I paid for an engine replacement with an engine I purchased from them. When I picked up the car, they said it had been tested, but it wouldn’t move properly — it stayed in parking. I noticed the battery support was missing and a large bolt holding the engine was not secured. They later fixed these issues.
A few days later, the check engine and traction control lights came on, and the car shook badly while driving. I sent videos and photos to them, but they only reset the car and told me to drive it to see if the problem appeared again. The shaking persisted. Upon inspection, all 4 coils were incorrect and one spark plug was dirty with oil. They said they would replace the coils and the dirty spark plug, but the car continued to shake.
Even when I returned and the car seemed fine while stationary, the shaking returned once driven. They refused to take responsibility and ignored my concerns, despite the car still being under warranty. I am sharing this review to warn others and will pursue legal action to protect myself.
spoke to someone on the phone asked to please make sure part was in stock because i was coming from far, she confimed it was,then when i arrived the guys at counter said the part did not exist and i asked if they had confirmed before and he informed that noone ever called them to check, so long story short 2 1/2 hours of driving for nothing never use these people
My wife took to paint the car in this place (Lesser Damages) normally somewhere else 10 days of work, price $1600.00 duration here 45 days, the work to be corrected repair in front of the defense and the p ainter suggested paint everything, the finish -10 of 10, unsuspecting and lying, terrible quality I do not recommend for any reason this place, we feel scammed.
I had a bad experience with this company, they sold us a car with problems we brought it back they did not fix it we ended up going through 3 cars in total that where all messed up and they did not want to give us our money back
