Saw on website they take credit card, confirmed on the phone if they take credit card, I follow tow driver to my home and they keep driving past the entrance and immediately call me to tell me I have to pay cash or zelle or that they will be impounding my car. Either scam artists trying to take advantage of people, or completely incompetent company and drivers. Did not receive any type of receipt or form, not sure if they're even operating legally

DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS “COMPANY”!! You’re probably reading this review because you’re in a pickle and need help. As someone who’s also in your situation, trust me and let me save you the trouble. We called All-Ways Towing and asked what payment methods they accept. “Chino” told us they accept cash and credit card. We agreed I’d pay with credit card and we followed tow truck driver (Vladimir) in a friend’s car to our destination. At the last second, Vladimir started driving AWAY from the destination and called us and said that we need to pay HIM cash or via cash app directly or else he will take our car and leave. We called the company directly and spoke to “Chino” again and asked about what we assumed was a misunderstanding and he said we need to fill out a form for us to pay in card but refused to provide us the form. I asked him why he can’t send us the form and he said, “I don’t have to explain nothing to you” and called me a “retard.”

Found them on Google, gave them a call and was told 30 to 40 minutes for a tow truck. Roberto the driver called me almost immediately after i hung up and was there real quick. They're nice and friendly people and would highly recommend them.

someone ask me to called them to discuss my situation, well i did and results were the same, is their way or the highway, so i will complaint direct to the state governor, DMV, chanel 7, everyone, we have to stop this people....I am writing to formally demand a full refund and compensation for the unauthorized and unlawful towing of my 2011 Chrysler Town and Country van (VIN: 2A4RR8DG3BR634733) from the corner of Hallandale Boulevard and S.E. 5th Street. The incident occurred on October 12, 2025. My vehicle was parked legally on a public city street, not on private property. According to the valet parking manager of Amsterdam Club, a nearby business, no one requested or authorized your company to tow the vehicle. This indicates that your company acted without lawful authority, in direct violation of Florida Statute §715.07, which governs nonconsensual towing in the State of Florida. Under Florida law: A towing company may not remove a vehicle from public property without express authorization from the property owner or their agent. Law enforcement must be notified before any nonconsensual tow is performed. Any tow performed in violation of §715.07 is considered illegal, and the towing company may be held liable for actual and statutory damages, including a full refund, additional damages, and attorney’s fees. Additionally, 5 Star Parking, the name stamped on your invoice, does not appear to be a legitimate business registered in the State of Florida. This further supports that the tow lacked proper authorization.

I’m giving 1 star because it’s needed in order to post the review. This is the most disrespectful and scamming person I’ve ever come across in my lifetime. This tow driver tried towing my car at a shopping center and when I asked for the reason as to why he wanted to tow the car; he answered me by using profanities for no reason whatsoever. I asked why are you being so rude and the verbal assault continued. He told me I need to pay $100 in cash before I get back my car; a scammer and a thief in full effect; the company is no better because after calls my to talk to someone about it, the disrespect continued with them hanging up the call on me. I’m astonished as to how they’re still in operation providing how they treat people.

A friend in a situation called me to assist. The driver who was ready to tow him waited for me to get there and do what I could. Shaun was super cool and after such a pleasant exchange, I'm grateful to have this service in my back pocket. After my experience, I highly recommend this option for your needs.

They towed my box truck charged me $1980.00. I asked for and itemized invoice. I was given a receipt that said 480 for tow 60 for storage 1440 for 12 hours of labor for two people. Then on the same receipt it’s says 1 1/2 hours of work. First and foremost Florida law doesn’t allow a labor fee the tow is the labor fee. Secondly 12 hours being billed is criminal. I told the guy at the cashier window the math wasn’t right. I was told the price would go up at 5 o’clock. So under economic duress I had to sell some of my belongings to pay the ransom. There was a police lady there on a call from a couple who had some issue with them. I can’t imagine how many people have lost their property behind these tactics. They have found away to legally rob you if you don’t pursue them. There is a guy with a beard who intentionally provokes you as he robs you. This seems to be a setup.They know you are at their mercy.The dude with the beard is the one who did the paperwork.

