And if your apartment complex has a contract with this company they pride in themselves on being scum bags check out the Instagram page check out their Instagram page Emergency towing inc. Most of their followers are the employees go look them up.. what type of towing company starts towing cars at 1:00 am? If you leave a movie late with your company. This company will do whatever they got to do to tow your vehicle as seen in the video .. I tried to talk to someone about this at the company but they didn’t seem interested in even trying to see the video .. my next step is posting the video on the city of margate’s Instagram Facebook website where they are located step 2 I will post it on the apartments website, Lauderdale Lakes BSO where the break in happened they also towed an old lady’s car for the handicap sticker not being on the rearview mirror but it was clearly on the dashboard but that’s a different incident than what your witnessing on the video ..
If you use this company to tow cars from your apartment complex they will illegally enter vehicles and change the gear into Neutral gear which Isn’t the right way to do it
This place deserves 0 stars. I brought my work vehicle home 6pm on a friday and it was towed Saturday at 8am. I went to pick up the car monday and couldn't get it because someone from my corporate office had to send over documentations. I went with the paperwork but it had to be "emailed". I let my boss know and they sent it out but this tow place claims they never got it and the car was there over a week and had to pay close to 700 dollars. Some exployee was super rude and didn't care. All they care about is money. This tow place is so crooked
They towed my rental with my moms medication in it. They wouldnt even let us get her stuff out even though we said we would pay the "Disabled" fee while we waited for them to process the payment.

These people are straight criminals. They hide behind a window & lie about what is going to billed. The man behind the window closed the window on my arm because I told him in don’t carry $600 cash with me. They then refused to show me a bill because I was paying with credit card. Wouldn’t take a bank card.
15 minkes from my house & why my car was towed from my own house is straight insane!!! These people are in a criminal ring. Even the guy that took my car out of the gate was a jerk cursed at us for pulling in & saying we needed to go in parking spot. There are no parking spots anywhere!

WORST TOWING COMPANY EVER!!! they sent my mom a form to have them release the car to me and everything was PERFECT except 1 section that she didn’t put the year and model of the car and they made her redo the whole form and resend it overnight.. complete scammers
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. It felt like a complete scam — just stealing people’s money.
When I arrived, the place reeked of strong weed, which already made the situation feel sketchy. Here’s what happened: I had my car parked in a spot assigned to my apartment — the same place I’d been parking for the past six months. A few weeks ago, I changed my license plate, but my landlord hadn’t updated the plate number in the system, even though they had all the details about my car.
Without any notice or warning asking me to update the plate info, they towed my car and charged me $288 to get it back. I wasn’t parked illegally, I wasn’t in anyone else’s space — I was in my own assigned spot. This whole situation was unfair, unprofessional, and felt like a setup to squeeze money out of tenants.
The worst Body Shop ever do not go there they will mess up your car. They did my and the entire car filled with fisheyes dimples all over the car and he did not want to fix it. Very very bad management. Do not take your car there.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their drivers are rude, their customer service is non-existent, and they charge outrageous fees. My car was towed without warning, and when I tried to get it back, I was met with nothing but attitude and they refused to give any information so they can hold the car for additional days and charge additional.
They have no regard for professionalism or basic decency. If you’re considering using them, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This was hands down the worst towing experience I’ve ever had.
Place is garbage horrible customer service idk how this place is even open still but i guarantee you if the police get involved whole different ball game words switch up instantly they instantly know how to to people
my nephew's car was towed on 1/2 around 2am. Went to pick it up around 9am. The beach bum with blonde hair at the window was extremely rude. When asking about how to get the car out without my sister having to being there, they made it the hardest. A notarized letter should be sufficient as she has to show ID! Nope, they refused and said it would need to be MAILED! She was finally able to come get the car around 11am! They wouldn't allow my nephew to pay the fees with his debit card although they said yes over the phone. My sister ends up paying and they charge almost $15 in credit card fees! That's a complete ripoff.
2.5 weeks weeks later, she get a certified letter in the mail indicating that if she does not pick up the car then they will place a lean on the car. Keep in mind the car was in their lot for less than 12hrs. They stated "if you vehicle is here for more than 3 days then we can place the lean." The letter they sent was definitely threatening and they need to get their records up to date before sending things like that.
