are needed. Called Bell Towing 3/09/24 since my car left me stranded on the highway. Carlos arrived in 10 minutes hooked my car and left. Excellent service and most importantly quick quick quick. I will be definitely using them again.
Last night my car started smoking and wouldn't start. So I called around and finally landed on Bell Towing. Buddy came zooming! I watched him load my car up like a G. He was great and so was who took my call. I should have got names to properly say thanks but I was anxious to get home. Respect for what they do I know people can be nasty in situations like this but I made it a point to let them know I was not one of them. Stay strong gents!

Today I called Bell Towing as my car would not start even after attempting to give it a jump start. Bell Towing showed up to haul it in for me but first took a quick look at it. It ended up being a simple, quick, fix and I ended up not needing the tow after all. I was relieved and blown away by the honest and friendly service I received. That seems to be a rare quality in South Florida so I will definitely be a life long customer and will recommend this company to others. Very honest and very professional. Originally wanted a tow, however Bell Towing was kind enough to assess the condition of my car and resolve the issue. You will never find a towing company that does that They also followed up with me to check if my car was okay and if I needed anything.
My mom was leaving my house tonight when she accidentally hit the median and damaged her car to the point it couldn’t be moved. I scrambled looking for a local towing company and was so fortunate to come across Bell Towing. Joshua got there in 15 minutes and was awesome.
