The driver showed up right on time, gave me a fair price with no haggling, and handled all the paperwork in minutes. Super professional, super friendly.
What really impressed me was how easy they made the whole process. The dispatchers were friendly and professional.This was just straight-up great service. The driver even helped me remove my tag and showed me where to sign the title. Got paid in CASH as well! If you’re looking to sell your junk car without the headache, this is the team to call. I’d give them six stars if I could…I never have left a google review until now!
I filled in my information for a website called Cash4cars and Scrapys‘s auto salvage called me immediately. Friendly office coordinators I spoke with. I was scheduled a same-day pick up for my Dodge. Boy, can I tell you how much I needed money on this day! My electric bill was overdue and they came through. The driver arrived on time, was very friendly, and gave me the promised amount. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime especially in a financial bind. More businesses should operate like this! Go, Scrapys!!

They are not what they say they are. It's just full of dead cars. With no explanation no entrance sign no office no nothing. So if you look up a auto salvage yard there comes out because they haven't taken it off the website. Please change your website
Your driver was so nice! Our five year old was outside excited to watch a tow truck in action, and the driver was so sweet to him and showed him how the levers worked. Thank you for being kind to a little boy in love with trucks.
They don't have any idea no inventory of what they have in the yard called to ask about the front door or a 07 F-150 and she said let me stop you there I don't know what we have in stock
Jill and Linda are amazing at their job. I called and they were so nice. My vehicle was picked up on time. And I made it to my appointment. I will definitely recommend you guys in the future!!!!
I don’t know where to start. They offered me 500 for my car. Set up a time to come get it. The time is between 11 AM and 3 PM. The driver showed up after 3 o’clock. There was no one here. Rescheduled in the next day we made it 11 AM to 2:30 PM. The driver showed up late.. When my son walked out to the truck, the guy just drove off. Third day we rescheduled pick up after 430. Now they tell me they can only give me $300 for the car. Find someone else to deal with.
I sold my car to Scrapys through Peddle. The Lady I spoke with, Ms.Jill did an awesome job of communicating clearly and thoroughly and she was very friendly, kind and professional. She was sure to make sure of what time and day I wanted the vehicle gone and she even made sure to tell me when the driver was on his way. The driver was also friendly and was very time efficient in picking up my vehicle. If I had to scrap a vehicle again or anything like that I would definitely consider Scrapys and would recommend it to others as well based on my experience.
I had an arranged pick up for my car between 7am-11am. An hour after my scheduled pickup time I still have not heard back from a driver or from the company. Multiple calls to the number provided lead only to a voicemail box that was full. Calling about 30 different times I finally got ahold of someone. After asking for an updated pickup time the worker laughed and began telling me how they are going to have to reschedule. After expressing that I’ve already waited a week and the car could no longer be parked at the current location they began telling me to look at other places around my area.
Extremely unprofessional to have a full inbox on a phone that you never pick up. No call to let me know they were having issues, they were not proactive about this at all. If you can find a different scrapyard please do! Reading other reviews this isn’t the first time they have pulled this stunt and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Stay away!!!
Thankfully karma has no deadline. The offer and the amount given were way off base. Supposedly no catalytic converter which magically disappeared when they saw my son was doing the transaction on my behalf since I was at work. This company is a POS and when it is served back to you and the driver who lied to my son I hope you all stop ripping people off! Mailbox being full is indicative of overall negligence. Thanks a lot for swindling someone once you saw you had an opportunity to low ball hope it was worth it.
If I could give more stars I would: from the office staff to the tow truck operators - through and through, they're the pinnacle of professionalism. Wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend these guys/gals.
I had a vehicle picked up a couple weeks ago and everything went super smoothly. The driver was very nice and the dispatcher was nice too, think her name was Jill, and she kept me updated the whole time. 5 stars, will be recommending to my friends

They responded rather fast about my car, came to pick it up as well as drop off the money to my job location! Wasn’t the BEST price I was offered “off by like only 80/100$” but everything else made up for it ! Appreciate this company for the assist of getting rid of my car!

Great experience! Office staff was a pleasure to work with. The driver was efficient, thoughtful, and professional. Went above an beyond. He moved the garbage bins I forgot about and even offered me a spot on his shirt to wipe the fingerprint ink off my finger!
The service from beginning to end was fast, courteous, & professional. I called other salvage locations but they weren’t nearly as responsive. Scrapys administrative assistant was very knowledgeable regarding my vehicle. The business was very responsive to all my questions, they were immediate, & took all the hassle off of my shoulders. Upon arrival the driver was very kind, professional, and respectful. My kids even liked him. Definitely not his first rodeo. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Scapy's to anyone looking to junk their old cars. I saw their posting on Facebook and thought what the heck... What's the worse they can say? I messaged Mandy and she replied very quickly and on a Saturday afternoon! She was delightful and very easy to deal with. I live 2 hours-ish from their location and they gladly made the trip! The driver called and introduced himself prior to showing up, he arrived with a smile on his face, on time and with really outstanding customer service; not to mention his superb driving skills!! Our driveway entrance is extremely narrow and difficult to swing through, but he did it with easy and precision! The pay was more than any company is paying right now in Volusia County and we received cash on the spot! All these guys and gals deserve a BIG KUDDOS! From start to finish they made every aspect very, very EASY! Thank you all!
I needed my junk car gone and, while offered same day service, the next morning it was gone. I received the amount quoted in cash quickly and with great service. Mandy on the phone was polite, informative and helpful. Driver Angel was very nice and quick, as I needed to go to work.
