I would highly recommend this place. I showed up right before closing and Tony helped me with a very friendly demeanor and professionalism. He tested my car battery and as I suspected, it was low. I bought a new battery and he installed it for me outside in the dark. He is an awesome employee and I highly recommend his services. Please ask for Tony.

The manager young guy and ROD were amazing!!!! So helpful, patience and nice changing and diagnosing my car. Bought a new battery and they installed it explaining about the starter and alternator. Thank you guys!!! You rock!!

Very professionally run, well stocked store with excellent customer service. Manager Keisha highly knowledgeable and always willing to help. Go to this store before any other if you are in the Deerfield Beach area.

I received the worst customer service when I called in and when I went in store at this Advanced Auto Parts location in Deerfield Beach. When I initially called in someone answered and as I began to speak they dropped the phone call. I called in a second time and someone else picked up. I asked if they accepted old motor oil and they said yes. I said thank you and hung up. When I went in store. There were two associates arguing at the front register over whether one said bulb or socket with two customers present. As I looked around another associate walked by and had apple AirPods in their ears while texting on their phone as they went behind the back counter. Once the two associates were done arguing one saw me with the motor oil in my hands and waved for me to follow them that they could help me. They told me to walk to the back of their stock room and I would see the area for the motor oil. I did as I was told but I have never brought in motor oil before I did not know what the protocol was. As I walked aimlessly into their back stockroom I came across the area for the motor oil. It looked ghetto with hand written signs taped to the wall. One said no gas and the other said to take your containers with you. I didn't know what I was suppose to do so I just walked back to the front of the store. The associate that told me to walk to the back saw me again and this time physically walked me over to the motor oil area and flipped up the metal top and told me to pour the motor oil in. I don't think that two store associates should be arguing among themselves in front of customers. I think its unprofessional to walk around with Apple AirPods in your ears and to be texting on your phone while working. Instead of pointing to an area and telling a customer what to do, why not show them? Also there should be typed out SOP above that motor oil area for customers to follow not hand written signs. I DO NOT recommend that you go to this Advanced Auto Parts Location.

I visited Advance Auto Parts on Saturday for some help with my car, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kesha. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find customer service like hers professional, friendly, and truly helpful. If you’re stopping by, I highly recommend asking for Kesha. She’s the BEST!

Wouldn’t recommend women go here. This is the closest shop to my house and I still won’t be back. The man working was super condescending and talked down to me the entire time. Even though he assumed I was dumb he still wasn’t much help

Keisha is the name of the person that told me to leave the store because I dared to ask how much longer, after 20 minutes of waiting in line. She was the only one working and she was checking on a battery for more than 30 minutes. She yelled at me told me that she was not going to serve me and that I should leave "her" store. She lost it completely so I preferred to leave. I used to like that store but now I will avoid it.

I stopped by after my vehicle wouldn’t start and was so frustrated trying to get through the Monday. Danny helped me test the battery very quickly, and then Rob came and was a super star at working fast and getting my the proper battery. Thanks so much Rob and also Danny for your kindness, efficiency. You’re both super awesome!

When i got there Rob was taking care of me. He deserves a 5 star. Keisha the manager came out questioning him about offering me something I did not want. Then told him to care for someone else that she would take care of me. She had no idea what I was looking for. Rob did. She told ups guy a new sheriff is in town, she sounded very intimidating towards her co-workers. She needs to get checked before she gets wrecked. In the future I would rather deal with an employee or someone above her. Not nice.

Called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. By that time I drove to the store and went inside to find an associate just sitting on his phone behind the desk. I asked him the questions I called 10 minutes ago and he told me that they don’t install headlight bulbs. If he just answered my question over the phone it would of saved me a 10 minutes drive but because these children are so entitled and don’t know what work is, they get paid to sit on their phones and text their friends all day. What a waste to our society.

I went in to buy a pair of pliers. Surprisingly, it seems Advanced Auto has a new line of Die Hard tools. And no one set of pliers, or Channellocks, smh! What a waist of time. How can an Auto parts store not have a tool as basic as pliers. So i went to Publix, and just like that, pliers found and problem solved. This is one reason I prefer Autozone.

came in Saturday thinking the battery was the reason our car wasn’t starting, but the manager (I believe his name is Dave) tested our battery and found no issues. After talking with him we bought a starter, figuring out that was the problem. He was so kind and knowledgeable to guide us thru exactly what we needed. Starter is on & today we returned the core for store credit. Very grateful for the service we received from him and the team !

Great, except the battery I needed, they were missing the quality I wanted. There was a $200, $220, and $260 option. I wanted the $220 but had to go with $260. All in all, great quick service.

Had the best experience here thanks to Aaliyah! My car battery was depleted and I needed my car for work tomorrow and despite that they were about to close in 15 minutes, Aaliyah was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us pick out a new car battery for my car and gave us some pointers on how to install it despite the fact that they were about to close. I was EXTREMELY grateful for her help and she was very helpful. 100% would come back due to her assistance! She will be a great mechanic someday.

Needed a battery and called ahead to see if they put them in. The 1st call was picked up but someone was just having a conversation in the background. 2nd call they did answer. Arrived at the store and it was all younger people. I told them I had just called and they took turns denieing it was them. Could tell no one ready wanted to wait on me. Ended up they said they couldn't put it in because of a caution on the computer. I had no problem leaving and going to auto zone to take my business.

VERY helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a new battery, but Audi can't be easy. Special tools and techniques needed. They recommend I go somewhere else, losing that sale but gaining a satisfied customer

DANG have prices gone up. At this location it seems they only sold one type of battery. And the cost to replace it was nearly $250. No other options. They also charge you around $30 if you want to keep the old battery… Which is crazy because the old battery is mine… I should be able to keep it if I want… I should’ve just gone to my car’s actual dealership to get this battery changed. I called Dr. and they would’ve done it for $130. Lesson learned.

If the female manager is there on the property you may get your business done properly. Otherwise watch out for those who don't know automotive. I went there one time just to get a diagnosis. The clerk gave me the machine to do it myself. That experience made me think something else is going on at that store. I can't say what. But each time I go there there's a new sales clerk. ????

Every time I go to this store they never have the part, the customer service is a joke and rude. I was just there and waiting as a guy was on the phone when I arrived and the manager was on his cell talking about PlayStation controllers as I’m waiting, a man walks in a minute after me and the guy on the cell helps him before me which is a little upsetting as I was here first. I used to come all the time to this store but now I hate coming here and rather go to any other store and refuse to ever go back again even tho it’s the closet one to my house. This store is absolutely terrible! Even the manager is terrible!

Wish that I could give 50 stars. Called the store, spoke with Alan and asked about prices for my dead battery. My buddy gave me a jump and we shot down to their location in Deerfield. It was 20 minutes to closing. I paid for the battery, Alan grabbed it, came outside and installed it in what was no more than 4 minutes flat. Done. This is how business was done 'once upon a time in America', but those days are gone. I am very, very happy with the service I received from Alan, he was a true professional. I highly recommend this branch and this employee. Excellent, really.

Went to buy a part for a Grand Vitara. What my family gave me a picture if the part and the spanish name was imposible to find out . even the part number wasn't there. But: this is how customer service came to help. They called in between themselves. Young people working there. One asking the other. What do you think this part will be? He came back. Look on this s nd that. Given names of parts just looking at the picture. Awesomeness to me! They found the part we needed. Ig you need the best of the best go to Advance Auto parts at 441 srate rd. Boca Raton florida! Same shopping center is( Aldi )
