On January 7th. 2024, I got there for my oil change at 6:50am. At 6:55am a service worker let a Caucasian customer in the building. But refused to let myself and another African American man in the building stating we’re not open yet.
Not sure if i will return after that experience, the manager was made aware, he apologized and said, that’s not how we conduct business. That the employee will be spoken too.

I have a Ford Fiesta this was the firs time I needed service on my car, my gas line leeks The person that I spoke at the repair service was terrible no help at all made me sorry to have a ford. Should not ever go there.

I don't know how much to rate this place because on the sales side the guys are very friendly and attentive to making a sale, I give it good stars. but when you go to the service and maintenance part, the treatment was quite unpleasant. the place was alone. I didn't have cars in line. I just wanted to ask a few questions but I immediately wanted to get out of that place. I do not recommend for service or maintenance. Then I read the other comments from people who have visited the place and they say the same thing about the service and maintenance department. even worse things. Keep in mind before visiting. You can go shopping but if you need maintenance it is better to stay away.
Came in for an alignment they couldn't fully align the car to specs so instead of telling me they just took my money as I'm driving off I notice my car is still un-alligned in the front instead of making things right or giving me a refund they won't. They also charged me 165 In labor for 4! lug nuts claiming they didn't have the key to remove the wheel lock a Ford wheel lock at that. I'm ashamed because I bought my mustang from this same dealer I'll never return and now I'm out almost 435 for a half alignment and 4 lug nuts.
I have a bad experience a Grieco Ford. I called to complain to a Manager and waiting to hear back. #dontuseRichardDalby if you go there. VERY RUDE TO ME.
