I came in with a dead battery and Carlos was very helpful. He informed me of my choices and installed the new battery in minutes.

Carlos is very helpful and was dealing with a lot of customers in line but made it look easy and got through them quickly... Then he came out and put the rear wiper blade on my jeep after I was having trouble with a different clip that was on there. He is a rockstar!

I came here a week ago and a young woman read a check engine code for me and that was a great experience. I returned a week later on a Sunday afternoon looking for a specific part size. Walked in to 4 boys standing around at the counter talking to each other, looking bored. I asked for help and one of them walked to an aisle and waved at the selection of parts and said if we have it it’s in here somewhere and walked away. Mmm that wasn’t helpful and he definitely wasn’t too busy to help locate the part given the store was empty and they were all bored and clustered at the front counter. So had it not have been for my good experience with the woman last week, it would be one star for this place.

Carlos is the absolute worst.. didn’t help me one bit, gave me attitude, and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. I never leave reviews but when I do it has to be really really bad !

I had an excellent experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Brian! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Brian took the time to understand what I needed, explained my options clearly, and even offered tips that saved me time and money. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to great customer service. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Huge thanks to Brian—I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this store to others!

Employees seem to not care and be disengaged in customer service. Came in because my battery died and they are behind counter chatting and eating chipotle. Didn’t even offer to sell me a battery or ask. They stated they can’t do anything because “it’s dark”. Even if they couldn’t-they could have offered a battery price and say hey -you can go here to get it installed or come back tomorrow and we will do it for you. Nothing. It was like I was impeding on their time.

If you know what you're looking for and need minimal assistance then this place is fine but- Been inside this store locations several times. You've got some helpful employees, don't mean to group everyone who works here as bad employees but august 26 around 6 pm I've had a lady who was trying to help me out but didn't know how to work the computer so she called the taller guy who's always on his phone that's in his chest pocket( every single time I see him he's on a call with the phone in his chest pocket, not just today). It took a lot longer than it should have to get this battery and on top of that, it's the lack of training and customer service. If you don't know what you're doing then have someone teach you ... Though I do hope that taller guy wasn't the manager cuz well you pretty much reflect how the rest of your employees will be.

Real hot July weather for 85 year old to have battery die. Bought battery at this store l. But next day there was a small problem so I went back. I was attended by Carlos and I could not be more pleased. Carlos is a PRO and a huge asset and representative of Advance Auto.

My experience at the Dania Pointe Advance Auto Parts location was exceptional! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ysaul, who truly went above and beyond. Not only did he help me choose the perfect hub caps for my vehicle, but he also braved the hot Florida weather to install them for me. His kindness and willingness to educate me on the process really blessed me. I am incredibly grateful for Ysaul's outstanding customer service. Thanks to him, I left feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely be returning to Advance Auto Parts for any future automotive needs. Highly recommended!!

I just wanted to thank Carlos and Juan for their outstanding customer service. He helped me after I picked up my online order, and my car died in the parking go lot. Thankfully everything was in stock, and I was able to get going once my co workers arrived to help. He really went above and beyond to help me, and I really appreciate it. I must say that my experience @ this particular store was amazingly successful. The cashier I spoke with ( forgot his name ). Was very helpful and actually worked with me on finding the parts I needed even though they were Not in the computer by name . He took his time & we found a solution for me. Thank you. They are pretty good there on a whole also . It’s my pleasure to share this experience because it’s an honest one . Not just some Puff piece. Big L.A. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I visited the store 12/11/23. At the time two employees were there. Neither one of them did not greet when we walked in. Then when I began to ask questions they were very uninterested and nonchalant. One stated he knows absolutely nothing about cars so he is unable to help. I don’t expect anyone to know everything but if someone is working in this industry you should know a little something. He stated he had a headache and was just out of it. I didn’t get their names unfortunately but they were working the evening shift.

Was having issues with my car battery unfortunately. Walked into Dania Pointe Advance Auto Parts I was greeted by their employee Kevin. Super personable guy. I was fortunate enough where Kevin assisted. After telling him my issue I asked to see if they could test my battery. He did quickly and seen indeed it was my battery. I bought a new battery and asked if he could install also. Without hesitation or getting annoyed he said of course! I gave him some time as he looked to be the only employee really working the counter and helping knock the lines down. (Definitely need more workers like him!) After all said and done he completed the install. Completely professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend anyone with issues or questions to check him out!!

I was very impressed by Mr. McCorv Innocent, I just needed to do a small job and he lended me the tool, without the need to pay for new tools I needed just for a small job. He was really nice and helpful. I recommend him and the location as an admirable place to shop for your car and tools parts. Loving it. Thanks a million!!!

Advanced Auto Parts is always my goto store when shopping for auto parts. I was recently in town on business and decided to stop by as I had time to burn. John and Amber were very helpful and we chatted while I showed them pictures and video from recent adventures. This location was quite business during my visit which comes as no surprise since it is in a very busy part of town. John had a customer, so Amber and I chatted a bit more and she ended up inviting me to dinner. We ended up going to Dennys then bowling afterwards. A great time was had by all. I'll be sure to stop in next time I'm in town.
