Without going in details I needed a tire plugged due to a nail in it was told front tires bald on inside unsafe to drive. I am not at the best financial time right now and said with tears in my eyes I can't afford buying them right now. His answer to me or was it God telling him what to say I left with my tire fixed and 2 very nice new tires. Thank you Discount Tires I already thanked God. How many places in today's America show they care about their customers.
These guys rock! We had to come in Friday at 430 for 4 new tires and an alignment unexpectedly and they took us right in and went to work! Sonny helped check us in and out & the other guys were all super helpful, nice, and quick!
The staff were friendly and helpful. I was on a long road trip with friends on I-95 and my tires were in dire condition. The staff replaced all four tires, checked my alignment and had us safely back on the road in about an hour! Great work!
Called in and told about an hour wait for walk ins. Got there and the wait times were now about an hour and a half quote time. I was fine with that. 20 minutes later after i agreed to the price and service, quote time was at 2 hours. I explained that i had a 3 year old with me and really needed to get out ASAP. But since I was already there, i decided to sit and wait. 2 hours later my vehicle is still sitting in the parking space i left it at. I asked the rep working with me what was going on. He says about another 30 minutes to an hour. He also said he would find out what the hold up was but just left for lunch and completely blew me off. Mind you I’m listening to other customers, some are also walk-ins getting hour wait time quotes after I've been there over 2. They’re being told that they can be pushed through so wont have to wait to long. After another 15 minutes I asked for my keys back cancelled the sale and left. I’ve experienced some issues in the past and it seems that it just depends on the location whether you get good customer service r not. But for me, last time Ill deal with Discount Tire anywhere. To many other better options out there.
Had to wait 3 hours for my car to be taken care of. Besides those who had appointments costumers who came after me without appointments were taken care of. I will never go back very angry costumer. I must the desk crew very perfashional.
I Have an upcoming appointment for brakes and tires with dealership in two days- and I just needed a plug in one tire- they were more concerned with trying to sell me 4 new tires due to medium low tread and said no to the plug!
I don’t think that was right - no appearance from the manager - raining and seemed like they just didn’t want to do it - want to go home !!!
I would give 0 stars if I could, dropped off a tire to see if it could get plugged at 11:30 am Saturday said I’d get a text when ready. Called at 2 because I hadn’t heard back, they said they had 2 people ahead and then my tire was next said for sure would be ready in about an hour or so. At 6:30 we realize we didn’t get a call or text and called this place was closed and doesn’t open back up again till Monday at 8. This tire was for my husbands work van and he had to be at Orlando airport Monday at 6 am me and my deaf 3 yr old and 6 yr old all have to get up early to drive him at 5 in the morning and then make it back in time for school. I cannot believe that didn’t bother to call to say hey we’re closing soon I dunno anything, they absolutely just ignored the crap out of my husband I’m outraged!!!!!!!!!
Just bought a new truck. Came here to change the wheels. They were so helpful. Got me in and out quick. They noticed I had a nail in a wheel. They took care of it, free of charge. Spared the heartbreak. Great guys there
I've used Discount Tire for years but this store was way longer to wait. I was on vacation in FL when my tire rotation light came on. I booked my appointment online, arrived 15 min early and was told 1 hr. It was an hr before my car was even put in the shop so booking online was not a faster experience.
This is one of those “I must write a review” review. We are rv travelers and our tires are the foundation of our trips. We called Discount Tires in Melbourne on our way to Daytona as an emergency to replace 4 tires, Eric, the manager, not only gave us a great price but fit our work in a very busy day, we really appreciate the consideration and help. We recomend this place over any other. it was not only professional but an amazing human being.

Great place. There is no pressure and their prices are fair. Very knowledgeable staff. Third set of tires purchased here. If you desire you can purchase their tires online and they will be shipped to the store and installed.
We were vacationing from our of town and one of our tires had low air pressure. JT took good care of us, and patched the tire, and checked the other three, and had us out of there in about 30 minutes. The place was clean and tidy and had nice cold air conditioning.
Kyle was awesome from the initial phone call to meeting him in the store I explained what my needs were. Kyle explained my options and got me set up with 4 new tires and an Alignment under 2 hours. Dalton and the blonde hair female (I did not get her name ) who did wheel alignment both did amazing job. I cant forget the guys who installed my 4 new tires, TPMS sensors and wiper blades they did amazing job also. Great product, price and fast service.

I reported the issue immediately. Not days later. Not weeks later. Immediately—while still on their property. I even have timestamped photos and two professional repair estimates totaling $1,200–$1,800 to fix the damage.
How did Discount Tire respond?
They denied responsibility, claimed the damage was "old and rusty," and offered me a laughable $250. That amount doesn’t even cover ONE rim—let alone four. Worse, they dismissed the clear evidence and acted like what I saw with my own eyes wasn't real.
To make matters worse, my husband’s vehicle was also damaged on the same day at the same location. That should have been a red flag for them—but instead of taking accountability, they doubled down with excuses and condescension.
It’s clear the staff at this location are undertrained, and customer service is not a priority unless you’re paying. Once they damage your property, you’re on your own.
We’ve spent thousands of dollars with Discount Tire over the years, but after this experience, they’ve made it clear that customer loyalty means nothing.
Take your business elsewhere. Protect your vehicle. And don’t let them gaslight you like they tried to do with me.

