I should have called them first!! I was vacationing and my car broke down. Once we negotiated rates for my long distance (over 200 miles!!!! ) they were there, with my car loaded in 30 minutes. The driver Jake was very attentive and made sure not to scratch my baby. Very reasonable all things considered and 1000000% would use again!!
I recently needed my car towed to my home from a Tires Plus that was 4.1 miles away. A couple of tow companies I contacted were saying it would cost a minimum of $200.00. I then contacted Broward Towing & Recovery dispatch & was quoted a price for under $100. I received a return call from John the driver as soon as I hung up with dispatch. Not only was he respectful & patient on the phone with me by explaining what he'd be doing & answering all my questions. That when he arrived he was very professional & friendly as well. John at Broward Towing & Recovery is definitely someone I would recommend when you need assistance.
John is the best tow truck driver that I've had in a long time! He was honest about his arrival time, highly respectful, and extremely proficient at his job. Because of John, I would absolutely recommend Broward Towing.

Yesterday 12/30/24. I called to schedule a flat bed tow, confirmed a $90 rate to take the car 2 miles. I asked if you take visa. Of course he said. I went to work and my son handled the tow because it was his car. The driver 2117 last four of phone number, showed up without a flat bed, told my son it was $150 and he only took Zelle. Wow. The lies, lack of professionalism and incompetence. I called to follow up. They promised me a call back which I never got. The driver will not pick up the phone, and when I call the office it goes to voicemail or they answer and immediately hang up. I’m sure it’s because they have caller id. I hope Karma gets you.
I was picked up by John and I was having a rough day, who wants to be towed and stuck on the side of the road? John was very pleasant and professional. When I booked, it John said 30-45mins. He hit is mark and the price was affordable considering I called another company recommended by google and they quoted me at 170 and later discounted their quote to 145. I paid less than 100 and I’m extremely pleased that I went with 24 HR Broward Towing.
Requested a towing service and was quoted a hook-up fee of $70, a dolly fee of $80, plus a per-mile charge, which seemed reasonable. We were informed that the tow truck would arrive in about 40 minutes, but it took nearly two hours. Once the service was complete, the driver charged for the hook-up fee, two dolly fees, and rounded up the mileage, making the total almost double to tow the car 5 miles. They definitely quoted one price but ended up charging twice as much. It honestly felt like a scam. When the driver suggested sending the invoice to our car insurance, it felt like he knew he was overcharging us.
The worse company ever, car was damage due to poor equipment, ontop of that employee was very rude, and threatening us. I have started to speak to my attorney and are working on a case to file towards this company.
Great customer service. The truck driver called me to give me an ETA and he even beat the time. I was stuck on the side of I 75 and needed to get somewhere quick. I would recommend the service to anyone.
If I could leave 0 stars that is all they deserve. I had my car towed from beach place to my job on 3/20/24 because I had lost my key. They towed my car from beach place to my job and when I wasn’t there they broke into my car to find my registration and brought it to my house which was fine with me. When I got the key that I ordered and programmed it to the vehicle I went to start it and found my low coolant light was on. When I finally brought the car to the dealer while driving I could hear loud thumping coming from the rear of the vehicle. With the vehicle on the hoist I found they had dragged my car in the rear tires so long that had flat spots. You can also see that the front lip spoiler had been impacted in the truck which caused my radiator to crack. The driver had told me that his boss told him that they didn’t think I was actually the owner and that if I couldn’t prove it was me to bring the car to the yard and impound it. So instead of breaking into the vehicle at beach place they decided to prove owner ship and also put to release the parking brake they decided to destroy my tires and then by improper mounting of my vehicle break my radiator. This company should not be trusted.
Update on my current issue it’s 8:20pm and the company has been blocking my phone and now blocking anyone’s phone number I call from and laughed at my problem like they don’t have to take card of it. Run from this company.

As a previous truck truck operator who lost his fellow night driver and dear friend while we were on duty, I know the pain you all are going through. Driver told me 30-45 min but when he didn’t show after an hour he was called again and I was told 15-20 minutes. Waited another 40 minutes and called and he told me shortly. Waited another 10 minutes and he still never showed, never courtesy called. Unprofessional and inconsiderate service.
The first time a call a tow and tell me they will be in about an hour to pick up my car then an hour passed and the guy told me to wait another hour to pick up the car. Not serious. No apologize or anything. Dissapoinred.

