Great place always on top of everything, as long as you have your information they have a answer and even when most people dont have the info needed they have the know how to answer the question at hand, my son destroyed this battery and they had it out and a new one in, in true pit crew style in and out...for real this was in my lifted tundra and they jumped up and boom boom new battery in 5 min.

Not sure if his name was Clifford or Clifton so I’ll just go with cliff but he was amazing. He was helping multiple customers simultaneously while educating an employee who I’m guessing was new. Yet I didn’t feel rushed or anything. He helped me and enlightened me on products and future services which was very helpful because my knowledge on cars is limited. I’ll definitely be returning if I need anything again

Normally I don't leave reviews, but I can not let a moment go by and I Don't give this store the recognition it deserves. Everyone was so nice and attentive to my need. The way everyone worked together to assure my problem was figured out and solved. Really made me feel valued. From the team members to management. Didn't get anyone's name to thank them as individuals. So I feel obligated to write a review and let them know im thankful and I appreciate you all! Great experience!!!

I ran out of oil and didn’t realize it so I stopped at this advance auto parts, and thank God Mr. Cliff was there , he helped me choose the right oil to put in my car and checked my battery too! I had to run here to google and give him 5 stars for going above and beyond for us. Thank you Cliff for excellent service.

I thought I had a flat tire so I went here after having a really long day at work. Tony without even hesitating, helped me fill my air and check to see if there is a nail or something wrong with the car very selfless young man he deserves a raise. He is a wonderful human being and deserves a promotion to all who are reading this. It’s a great place to get help.

I never leave reviews, especially bad ones, but I had such a horrible experience there yesterday and after talking to friends and loved ones about it they told me that I should be leave reviews to see if someone can be held accountable. It started off with me, 25 year-old female, went in by myself to an auto parts store to buy some antifreeze coolant for my car. I had seen that I was low and needed to top it off. I go into the store and the person behind the counter, barely acknowledges me, but asked what I need and I told him I needed the coolant and the information for my car. He rang the information in and got me the car coolant, and then has nicely offered to put the coolant in for me. We go outside to my car where I pop the hood and he tells me that the wrong coolant is in the car and that can cause damage to the car. That being said the coolant we had bought does not match the color of the coolant in the car. He said “mixing it would Cause even more damage you are not supposed to mix the fluids.” Obviously concerned I asked him what he advised us to do, and he suggested that he pump out the rest of the coolant that is in there, and then put the new coolant in. I agreed after he had informed me that the old coolant had possibly been doing damage, but was confused considering the old fluent had been in there for months on end and I have not experienced any problem with yet. This young man was probably 18 years old, helping me with my car and wearing a black hoodie and jeans in the sun. He was struggling to pump out the fluid using a little handheld pump and was getting frustrated. Eventually, he turns to me and says “it’s hot out here I’m not getting paid for this. What do you want me to do put the old fluid back in?” This is when I responded to him saying “well you just advised me that putting the old coolant in could damage the car. I also need you to be advising me because I know nothing about cars.” This is when the young man looked at me and told me “you are not gonna come at me like that“ after this the young man and I got into a verbal confrontation for what felt like a few minutes before he went inside. He hadn’t even screwed in two of the screws he had taken out of my car. He had left them on the windshield for me to do myself. This is when I went back into the store and told him that he needs to finish at least putting the screws back. Initially he refused and told me to figure it out. I desperately looked around the store at the other employees who stood there doing nothing. He was verbally arguing with me in the store in front of customers, and no one was helping me. I don’t have a dad down here. I don’t have a boyfriend. I come to these auto shops, giving full faith and trust in the employees working there to help me with my car because I don’t know what I’m doing. I have never had such a bad experience, and I felt like I was left in a worse place than I had arrived. With less coolant in my car And screws missing. After asking for the manager, I was informed that he himself was the manager. As someone who works in customer service and had just gotten off a seven hour shift myself. This was the worst customer service experience and managerial experience I’ve ever had. I’m still very upset. I honestly would avoid going to this location.

Went in today, to the store that's closer to the Powerline where people are always super helpful and friendly, but had to visit this location because the other one was staffed with one person, I've asked if they can help me with the AC fuses and see which one might have blown, the lady that works there, who was sitting behind the counter, told me they don't check them and I have to go to the mechanic while on their site they say they do check and the other worker in my favorite location said he would help me but he's alone and can't leave the store!! I will never go to this location ever again! Thank you for your attention.

I met Cliff while I was there and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My car wouldn’t start after I had already gotten it jump started earlier on in the day, and he quickly diagnosed that I had needed a new car battery. Unlike getting a new car battery at my dealership which would have costed me hundreds of dollars, Cliff got me my new battery for over half the price! Highly recommend this place to anybody having some car troubles!

If you have any car issues or need parts go to this Advanced Auto Parts. Chris helped me and even installed my blinker for me which was so kind. Best experience I have had at an Advanced Auto Parts.

Rob was incredibly personable and helpful! We needed new windshield wipers on Christmas Eve and he went out of his way to find the right ones and help us install them. The entire process only took about 10 minutes. It was great!