This is a legal theft and extortion company. They charged almost $300 for towing and storage of less than 36 hours. They also put a few scratches on the bumper of my vehicle because they have too many cars and park them within centimeters of each other. And good luck trying to claim damages. They're only good to extort you out of your hard earned money.
They towed my brothers car overnight and i tried paying for it but they wouldnt let me pay with my debit car, with my brother right next to me with his proper identification. Apparently they can only use the debit card of the owner of the vehicle. Why does it matter? Seems like they are taking advantage. I have never heard of this ever. Also they are very sneaky and speed around in the middle of the night, damaging cars and tires.
The team here was extremely professional and helpful. The team was very courteous of my situation and did everything to help me out and make it easier and less stress free. Mr.Harry gave me an umbrella while it was raining and I truly appreciated that. A Plus service.
Went to go help a friend get his car out of the lot after he paid because his electronic brake was engaged and wow. What should've been a 10 min job to disengage the ebrake turned into my friend having to call the cops on these people. They closed the gate while my friend, MY TODDLER, and I were in the lot and said they were going to call the cops on us for trespassing. Mind you I just came to help my friend really quick none of this had anything to do with me. I left and my friend called the cops on these geniuses himself. They did not want me to work on the car in the lot but they also didn't want to move it 10ft out of their lot. They got really racist really fast. They told my friend's mom to "go back to Haiti". Cops came and made them move the car out the lot. I came back when my friend told me the car was out of the lot. 10 min later my friend was on the road again. WOW
I went to this towing company because my car was towed overnight when I was at a friends apartment. When I called them to see where I have to go pick up my car. The man who answered the phone told me, he’ll send me a text with the address. He did not mention a time restriction. So when I get there the window said it’s 8-6 M-F. Mind you the google hours said 24/7. When I called him back to ask if anyone was there because I’m from out of town, I have to leave to make it back to work. I have a two hour drive and it’s 7:45 and I start work at 10. He was so rude and hang up on me. When we got there the man at the window was rude, also the workers pulling out the cars out was rude. It was nothing to pay the fee but if you work in a place that serves people, at least act like you care enough to be of service.
Good morning, I had a terrible experience today with this company, because my car, a Toyota Camry 2025, was towed without authorization from the condominium where I live and they did damage to the bumper of a new car and when I went to complain, they didn't give me a single answer or even responsibility or feedback. A company without respect and credibility! Rude!
If I had the option to give ZERO stars I absolutely would! Let me start off saying that this towing company needs to be shut down!!! The Margate police say they get so many calls about this location, they don't even understand how this company is still open. I had the most absolutely appalling experience with Emergency Towing. My car was towed from my OWN neighborhood, while I was right there and despite my pleas to the tow truck driver to stop and negotiate a fee, he said he would pull over and then callously drove off to their yard. Upon arrival, I was met with more disrespect from the staff, who not only refused to empathize but also charged me the full amount without any consideration. The lack of professionalism was staggering, with one staff member resorting to yelling and cursing. This company not only lacks integrity but also basic human decency. I will be taking further action.
Know your rights. Florida Statue 715.07 Vehicles or vessels parked on private property; towing. It is illegal to hold your car no matter what time. If you find out that your car is towed, call them and let them know you are coming to get your car. They will tell you their “hours of operation” is 8-6. Let them know it is ILLEGAL to hold it. They’ll have at least an hour to give it to you. They’ll try to get your car stay at the impound as long as possible to get you to pay more. You may have to call the police non emergency number because they might try to hold it. Company is completely unethical and the police said they get calls about this place a lot. They will have an attitude but be calm and just know your rights.
Very poor experience. From the lack of responsibility during the towing process to the failure to be accountable for a mistake made on their behalf. My car was dragged from the parking lot, which resulted in wear on my rear right tire. As shown in the photos below, it seems as if the car wasn't properly hooked up. I reported the issue to the front office while retrieving my vehicle and they immediately placed me at fault and tried to convince me that my tires were bad beforehand. Mind you, my car was serviced recently and my tires were all listed in "good condition". Why after the towing, only my rear right tire is worn? The tire tread marks on the pavement clearly shows that my car was dragged during towing.
