Took my truck in for a Wheel Alignment. What I got out of it was a broken RollNLock damaged by a large object being driven into it. A slashed tire not purchased there and wheel alignment still needed to be redone.
This is the second time I have issues there.
Don’t trust Micheal. Said he would repair Roll and lock and still waiting for his call.
Just don’t go there….
Came in at 3:00 to get two tires mounted and balanced and an alignment I was out by 4:30 and the truck drives like new great customer service and great quality of work will definitely be back

Bruh… when I say Speed and Truck World snapped on my ride? I mean they turned my busted, crusty, rusted bucket into a WHOLE new personality. I pulled up looking like a broke Uber with no passengers — left lookin’ like I own the Uber company. hey had rims glistening like baby oil at a summer cookout. Speakers hitting' so hard, I felt like I was sitting' front row at a Lil Boosie concert. Truck so clean now, I park it and just stare like it’s my newborn. So if your ride lookin’ like it’s one oil change away from the scrapyard, go see Speed and Truck World. They’ll bring it back to life like it owed them money!
If pimp my ride had a cousin, I pulled up to Speed And Truck world like I just escaped from a junkyard fight. My ride was crying for help. Rims look like they came from a shopping cart. Headlights blinking like they try to do Morse code for rescue. Soon as I stepped out of my truck I knew it was at the right place. These folks greeting me like I was about to be on episode of MTV cribs hood edition. But Mike and Cami got be hooked up right. My truck came out, looking like it got baptized in holy chrome and dipped in LED glory. Speakers louder than your nosy aunties at a barbecue. They turned my Hooptie into a head turner with lights, brighter than my future after taxes. Thanks to the speed and truck world team now I got a concrete princess!!
Amazing service, with high quality PPF, I worked with Cami from the PPF department, not only was she very polite and responsive but the PPF job turned out to be excellent, recommend to anyone looking to protect their cars!
This will be a lengthy review as there are many aspects to my experience at speed and truck world that you should be aware of
I took my 2002 ford f250 lariat in for a loose steering issue. I already knew the pitman arm was bad. I initially spoke with jay i believe but when I showed up he was at lunch so Dino helped me. I explained the situation and said if i had time they could take a look. And see what was what. Very Surprised at that they took the time. The mechanic (Eastern European ) as i don’t know his name said it just needed to be torqued down and they could do it. They came back 10 minutes later and said it couldn’t be done due to the fact the drop down bracket was welded on there which it was, as i had that done because the bolts kept backing out. Dino advised me that I would have to have the welds removed in order to fix the problem. I said thank you and the mechanic drove the truck around to me.
Now mind you I have owned this truck for 23 years. It’s a 7.3 in immaculate condition.
Strange thing is I told the mechanic what Dino had said and he said no that’s not correct he would not advise me to cut the weld as it was the best weld job he had ever seen. Just to spend a little extra money and then take the box out impact the pitman arm and it would be fine. Lack of communication between the salesman and the mechanic or the salesman didn’t want to deal with it.
Long story short rescheduled they installed a new pitman arm torqued down the nut and it is 90 percent better I’m satisfied. Although I did mention to them about installing a new red head steering box that is upgraded to handle the 38.5 inch tires on an 11 inch lift and i would have gladly done that. Dino said wasn’t necessary but when I picked the truck up he said that there was still a little play and the red head box would have been the way to go so I don’t know how to read that. Maybe they are used to people always going the cheap way. But seeing there place which is awesome doesn’t seem like that would be the case walking in there to have a job done.
Want cheap do it your self. They’re a business
As such I think they judge people when they walk in or they just don’t care. I’m not really sure. Mike I believe is the owner and reading the reviews Mike seems to care.
Dino, I mentioned to you about my road lamps and replacing them and all I got from you was I don’t think they make them anymore ! I wasn’t looking for stock I was looking for something nice and saw it in your shelves but since you didn’t seem to care to offer me a solution I wasn’t pursuing the matter. So with that it probably cost mikes company and additional 400-600.00 dollar sale or more. I’m one of those guys that like people to sell me nice things for my cars.
Call SOFLO jeeps and ask about me or florida high performance I own two high performance daily driver Camaros that put out well over 1000 hp. So I enjoy spending money on my stuff.