After weeks of being lowballed and gaslit by Discount Tire’s third-party claims handler (Fleet Response), I escalated my complaint to corporate and involved the BBB, FDACS, and other agencies. After holding my ground with receipts, Discount Tire finally stepped up and is replacing all four rims that their store damaged during a tire rotation.
This resolution didn’t happen because they “offered” it. It happened because I stood my ground, demanded accountability, and refused to settle for less than I deserved.
If you ever feel dismissed or ignored — don’t give up. Document. Escalate. Expose. You’re not crazy, and you’re not alone.
The moral of the story:
Don’t let fear or frustration silence your truth.
You deserve to be made whole.
You deserve to be respected.
And YES — you CAN win when you stand your ground.

Ugh, I went inside 'cause I had a nail in my tire, and they couldn't fix it 'cause of where it was. No biggie... but that lazy jerk didn't even offer to replace it! Plus, he was on his phone instead of, you know, helping me.
I always have problems there unless my husband goes with me.

My husband and I stopped in due to one of the tires on our travel trailer loosing air. Steven was amazing! While filling our tire with air he found a pin hole leak that couldn’t be seen. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely come back here again.
Excellent service! They repaired the flat tire, although other services did not want to take it on, citing the fact that the damage was too close to the edge of the tire. Yes, I had to wait 2 hours, although I had an appointment, but they saved my tire, and absolutely FREE of charge. After such a service, I will definitely be their client the next time I change tires.
I had a flat tire that I patched with fix a flat in order to be able to get to a repair shop. Most businesses would not touch the tire because of the fix a flat. Discount Tire took the tire, repaired and reinstalled it (my only option until I got to them was have the spare donut installed).
My next set of tires will definitely be from Discount Tires.

Been a customer for a few years. My visit today is going to be something I remember, the entire staff went above and beyond for my issue. I purchased my Durango from Gator, when I first purchased the vehicle I didn’t know I needed a key for one of my lug nuts, if I ever needed to replace any of the tires. Well wire and thread was showing on my front passenger tire, I was advised I needed a key, I call gator and told them the whole situation (woman who answered the phone was in a terrible mood), was told by gator they can take off the locks with a master key but then I would need to purchase four lug nuts at $35 a piece, I asked how quickly it could be done, I was told it would be quick as I could go through the express line. I get there to be told it would be about 3 hours because other people were ahead of me.
I ended up calling discount tire, they told me they could break off the locks and I’d have to pay $70 for the lug nut kit plus the tire. I got there and the whole process took less than one hour. Kudos to discount tire, you guys are amazing!
Ordered tires and made appointment online. Emails and texts let me know when my tires were delivered. I was greeted within 1 minute of arriving. My truck was in the bay at my appointment time and was done in 30-40 minutes.
Wouldn't swap out my tires. Said they were too old. Gave me very limited options. It was like they wanted me to buy 4 new tires. Only go if your tires are newer than 6 years and have A LOT of tread!! Not recommended to anyone.
Update... Got a call from Discount Tire customer care. Was told that isn't what they do. Tried to make it better. I told him I would never use Discount Tire again. EVER! It's like if you went in for a service someplace and were told "you need your headlight fluid changed". You know there isn't such a thing. Somebody apologizes to you after for the nonsense. You STILL DON'T TRUST THEM. You can see from my pics. Plenty of tread. Paint on the tread from the factory is still inside the tread. No wear bars showing. Tires look new. I went down the street, and another prominent tire store swopped them out. No problem. I don't trust Discount. I caution everyone. They sell tires, period.
On my way from Jacksonville to The Keys, I had a tire tread separating on my tow vehicle. I called Discount and Dalton got me handled without issue. I didn't have an appointment, and it did take me several hours to get 4 new tires installed, but they had me back on the road without issues. I really appreciated Dalton's diligence in giving me tire options, and he was even able to get me a little bit of a discount as the my original tires were also purchased from Discount (Jax). Thanks Dalton for taking care of me during a pretty stressful experience!
Bought tires and an alignment from them tires went out in less than year and surprisingly no warranty covers it and turns out they never did an alignment on my vehicle because they don’t do alignments for BMW’s people. Computers are always down sometimes for hours at a time, but employees are genuinely nice ppl and really cool.
I’m absolutely stunned! They fixed my tire completely free of charge. In just 20–30 minutes, they removed the tire, patched it up, and had me back on the road—without spending a dime! The customer service was top-notch, and everyone was incredibly friendly. They answered all my questions, so now I know exactly where to go and what to get when I need new tires. 10/10—highly recommend this place if you ever have a flat!
DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR WHEELS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!
Edit: now they are trying to offer me hush money (a very small $ amount) because of this review. Which doesn't even cover half the cost of my tires, let alone having to get my wheels resurfaced and repainted.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a horrible experience at this location. I typically don't trust tire places for this exact reason. I took my custom-painted rotiforms in for new tires back in December, and they completely messed them up. The paint was scratched and chipped, and the finish was ruined. When I reached out to them, they refused to fix the damage. I filed a claim with their claims department, and it was flat-out denied. On top of that it took them weeks to reach out to me after multiple games of phone tag. The staff at this location was incredibly negligent, and it felt like they didn’t care at all about my property or their own mistakes. Just a bunch of kids there for a paycheck. I tried to trust them with my wheels, and now they’re ruined, with no resolution and not even an apology from the manager. Do NOT take your vehicle to this shop if you care about your wheels—avoid them at all costs!
