My experience with this company upon first contact is the reason I will be using thier services. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, Lisseth was helpful and in-depth in explaining the process and steps needed to help me accomplish a life long dream of owning a bus! STAY AWAY!!!!! Do yourself a favor and find a different brokering company. Bought three cars months ago and still have not received titles. Every time I call I get a vague explanation saying “we have your titles and we’ll probably send them to the dmv in about 2 weeks or so”. Unless you plan on sitting on a car with no documents for 2-4 months look elsewhere

I thought it went well at first until a $400 car became a $1400 car with all the fees. But the real issue I have is I have been waiting 2 months for the title. This is a bad company to use to purchase a auction vehicle.

Five stars from me. Juan from customer service was a great help. helped me and answered all of my questions EVERY DAY until I understood everything.

This was my first buy with this auction service it was pretty trying at first but Juan Diaz was my biggest help, he guided me through the entire thing and the car should be here Monday I want to thank him for his efforts they have a wonderful assistance team.

I purchased a vehicle on September 30th, today is December 11th still didn't get my title, on November 11th i was told the title was sent to Florida department of motor vehicles and i would have it by November 23rd, yesterday December 10th i was told by a different agent the tite was just sent to department of motor vehicle today. Something is wrong with those people.

The fees are ridiculous! I'm paying more in fees than I'm paying for the vehicle and they just keep coming. The people are nice and you do get to talk to a real person but they don't "work" with you. I got a whole lot of "Yessir, I see what you mean, I'm sorry, but there is nothing I can do." Never again!

Dont waste your time with this company. Go to Copart and create an account there. they fees are much less and you can bid withe less start up money.

Don’t believe everything you read about the vehicle’s condition. Even though it’s in the “running” section, the motor could be shot and have numerous issues. There’s nothing you can do since it’s an “As is” condition. I would forever discourage anyone from making a purchase here because the vehicle is a piece of garbage that I spent over $12k for.

They have nothing to do with copart, you have to buy a copart membership for anything you do at their lot. Bidding with salvage reseller doesn't even show the bids for copart. And they have way less inventory!!! Don't buy!!

Talked to customer service (Sandra) when I say nicest I mean nicest person I have ever met. Very knowledgeable and was egger to help with my issue right away. Had all my issues figured out and then some. Highly recommend to anyone. If I could give better star’s rating I would.