You know who was awesome and pleasant and had a smile and invited me into her work area and asked me if there was anything she could do ? CAMI. you need 5 of her in the floor. You’d dbl your sales. If I get my car coated wrapped corrected anything I’m coming there and talking with CAMI. Why because she took 10 minutes of her busy time and was nice and explained to me what they do.

Very poor customer service. In store visit for pricing and information on rims and it felt like I was being a bother to the employees. They did not make me feel like they were at all interested if I purchased anything. They lost out on about a $3K sale.
I couldn’t have been happier with the service I got from Speed & Truck World. I dropped off my truck in the morning and got it back the same day before 5pm. I had a 7inch lift installed with 24inch wheels on 37’s. They even test drove my truck to assure everything was perfect. Mike I want to thank you and your team for the great work. I've been buying my products and getting my custom work done with Mike and his team at speed and Truck World for years now.
I recently had an issue with a brand that was not performing up to par and that manufacturer did not give Mike any assistance or refund on the equipment yet it was only 3 months old and clearly faulty. Mike went ahead and refunded me anyway even though the manufacturer stuck it to him.
There are not a lot of businesses out there today that still offer that level of customer service and that is why I will always give speed and Truck World 5 stars and highly recommend them to anybody, they stand behind their products and strive to give the best customer service possible.
Stop looking for a shop for your truck. This is THE place. Mike the owner is super knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do with my truck. This shop offers every kind of upgrade that you would want to do to your truck. Mike made the appointment with me. I dropped it off and with in a couple hours my truck was transformed. I got a lift and new AT Tires. Speed and Truck World has a customer for life.
Customer service here is great. They cost a bit more than typical shops but they make up for it in customer service, quality, and professionalism. Had my truck get front end PPF and a Roll-n-lock installed. Ran me about 3100 after tax. Shop is clean and always has trucks being worked on. Will be a returning customer!

The crew at Speed and Truck World are all awesome, they stock tons of parts and can get almost anything the next day. They offer installation on almost everything they sell as well. There is seating if you’re waiting on your vehicle and there’s plenty of eye candy as far as wheels, truck accessories, upholstery, tires, you name it they have it.
We just bought some lug nuts for our truck, Great and efficient service, Eric & D were very helpful and customer friendly. I would recommend shopping at this location to all who want a great experience with vehicle parts shopping.

Excellent location & facility. If you haven't stopped by in a while you have to see the remodel! Fantastic staff, my buddy Max always takes care of me and helped me design my truck from the ground up. Literally. To date, lights, trim, accessories, lift kit, wheels/tires. There isn't anything I wouldn't trust these guys to do and do it well. The techs are better than most dealerships and they make sure your ride looks and drives good before leaving. Still have a few more things on order and Max has always been in communication with me. Overall, in short, highly recommended.

I had never done any work to any of my trucks previously but had the urge to give my 1500 Denali a bit more aggressive of a look than the stock package. When I made my first call to S&T with my novice questions and not really having any idea what I wanted to do I expected to be brushed off, but that wasn’t the case!
I worked with Max on this project over a 4 week period changing my mind a dozen times during the process. He finally told me to trust him as he knew the exact look I was going for...
HE NAILED IT!
The truck looked amazing from day 1, but I wanted to put some miles on the truck before I posted a review. I did a leveling kit and 22x10 forged wheels, with G2 tires. My main concern to Max was that I drive 70 miles of highway every day and did not want to lose the quality of ride or have too much noise that can come along with all-terrain tires. She still rides great and has very minimal tire growling on the highway. It’s exactly what Max promised me!

Great experience. Truck turned out great. Mike was great to communicate with and made great suggestions. Max took time out of his day to drop me off at the airport. These guys are enthusiasts, so they actually care about what they are selling and doing. I highly recommend this place.
