I was just a little bit disappointed Because I made the appointment Tuesday. 9.30 am. But when I looked at my phone he had text me that he wanted to a Pick up my car a little earlier at 8.50am. I Was not ready at that time I just got Done Eating breakfast. When he got here, he had a serious face With no Friendly smile whatsoever. Then I send him a text message later? Thanking him for the towing service and I got no reply.

Terrible experience with this towing company. I scheduled a tow through my insurance, provided all the details including the gate code, and the driver just left without even attempting to contact me. No call, no update, nothing. I tried reaching out to both the company and my insurance, but nobody answered. Completely unprofessional and poor customer service.
Sheldon from Harris Towing arrived 20 minutes after receiving tow request from my auto insurance company. If 10 stars was an option, I would give that to them. If you need roadside assistance or towing....this is the company for you.
Couldn’t be any happier with the service. I didn’t even have to be at the location. I just texted the pickup and drop off locations and they got the job done in less than twenty minutes after my text and sending the payment through Zelle. The price is very fair as well. Thank you!

He was quick to provide transport of my vehicle from Margate to Fort Lauderdale without any issues. At the beginning he seems hard to approach but very nice person and does a good job when towing your vehicle. Also very careful and patient so not any damage can happen. Good Job!

I called Harris Towing while I was in a bind and although certain time restraints didn’t allow for me to be able to use his service, he was nothing but patient with me while I was having a moment. He took the call quickly and was exceptionally kind and helpful. I called several other tow companies and none of them were even a quarter as kind to me as Harris Towing was. The world needs more people like him! I will definitely store the info for Harris Towing and use them in the future if I ever need a tow.
He answered the phone quickly, asked where I was, what I needed, and requested the address before arrival for towing. Once he arrived he tried to start my car. That's when he realized I had a battery problem. He gave me a jump start which saved me from having the car towed. He was very nice and quick.
I called for towing service last minute on a Friday evening and to my surprise, I was greeted warm professionalism. The price I was quoted was also very reasonable. When my car was towed to the destination address I was provided with proof without even having to ask and that gave me the reassurance I needed that my vehicle was left in the same state in which it had been when it was picked up. Harris Towing & Recovery was great. I had a flat tire. He said he would be there in 15 minutes and he was. He fixed it in 5 minutes and I was on my way. That is amazing service and he was really nice. I would recommend him.
Sheldon Harris is a hero! I was stuck in 6 lanes of traffic with a dead car in rush hour and he rescued my vehicle! He was responsive, prompt, kind and knew what to do to get my car out of traffic safely and effectively and delivered it to the dealership. No one else could help me, not even On Star! I’m so glad I found Harris Towing and Recovery and will recommend them to everyone I know!

Very prompt and professional. Car broke down at about 11:30pm — called a bunch of towing companies found on Google and could not get an answer, even from the supposed ‘24 hour’ ones. Finally landed on Harris Towing and gave them a call — immediate answer, very professional, and quoted cheaper than I expected. They arrived quickly. I highly recommend this company.

I had the misfortune of using Harris towing for a towing service last week, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I strongly advise against using their services, as my experience with them was utterly disappointing and frustrating.
Firstly, their customer service was appalling. When I called to request assistance, the person on the phone was rude and unprofessional. They seemed disinterested and unwilling to help me with my situation. I had to repeat my location and details multiple times before they finally decided to dispatch a tow truck, which took much longer than expected to arrive.
Once the tow truck did arrive, my frustration only grew worse. The driver was incredibly impolite and had no regard for my vehicle. He didn't bother to explain the towing process or provide any information about where my car would be taken. Moreover, he seemed more interested in rushing the job than doing it correctly. As a result, my car was mishandled during the loading process, leaving visible damage to the front bumper.
To add insult to injury, when I tried to discuss the damage with the driver, he became defensive and denied any responsibility. It was clear that he wasn't interested in resolving the issue, making me feel like they just wanted to get rid of me and move on to the next customer.
To make matters even worse, when I contacted the company's customer service to file a complaint and request compensation for the damages caused, they were completely unresponsive. My calls went unanswered, and my emails were ignored for days. It was as if they didn't care about their customers or their reputation.
The tow guy was very professional and prompt. He arrived within 15 minutes as he stated. We thought the car needed to be towed; however, he was patient and actually tried to assess the issue. He gave us a jump and got the car started so it really helped us out and saved us money. I would highly recommend this service if you're in a bind with car trouble.