I was stuck, called several tow companies and no one wanted to come because the trip was to short and they didn't want to drive from fort lauderdale. I called All-ways towing. The young lady on the phone was absolutely amazing. She was so patient with me, I didn't know the address because I was in the. Middle of the street and she help me figure it out. The driver was so nice and respectful. He even pushed my car into my parking spot, because at my condo you can't backup. I will always use them when my family and I need a tow. Oh and he came from Hallandale!

I’m honestly appalled by the way we were treated here. This was a truly disappointing experience. While we understand that rules are rules, the level of disrespect we received was completely uncalled for. My nephew, who’s new to driving and working, accidentally parked in the wrong place, and his vehicle was towed to this location. While we understood the mistake and came in respectfully to resolve the issue, the level of disrespect we experienced from the staff (Beard and White Flower Nose Ring) was unbelievable. Instead of receiving basic courtesy, we were met with rude, condescending attitudes that made an already stressful situation even worse. We approached the situation calmly and humbly, yet were spoken to as if we didn’t deserve decency. The way we were treated was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I’m bewildered at how we were spoken to so rudely and treated as though we didn’t even deserve basic respect. I don’t think even dogs are treated in such a manner. The way we were talked down to was very disturbing and inexcusable. Resulting in making an already stressful situation so much worse. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially when they’re approaching things calmly, respectfully, politely and with understanding. We are not frequent tow customers simply trying to understand what was being asked to comply to the requirements is NOT too much to ask. Asking a clarifying question does NOT warrant rude, condescending attitudes because people woke up on the wrong side of the bed before coming to work. The only bright spot in this entire experience was Robert. He was professional, kind and genuinely respectful. The one person who treated us like human beings. His compassion and patience made a huge difference and reminded us that not everyone forgets what customer service truly means. It’s unfortunate that the other two woke up on the wrong side of the bed and do not reflect the same level of decency, empathy, and professionalism that Robert displayed. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously, because respect and kindness should be the BARE minimum when dealing with another human being.

If I could give zero stars I would!! The drivers who work for this company are abusive!! Last night one of the drivers from this company was attempting to tow my son’s car with my grand child and my sons wife inside the car, I was on the phone with my son at the time, over hearing my son yell out to the driver his wife and baby was in the car the driver didn’t care he hooked his car up anyway, endangering their lives! This company needs to go out of business!!

Beware — This towing company is unprofessional and dishonest! My car was parked in a guest space for barely five minutes, and they towed it without any warning or notice. By law, towing companies should place a warning or at least have clear signage before removing a vehicle, but they didn’t. When I called the number listed on the towing sign, the woman who answered was extremely rude, telling me, “the address is on the sign,” and hung up. When I got to that address, my car wasn’t even there! I had to call again, and she rudely told me it was at another location. When I finally arrived, I witnessed another woman paying cash to get her mom’s car released — the staff clearly told her if she paid cash, they’d give it back. But when it was my turn, they refused to release my car even though I had my mother’s ID, driver’s license, and FaceTime confirmation because the car is under her name. My mom is sick and couldn’t come in person. After I went back and brought her physically, they refused to accept my card even though I was the one paying — they demanded cash only. The woman at the front desk started yelling and cursing in front of my children and my mom, using profanity. This place is a scam, and it’s obvious the employees and possibly the owner are taking cash payments to pocket money illegally. Please beware — they are unprofessional, rude, and exploit people during stressful moments. I hope authorities investigate this company.

DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY – operates unethically and ignores Florida law. My car was towed without proper signage. When I called to request proof of authorization, they claimed a “monitoring company” had called in the tow but that company never answered calls, texts, or voicemails. Under Florida law, towing companies must provide a copy of the tow authorization signed by the property owner or agent, along with evidence of the alleged violation if requested. This company refused to provide either, which is a direct violation of Florida Statute §715.07. They also charged an illegal credit card surcharge, which is prohibited under Florida law, and refused to let me speak with the owner despite me being there during posted business hours. I was told I could not call, and that I would have to “try coming in” to see if the owner was there — completely unprofessional and evasive. I ultimately filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General, who confirmed my rights and helped me secure a full refund. This company needs to get its operations in order and start complying with state law. If your vehicle is ever towed by this business, document everything and contact the Attorney General’s office immediately.

