I found the company from a flyer posted on a stop sign in my neighborhood while walking the dog. When I called, I received a response within ten minutes after I left the message. I spoke with Karl. I told him that I was possibly interested in junking my car even though I wasn't fully ready. Karl spoke to me with patience and understanding & he gave me time to think about. I gave him instructions to follow up with me & he did. I believe it was about three weeks.
