Very unprofessional company. Called in for a part maybe about 20 times and every time he would say its coming to you. Its been over a week. They seem very unorganized. Don't list parts on Car-Part if you don't want anyone to buy.
I called looking for a rear fender for my dually truck. They said they had one. The condition showing on the web site was A) meaning it was in perfect condition but since it was 3 hours away I asked them to take a picture and they sent me a picture of what looked like a small scratch After 3 hours in the car I arrived to find out they had misled me. The bottom was completely shattered and a plastic molding had been drywall screwed to the piece. so I was out over 6 hours in the car and $60 in gas, and they knew it was messed up but still had me drive out there. Do not trust these guys.
Really sorry. Bad management, no order to anything no help whatsoever. I you just want to romaround I guess you will be happy. Did not find what I was looking for.
Great people got a transmission they loaded it in my wife's car without her help they were super understanding been here before and they were the same way then I live in Melbourne and would still call first.service is great!
I called ahead to see if the model of vehicle I needed was on the lot. They told me they had SIX! I got to the lot, found one of the vehicles within 5 minutes, removed the parts needed, paid a fair price for them and left. Simple, easy and fast!
Finding more obscure vehicles might be more of a challenge though since the lot is quite large.
Called for a motor they said they had it and will deliver. Day of delivery it never showed up and they been hanging up the phone on me. Waste of time. Very unprofessional.
Super unprofessional I called asked if they had my part they said they did I needed to come down and look and make sure it was the right one. Got there they told me that the vehicles I was after or in a far back corner there in fact were none of the vehicles I was looking for at all went to the front asked if I was just missing them was told to go back and look that there are back there spoke to another person it was actually the person that I talked to on the phone and informed me that they did not have any of those vehicles. But why didn't you tell me that on the phone save me the time to drive all the way out here and to walk around your junkyard for 45 minutes complete waste of time! It's clear from the way they keep their yard that nobody there really cares! Don't waste your time
I use to call this place as my last resort. Such bad experience that I just dont call anymore. bad customer service. bad and wrong parts. Dont deliver when they say they will. they dont even deliver late they just never call me back after following up several several times on an order.
I highly recommend this place to everyone! Especially the people who have no idea what they're doing because the guys who work here are extremely helpful and so nice! I usually feel so nervous in an auto shop because im very ignorant with cars but they made me feel so calm and answered all my questions. I got a really good deal for a tire as well. I wanted to give a special shot out to the man with dark brown hair (I knew I should have written his name down) he was wonderful! Again, don't be shy go right on in!

Rude and unhelpful. They told me over the phone that they had the AC part I need then when I get there no part is pulled for me and come to find out the car they have doesn't even have an AC in it at all. Waste of time and gas. I'll drive to Quarnos from now on... great service there and my part is always pulled and ready when I get there.
Recently purchased some control arms, wheel and steering knuckle for a van my girlfriend wrecked and once I pulled the vehicle apart I realized I only needed a sway bar link and trailing rod(the only parts they didn’t include with the control arm setup). When I tried to return the parts the first problem was they didn’t have the money to give me a refund on the premises, and asked me to come back tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and out of the 325 I spent I got 225 refunded when they were done charging their restocking fee and shipping on a part I never even received I was just making sure I covered my bases and prepaid only to have the gentlemen that run this joke of a yard screw me. I guess it’s true they get you coming and going. I would not want to be the guys behind that counter when Jesus comes back
Extremely helpful with an alternator when we were trying to get home to Michigan on our last day of vacation! One of the guys even helped my husband and gave us a jump start!! Give them a call if they can help they will!
Worst place in the world.You call them for a part, and there so far from everything so traveling there is a journey of it's own,they won't let you pay over the phone so that when you get there the part can already be pulled,then when you get there you have to wait hours just for them to tell you that they don't even have the part.
Very unprofessional these guys and not very nice either. With all the other junk yards doing such a great job and with LKQ upull it you would think they would try and be a better company.
Wouldn't recommend waisting your time with these guys.
Worst place ever, told the guy I was coming from far so could I pre pay and have it ready when I get there,he told me there was no need because he has 3 parts waiting,when I got there yesterday morning I found out it wasn’t pulled yet,so I waited until 1:30 in the afternoon and told him I couldn’t wait any longer and would be back the next morning,on my way home I called them to prepay again so it would be ready and I was told again,no need it’s ready to go.So this morning I get there and same thing,no part,I waiting again for a few hrs before I finally said I’ll be back later,one of the guys yelled,don’t come back.Even though he said that I still called back trying to pay so they can pull the part and I was told I would get a call when it’s done. It’s a door glass on a Volvo, takes about 5 minutes to do.
It’s obvious they didn’t want to sell me anything,it doesn’t take 2 going on 3 days to remove a door glass.

I called ahead to ensure the body parts I needed were undamaged. They told me the parts were in mint condition. They were in terrible shape when I arrived. Paint was completely trashed. DO NOT TRUST.
AS A WOMAN I WAS CHARGED MORE THAN MY MALE FRIEND. Even after negotiating. My price was 85, his was 60. And if I paid by debit card it would have a fee (illegal to do that) also the rimnl was severely rusted.
They have alot of cars there, surprisingly even more European cars than most salvage yards stock. The yard isn't very well organized, but the selection is good.
I bought a window piece and throttle body... the throttle body was broke... they said a new one would b ordered and delievered with window piece... A month later still have neither part just excuses... Lied to repeatedly and told part on the way... ended up driving all the way back up there and neither part was pulled... waited an hour to have the parts pulled i shouldve had a month ago... bad business