Terrible experience! We were treated in a completely disrespectful and abusive way. Our car was towed, and when we arrived at the tow yard to solve the situation, one employee a man with a beard and long hair was extremely rude, aggressive, and tried to overcharge us. He was asking for a much higher amount than the correct one and refused to explain why, speaking to us in a very disrespectful and intimidating way, as if we were doing something wrong. Things only started to change after the police arrived, and then he suddenly changed his attitude and charged the real amount, proving that the first price was wrong. We felt cheated, threatened, and completely disrespected. It was a scary and frustrating experience, especially for people who are traveling and just trying to solve a problem. This company showed no professionalism, no honesty, and no empathy at all. I do not recommend this place at all! If your car gets towed here, be very careful with the charges and the staff’s behavior. Avoid this place if you can no one deserves

This particular walmart needs to have a partnership with a better towing company than "All Ways Towing & Storage", my vehicle was wrongfully towed from the location because some "scout" claimed to have seen someone leave the parking lot. This wasn't the case, I parked at Walmart, shopped there, was in there for 24 minutes and when I walked out, my vehicle was gone. This is unacceptable from both the towing company and Walmart. Walmart should have the final say whether a vehicle should be removed from their premises NOT the towing company.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible customer service and lack of professionalism. When inquiring about the price of my towed semi ($4,540), I was told by the owner that I was “just mad my truck got towed”. All I asked for was a price breakdown because that is more on the expensive side for 4 days. Nobody at their satellite office off of McNab knows anything which is where my truck was taken. I provided EFS codes in a timely manner to get my truck released only to be told they don’t have any checks and to bring some. I manage to get checks and return and whoever working at the satellite says she doesn’t know how to do that or anything dealing with EFS. (After i had to call the main branch and let them know nobody was here as i was knocking on the glass). I called the main branch again and was placed on hold for 20+ minutes and ultimately was hung up on. It is now 11am and they have been paid in FULL since 1:30am. I am told I can finally get my semi but they have a trailer + cars in front so had to wait a hour for somebody to move them. Just for them to then say i have to move the trailer in front of my truck that isn’t mine because they don’t have the right truck to tow right now!!!!! 0/10. Terrible service, shouldn’t be in business. Not to add, when returning as instructed this morning, the worker left saying she’s off. The satellite is advertised 24 hours, how does one leave me sitting outside the gate with no next coverage available? Everybody deserves to be fired and/or trained on customer service and business etiquette. But who would they learn from? The owner is just as nasty

All-Ways Towing responded to my Roadside Service request thru my car warranty. I did not pay directly so I have no idea about cost. However, they showed up in a reasonable time, handled my car professionally, and transported me, along with my car, to a nearby dealership. I was very satisfied with the service provided.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. This company towed a residential vehicle claiming the decal was “not visible enough”—in other words, they saw it but chose not to acknowledge it. At what point will All-Ways Towing take accountability for negligence instead of penalizing residents for your lack of thoroughness? It is lazy and careless to overlook a clearly displayed decal, and then attempt to charge us for your mistake. This kind of practice is not only unfair but deeply unprofessional. I will be filing a civil lawsuit regarding this matter and will also be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience. I walked away from my car to re-enter Walmart and came back to find no car. When I went to this company to get it back, I was charged $176 and told to wait. I ended up standing in the rain for 45 minutes, only to be told the driver had left with the tow truck keys — while my car was still hooked up. It took more time waiting on my car than it took for them to tow it in the first place, and they had no spare tow truck keys to resolve the issue. Despite the long wait and inconvenience, I wasn’t reimbursed or offered any compensation. My car was taken barely 10 minutes after I parked, and this company’s unprofessionalism and lack of customer service only furthered my dissatisfaction.

The driver was a horrible !!! He hit the building pulling into the parking garage. Then when he didn't make the turn he backed into us. He immediately got out and denied everything. He was very unprofessional and a HORRIBLE driver. The gentleman that had hired them to tow his car canceled due to the erratic behavior of the driver.

