Worst people to go to. They gave sold me the wrong part 3 different times. And very unprofessional. Won’t give you a refund even if it’s there mistake. Would not recommend them to nobody.
I called this place to see if they had the auto parts for my car radio and the person who answered said he doesn’t think so and hang up. They need more friendly customer service rep that answer the phone because didn’t even let me finish !! Maybe because of my Spanish accent who knows why he reacted that way.
Ended up at prime auto salvage in need of a motor for a 2010 Jeep liberty. Was assisted by Jorge who I explained my situation and he went above and beyond not just finding me a replacement motor but one that had 0 miles . I was treated with nothing but respect and kindness I went in there the engine was there after being ordered it was dropped off in a timely manner everyone we encounter here showed nothing but professionalism and willingness to help I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of replacement parts assistance or possible just information Thank You . Bought an engine. When it showed up it was badly damaged, had water inside and no compression. Wanted me to pay return shipping on item that was obviously junk when it left. Conversation ended with them hanging up the phone on me.
This guy is a joke. I drive 40 minutes to pick up a part he has listed on his website and he claims that the post is a year old and he doesn't have the part because he is in the hood and it probably got stolen from his yard stay away from this salvage yard
