I purchased a vehicle from this company on Friday. I later found out that the business was closed on Saturday and Sunday (according to Google Maps), which made it impossible to pick up the vehicle during the weekend.
On Monday, they attempted to charge me a $200 late pickup fee, which I find unfair since the business was closed and there was no way for me to pick up the vehicle earlier.
Additionally, when I went to pay the fee, I was told they do not accept card payments and that it had to be cash only. This felt unprofessional and raised concerns.
Overall, my experience was negative. I recommend that future customers carefully verify business hours and policies before completing any transaction.
My car was picked up at repo IN DRIVABLE CONDITION by one of their transporters and returned UNDRIVABLE. They do not want to take responsibility when there’s video evidence and give me the run around when I call about my claim/car.
This auction whole sales the best cars and the staff in the office are the best of the best specially claudia but unfortunately some of the staff on the yard dont care specially the supervisor lady from lane c she couldn't walk 30 ft to open a lock box i had to wait 30 min + to have someone open the lock box
There's an elderly woman in an orange who opens car locks with car keys. She helped me find all the cars and bring them to the exit and I'm very grateful to her. She's also very kind and positive!

Probably one of the worst arbitration policies I've ever dealt with... will not be buying from this auction ever again.. bought 2 cars that were hit in the front and have oil leaks... I ordered a PSI and they would not arbitrate
This place is trash and sale junk. They played me. They don't let you test drive, so my plan was to only buy green light cars when I went to try them out. I won a Mercedes Benz SUV which was supposed to been green light, got to the counter to pay and they told me the car is red light and the auction has the right to change the light status at anytime. So now I'm stuck with junk. Never going there again. That was very unprofessional, especially for an auction that big to be slick and cheat me. And have the audacity to invite me back. NO I'M GOOD. I'LL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE ELSEWHERE.

BUYER BEWARE. Contacted auction about vehicle. They said they could not provide me any sort of conditional information because they represent the seller. I rolled the dice because it had 2.6 CR report. Shipped it 1000 miles and it’s junk. Then the title got lost with no tracking information.
Bought an Audi Q5 (WA1L2BFP9GA125519) which came with a very high CR (4.3). It was purchased with 83,506 miles on the odometer when it was dropped off to our facility it had 83,513. This car was billowing white smoke off the truck. There is no way the the Dealer (Audi of Ft Myers) that ran this through (South Florida Auto Auction) did not know that this vehicle was in need of an engine and certainly did not announce that it needed an engine. We have been getting the run around from this auction for over 2 weeks now. Buyer Beware. 100% somebody knew the extent of the issues with this vehicle before it was misrepresented at the sale.
It used to be great auction 5 years prior. Now it is a casino. GM Joaquin runs it like the Escobar enterprise. He only favors the sellers not the buyers. Auction should be the arbitrator between buyers and sellers. It is a country club for the GM and the sellers. So many Miami cars with rolled back mileage being sold but when you bring it to their attention, they turn a blind eye. It is more shady than Manheim Ft. Lauderdale lately.
Nikki who brought my beloved car to me after an unfortunate repo situation was wonderful. She was so kind and professional and an excellent and safe driver. I am so grateful to her and Erika in the office for making this horrible difficult and stressful process just a little easier and kinder. Thank you both. I am truly grateful.
Honestly our experience with this place was only amazing thanks to a gentleman who's name is Lamoni maybe? He went by lim or something like that for short. He went out of his way to help us and really took it one step further than I see most others do. It was genuine and kind. I don't know how much he makes but I would hope he is treated fairly here and valued for his hard work and wonderful ethics. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I hope somehow this compliment gets back to you. <3
U can't drive the cars, the psi speaks for itself in previous reviews, the prices are high, u have to wear a mssk in the heat, Strange that u have to Valet yr car and none of the valets wear a mssk. So how is that safe?
So, bought a Green Light Guaranteed Volvo, no announcements, basically a full Arbitration vehicle. I get in, the SRS Airbag light is on, so I go to file an arbitration claim, and I’m told as SFLAA is “Independent” they do not allow “Lights” as arbitration items, No Engine, No Airbag, No ABS, No Lights At All! You know, all of the lights that come on when the car says something is wrong!
So Buyer Beware as this Auction House and it’s other Auctions which are part of Auction Holdings LLC are designed to rip you off!
1 person to receive and release cars at the gate, unbelievably, 20 minutes to receive 2 cars , this poor guy can't handle all this cars by himself, to much work for one person. I feel bad for this guy.

I bought a car that was all broken and I had to pay it because according to them it was fine, when I took it to the official workshop they charged me almost the same as I paid the car.

Super selection of cars. Staff can be friendly especially Angie, the rest treat you like a criminal. They should adopt a policy that states that "Our dealers that walk thru these doors are valued not treated like murder suspects "
Hectic auto sales on a business grand scale, it takes many on time people to run all assigned auction available vehicles through the auction block schute. Food and Soft Drink available and Rest rooms along the Auction Floor, Wheelchair accessible.
I bought a vehicle 10 days ago (today is 1/09/18). It landed in their possession for an inspection on 01/02/18. Never any correspondence. Absolutely an unprofessional Auction to deal with. Skip it if at all possible and you will save yourself a headache
The auction has great prices good deal good selection just the personal service is atrocious they treat you like a thief like a liar like a piece of s*** meanwhile they are the ones who are full of s*** but you can get really good deals out of there if you don't mind that
Edit earlier review great people and nice auction they are really really bad at putting the psi cars back to their original spot has taken me several hours to find 5 of my 9 cars and I'm still looking need a better system