My car was disabled and the air suspension was completely aired out therefore the car sat on the floor. I called my insurance and they sent All-Ways Towing. My driver name was Christian he’s very nice very polite and very professional. He explained to me the steps on how to get it on the flatbed and any possible damages that can occurs during the hook up and drop off. I knew it would be a problem since the car was super low to the ground. He took his time to triple checks everything during load and unload I’m beyond happy with his service. Thank you 🙏🏻

I can’t wait to sue them for every red cent. With barely a 1 star rating I don’t even understand how this fraud of a “business” is still open. For starters, they towed my car while my parking brake was on. That’s right. My car could have been severely damaged. Secondly, my vehicle is property of the United States government. I have a military plate to show for it as well. They towed my car from my apartment complex claiming that I was parked on an expired pass. Keep in mind, I’ve been living in this complex for over 5 years ! My vehicle is new, hence why it wasn’t registered with my leasing office as yet. Also keep in mind that I haven’t been home for the past year ! I wasn’t even at my complex at the time that the pass expired. I am currently being deployed overseas, so I came home temporarily to grab some clothes and gear. In my complex, residents are not allowed to register their vehicles using visitors parking so I did not especially being that I wouldn’t be parked there for long. Within minutes my vehicle was towed, this company is well aware that I am a resident as well. They spitefully towed my vehicle the moment I went into my home. No warning, not even a boot on my car. Upon arrival to their location on Mcnab road, there was no one there to assist me. There extremely rude worker named Chino answered their business phone claiming that it was the weekend so he was in no rush to get to me. He said he would be there in 30 minutes. They had no issues towing my car on the weekend, why give me a hassle to pick it up ? We waited for over an hour. It was pouring rain and he said he didn’t care we just had to deal with him being late. We were soaking wet, and when he arrived he had us wait outside the gate for an extra 5 minutes while he took a phone call. When we went inside to pay, he said that he was completing paperwork for a fellow coworker, and we needed to wait. This has by far been the most distasteful experience I’ve had with any business in my life !

Most disrespectful workers ever with no customer service training. Called in advance to inform them when I was coming to get my car and ended up waiting for over an HOUR. For their ONE AND ONLY worker to show up after his 40 minute lunch. Whatever guy they had answering the phone (since he didn’t want to give his name) needs to be retrained on how to talk to people CORRECTLY. Especially since calls are recorded for training purposes. Every worker I talked to thought they were above the law; which states that a towing company has an HOUR to return your vehicle after the first point of communication. The law is public knowledge for all. Fast forward I didn’t drive my car off the lot until 2:17pm. After my uber dropped me off 1:10pm. I know how to do basic math thanks. Absolutely disgraceful company.

This was the WORST experience! And I am realizing now reading all these reviews - I am not the first and I surely won’t be the last to suffer a huge loss due to this company. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We hired All-Ways to transport our food truck from Miami to Tampa. Upon arrival, we noticed the food truck was damaged - the lettering across the top had tree stems hanging from the letters. CLEARLY the tow truck ran into a tree or two on the way. The driver immediately agreed and apologized, so we called the manager Gio to report the damages. Gio was the most careless, unprofessional, disrespectful, dishonest, unethical person we have ever come across - he insisted the damages were due to the “vibrations of the truck” and “the truck still works, transmission still works, the engine still works so it’s fine”. This was after sending him pictures of the damages and the driver even admitting to the fact that it was his fault. I am shocked that a company like this is still in business and I am writing this review to hopefully save the next person their precious money and time. DO NOT trust this company with your transporting/towing needs.

Dodge Roadside Assistance secured All-Ways to transport our “dead” car from the condo garage to dealer. Good text communication & App tracking. Driver was excellent. When the tow truck wouldn’t clear the garage entrance, he assisted in pushing the car out garage gate to load it on the ramp. (we disengaged the transmission prior to his arrival). Very quick and careful w/ loading. We literally didn’t speak the same language, but all communication was swift and paperwork thorough.