We used Broward Towing and had a great experience. We started with AAA that left us on hold for 30 minutes and told us they couldn’t get out there for almost 5 hours. So we gave up and called a couple other towing companies. The two we called before Broward towing felt like wheeler dealers and overpriced knowing we were desperate. We ended up using Darryl from Broward Towing. He showed up very quickly, kept in contact with us, was right on time and had great follow up. He was very professional. We have a high-end car and he took good care of it. The price was fair.
I work at a hotel, and I had to help 2 guests get to the airport ASAP at 4:30 in the morning. Their car was being obstructed by someone illegally parked. Thankfully, Darryl was able to come out within 30 minutes of me calling and move the obstructing vehicle, leaving my guests very happy with the expedient service. Pretty reasonably priced too. I appreciate the top-notch service and speed and will definitely keep you guys in mind if I need towing services again in the future!
On December 26/21, in the middle of the night,I had 2 busted tires, Broward Towing sent out a young man named Darryl. He was professional, and helped me through my dilemma ! He towed my car and then send me a picture of my car and all the info I needed to find the dealership. ( I am from the other side of the state ) so I am not familiar with the area. Then he pointed me in the direction for a cab and gave me info about the nearest hotel! That was a lot of help for me, particularly since it was almost midnight! Thank you Darryl, and Broward Towing.

Showed up in unprofessional attire with flip flops and socks. Did not know how to use the card machine and froze money in my account. When I called to tell them this they did not help only lied to me multiple times. When I asked for a supervisor I was denied.

Super fast response time! I don’t think I even waited 5 minutes after I called and they showed up. Jake was quick and friendly and got my vehicle where it needed to go right away. I would definitely use him again should I need to and highly recommend them.
Quick response time and great service. Tire blew out on the highway and they came out in 15 mins. They we’re able to get me off the highway quickly and for a fair price. Jake the tow driver was a great help and friendly. Would recommend to anyone!!
Worst experience of my life first they tell me it’s $50 over the phone “I’ll give them that they come quick”!!. But When they get there and you tell them what car. They hook the car get out of where ever you have your car and then they ask where you have it tow knowing you gave them the address over the phone they tell you a different prize and if you say never mind. Put my car down they charge you $ 25 to unhook it knowing they changing there prices they charge 50 they change the Price 4 times I will never recommend this place there rude they rob you any chance they get
Very professional, honest and quick to respond. Stayed in contact with me and kept me up-to-date on when my car was picked up to when it was delivered to the shop to be repaired.
Their driver demanded cash and once it was provided he handed the keys of my car over to my friend without asking for ID or any form of documentation whatsoever to show ownership of the vehicle. There were multiple damages to the car due to their negligence. I reported the damages within 5 minutes of picking up the car. I was promised a callback from management to rectify on multiple occasion and have not received a call. This company has not professionalism nor sense integrity,
I wouldn't recommend this company. Very unprofessional and unreasonable. I was given a flat rate of $250 for 58 miles of towing and ended up going 83 miles. I expected a reasonable per mile charge for going 25 miles over but instead they jacked up the price to $400 and would not negotiate. The dispatcher stopped answering my calls when I tried to reach him to discuss and the drivers will not release my vehicle. If you are in a bind and that is the only tow company on earth, make sure you know exactly what the per mile charge is before you hire them!
Called for a pickup of a car, was told that he would call me back when he figured out everything. Never called back and never picked up his phone again. Do not call if you want to get your car towed quickly and easily.
The worst service EVER! Was charged $318 for a single tow in the same city!! Called Saturday, spoke to the dispatcher OR someone in the office and explained to them I needed a vehicle picked up for a customer. I asked them to please bill me for the tow, he said no problem. He asked me both addresses for pick up and drop off, which both are in Pompano Beach. After he took a long time to pick up the vehicle, he then arrived at the drop off after hours and no one was there to take vehicle (which I explained to him that there would not be anyone there after 6) So Broward towing took the vehicle to their facility for 2 days. When I arrived at work Monday, the vehicle STILL has not been dropped off yet! When they finally dropped the vehicle off, they charged me for extra miles AND a storage fee!! Completely not fair! When they have your vehicle, you have no choice but to pay a premium! They charged me $318 for a single tow in the same city!! ALL because of there neglect to listen to the customer, but I had to pay for it! UNACCEPTABLE!!
