The email instructions are after my win were great. I feel this a very detailed process. We did not rush and learned a lot before winning. I might have missed it but if you pay the extra late fee over your bid it will end up added to you deposit if it is not late and required. Everything else from Salvage Reseller was great. Other things that might help you are: the lot memberships in my area are for just the member (not you and wife) although some lots might let both of you, open a BofA account now as the direct deposit was great. I would use Salvage Reseller again and was happy to get a personal call after winning and answering my questions as needed (about the extra $50 payback). Personally I wouldn't send the $50 next time but this was my first time and I lost a day because of a holiday (banks closed).

They were so helpful through every step of the process. I was intimidated because I have never bought a car from an auction before but they made it so easy and treated me like a friend and a valued customer. Yeah you are going to pay some fees but it is worth it. I got a Lexus with 74k miles in showroom condition “out the door” total for under 3k. Try finding that in the real world. I recommend you Use the fee and total price calculator on their website when you are bidding so there are no surprises. Remember- A lot of the fees are Copart fees they have no control over- in reality they don’t take a lot for themselves I will definitely use them again. Thanks guys so much for being patient with me. Great experience once I realized the process-add about 700$ to your bid or buy now price-that covers auction fees and other costs associated with the purchase. Keep in mind that purchase money can only be sent by bank wire transfer-other than that great people to work with and they always answer phone when called during business hours-thank you very much-everyone! My next purchase will be even better due to what I learned on my first time buying.

Firstly I want to shout out Juan and Lisseth. All the customer service reps are very responsive and friendly. No issues there. Although the Fees are high, SR's website has a Fee calculator that allows you to see you final price. It is very transparent and gives you your exact cost based on your final bid. The bidding and buying process was fairly smooth. I got my car in a reasonable time. My big issue is the title processing. I purchased my car on January 10th. CoPart sent SR the title in a timely manner. This company is either understaffed or just very inefficient in their title processing. On the website it says to allow 30 days, to process. It is now February 24th and I still dont have any updates. A representative sent me a shipping label, which got me excited. The label has been in printed status, waiting for dropping for over 10 days now. This is absolutely ridiculous. Unless you are willing to wait 2-3 months to drive your car the wait is not worth it.

I made a purchase through Salvage Reseller for a Toyota RAV4 that was an auction up in New York. Everything worked out fine. I had no problems. They were very courteous to work with and they did everything that they said they would do. I bought the vehicle it was shipped to me And they said it would take about four weeks to get the title which it did and they followed up with me with every step of the way I would definitely use them again to locate a vehicle and go through with the purchase.

There was a snafu , resulting in a large delay in shipping, but they've rectified that by refunding late fees, which I appreciate. This was likely due in part to a BBB complaint I filed. However, after reading through the reviews, I am extremely concerned about not receiving the title in a timely fashion. I have confirmed they've received the title from Copart (on 2/21) and it is apparently "processing" on their end (whatever that means) and I am being told up to 30 business days from the day it was picked up from Copart, which is unfair since there was a significant delay in pick up. Meaning I am expected to wait into April for this title, which is unacceptable IMO. As a business owner myself, I would say that their biggest weakness is their policy advising long delays in getting owners their titles. This policy no doubt costs them a lot of business as people read these online reviews and choose to do business elsewhere. It's definitely the most consistent complaint about the company. In hindsight, I should have read the reviews more diligently before doing business with Salvage Reseller again.

Terrible experience after winning the bid. It has been over 50 days and I still hasn’t got any update about my tittle. When you call them they will not be able to give you any update. If you wanna wait for your title months after months where there over charge you for documentations then this is the right place for you.

I highly recommend this company! Outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond for me. This was my first vehicle to buy at their auctions. They make it very easy and answered all my questions either by phone or email. They provide detailed pictures, and information about all their vehicles. Everything about the process is explained before you start bidding, and after the sale they are with you every step of the way. I can't be more pleased with my vehicle I purchased from them. A 2013 Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ! I look forward having them assist me in the future.

I love the whole process of bidding on cars online! I’ve won 2 auctions and have had a great experience! My only request is for you to enable the Copart App to confirm if a car is on the posted lot. And if you’d allow the buyer to check in on the app when their tow truck driver is there and not have to make the driver download the app too. More efficient!

Bought a car through these people and they want it there way. Send money fast, pick up car fast. They do nothing fast. I'm still waiting on a title for the car I bought well over 45 business days now. I have a car I can do nothing with. High auction price. Think twice before using these people. I should get paid for storage on there car. Called several times in the last two weeks and nobody knows where the title is or when it's coming. Emails to prove it. Not good

Unfortunately I decided to use this broker. I have no complaints about the customer service side of the business. My issue has to do with the title process.. waiting 45 business days is an extremely long time to wait for a title.. I spoke to other brokers and beings I bought a car out of state I should have received the title no more than two weeks. It’s been almost three months now since I purchased car and still no title.

Lauren was extremely helpful with assisting me in an auction purchase. She was quick, accurate, and overall great at was she does. If more businesses had customer service like this I wouldn’t have as much hesitation trusting a company with my care. Great job Lauren.