Unfriendly, so I have a valid registration but never received the sticker. Showed my property manager proof I have a valid registration and they still towed the car. Per the property manager, they were not going to charge me. When I arrived they tried to squeeze me for $200 then they lowered the price to $100. The guy at the desk is a lousy human being. Hung up on me. When I got there just kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me get a word in. Funny how these companies full of thugs are protected and we the people have to eat this garbage. I hope karma comes back to you emergency towing.
Briefly: be professional, don’t show emotion, ask questions directly, and HAVE YOUR PHONE when they go to retrieve your car. You must protect yourself by recording them as they bring your car out of the lot, or you will not have a strong case against this place when they damage it.
Called at 1AM when my car suddenly disappeared, and got a prompt response. Went to pick it up the next day - employee was direct, prompt, and efficient. In and out in 15ish minutes. They have a system and can get through it quickly - do not challenge them.
When the tow driver brought our car out, he released it from the tow truck so roughly the car bounced harshly on its wheels, and we could hear his equipment scrape the bottom of our vehicle. We didn’t expect that, and didn’t record him doing it. We likely have no case if we take this to court, because what evidence do we have besides our word?
As other people have said here, they will not be careful with your car. Don’t fight them - just come prepared for their stern and direct behavior. They are not hotel staff trying to give you the best experience. Coming frustrated will only cause them to be harsher. They don’t care you got towed for an unfair reason.
Huge forehead long hair aging old man very rude. Got our car towed from the front of our house, All of the important documents of someone who's staying with us temporarily isn't even from this country and towed his car. The parking lot across the street from our house is never used by anyone and has no signs or anything showing that you will be towed if you parked there. Terrible company and terrible building manager who called to tow us and not our neighbors who park there EVERY DAY. And we only parked there ONCE.
Update: Underside of car is severely damaged by the towing company. They will not accept responsibility. Will be calling a lawyer.
Had our vehicle towed by this company TWICE, both at no fault of our own.
1) The association communicated with them that the decals were on back order and to stop towing at our community. They ended up towing my car saying there was no decal. I needed my vehicle so paid for its release but continued to push for a refund since it shouldn’t have been towed to begin with. When I called, they said that they already processed a refund for another client and are only allowed to process a refund once every 2 weeks. When I showed up to the lot, they changed the story to one refund is allowed every 5 days (clearly lying). When I had the association manager call them to get the refund, they hung up on her saying they refused to talk to anyone about my vehicle. The association manager had to call the towing manager to question what type of business only allows one refund for an allotted amount of days. Suddenly, it was “sorry for the inconvenience, sir”, “we can process your refund for you with no problem, sir”. What a joke.
2) My girlfriend had her car towed despite having a decal on the windshield. We called them and told them to check the vehicle again because there was definitely a decal on it. They claimed there wasn’t. We had to drive out to the lot to look at the car ourselves. We walked up to the car with one of the employees, located and pointed out where the decal was on the windshield and they said they’d release the car due to it being there and them not seeing it (admittedly the decal was in the upper corner of the windshield where a tiny strip was located). Shortly after they refused to release our vehicle because they accused us of going in and planting the decal when we inspected the car. Saying we still had to pay to get it out. Again, had to get the association involved and fight to have our car released at no charge, spending over an hour at the lot. When getting the car back the employee refused to even look or speak with us, because he was upset.
Baffling that anyone would keep a contract with these guys.
This is the worst towing company. The car was damaged while they were loading the car and denied any responsibility on the issue plus they charged almost $200 for their mistake. We will sue them and put as many claims with the county as possible. Do not let this company tow your car. HOA's should avoid hiring this unethical business. It's a shame to see this type of companies in business.
I request to look at my vehicle prior to paying to getting it back, the guy tells me I am not allowed in the lot as I am not an authorized personnel and it’s company policy. Fine. I pay the charges. He checked me out and handed my documents back and says “go ahead and back your car out”. Are you serious? You just told me I’m not allowed in there because of company policy, yet you want me to drive the vehicle out for you? If anything that’s more dangerous because if I damaged any vehicle in the lot or hurt my self in the process they are the ones taking the liability. How stupid can this guy be? I asked him to earn his keep and tow my vehicle out of there. When the car came out, there was a large black scuff mark from the quarter panel down to the bumper. I said “thanks for the damage” he says you’re welcome. I left because I know these guys will not help me and never man up and take responsibility for damages done to others’ vehicles. Luckily I can buff out that mark.
Avoid these people at all costs. Nothing but highway robbery at this location.
